I go to Francesca’s a lot and I’ve never had a bad experience, but today I went to the one in belmar looking for a shirt for my 21st birthday and not only was it a wonderful experience but they were so friendly. I felt like the only person in the store. The ladies has helped me pick out clothes that they thought would be a good fit and they asked what I liked. I used to work in retail and this was an amazing guest experience to have them to be friendly. I found the perfect shirt and I’ll definitely be back to this location.
