We went on a family vacationat the end of Julu with 3 kids, and 7 adults and it was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space and we would come together downstairs on the main floor. Great locationand great price. Definetly recommend especially for a large family like ours.

Host was very communicative and responded quickly to our offices. Overall the place was great. Close to nearby shops if I needed something and it was in a quiet neighborhood. Would come back again!

Great place to stay! It was actually a bit better than the pictures! We are a construction crew working on a big project and this provided the perfect, homey feel that we needed after long work days! Dealing with Airsimplicity is very streamlined! They are responsive, communicative and friendly! About to book the place again for continuance of project!

Perfect for our family get-together
We all enjoyed our stay in this large clean house and especially liked the pretty fenced backyard. The home is in a nice family neighborhood which is a very short walk away from a park, which our grandkids loved.This older home has good sized bedrooms, plenty of beds and 4 bathrooms. We were happy to find that plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap and laundry soap were provided.

We enjoyed our stay. However about 4 times or so
We enjoyed our stay. However about 4 times or so the lock to get in would not work so we had to make sure to leave a window unlocked to let ourselves in. The heat and cool settings are preset and unless you have the code you cannot adjust. Other than that our stay was great, the sauna was enjoyed as well as the games.

This was a great place to stay for our family who was in town for a wedding. The kitchen was big and well stocked, and there was plenty of room for family meals.
One thing to note is that all of the sleeping spaces are either upstairs or downstairs, which was a little challenging for my elderly parents.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had 8 adults and
We really enjoyed our stay! We had 8 adults and 7 kids ages 4 months - 6. It has a good layout for families & a large dining table. There are two sitting rooms, and it would’ve been nice to have more comfortable seating in either one as we couldn’t all sit together without some on the floor. The backyard could also use much more seating.
Overall very clean, but the basement windows were broken and off the hinges when we arrived which was odd. A few bugs in corners.
The bedrooms are well planned and have good curtains and linens but the mattresses are mediocre. It was nice to have so many bedrooms for all the different kids, & also nice that there were extra pillows, blankets, & pack n play.
The neighborhood is residential and there’s enough parking for 5 cars if you squeeze two in the garage. The neighbors are nice and we tried to stay quiet and out of their way as much as possible.
It’s a good location and close to lots along HWY36/I25 and we enjoyed it very much. I would rec!

Hosts were very communicative. Would have been helpful to have a physical document with check-in and house rules information - the virtual guide wasn’t practical to share with other guests. Aside from the place we as advertised. Beds were a bit on the small side but as good a value option as you can find for a big group!

We booked this house for a women's getaway weekend because it was large enough to accommodate seven of us. We were most appreciative of the home's cleanliness and location. However, it wasn't the most comfortable of places. Several of the mattresses were dipping in the middle, several kitchen drawers were broken, and the only place that could accommodate seven people at the same time was the dining room.

As far as the house goes, I recommended that they ask their cleaner to switch cleaning products. Whatever they were using was so strong that we ended up airing out the whole house before we could fully use it. Hopefully they take that suggestion.
The basement rooms are kind of run down, but honestly this house was very good value compared to others in the neighbourhood. And as other reviews have said, we were a large party and being able to spread people over three floors helped us all to have a great week 😃

As a management company, Air Simplicity did well. They communicated in advance for almost everything and were responsive during our stay.
The property was clean and quiet and worked well for a large family visiting while in town for a wedding. As other reviewers have pointed out, it has some strange use of stairs and steps. Be sure to watch out for that step between the living room and the dining room.

The house was very clean
The house was very clean, nicely decorated without being over the top, and had some toys and games available that our kids used often. The bag game was pretty worn out but still useable. There was room to eat meals, the bedrooms allowed for some flexibility, and there was plenty of bathrooms. The appliances were nice. The house needs some minor fixes like the rain shower needed attached to the wall, several light switches needed batteries and/or bulbs. There were 3 trash cans but they were partially full and weren’t taken out until mid week and not picked up before we left so our overflow trash was in the garage, no recyclables container. Knowing there was a basement and a 2nd story we expected stairs but not random steps. The step up in the sitting room to the dining room where the flooring is all the same caused tripping and a minor fall, we moved a rug. At the top of the stairs, there was an additional step to the left and 2 steps to the right which made bathroom trips a bit scary.

The overall home was quite spacious and great for when it’s a bigger traveling party. Enough space for everyone to be together in various parts of the house without feeling on top of each other. Loved that the dining fits everyone so family meals were a daily for all three meals. We had an issue with the home being really cold even with heat on max, particularly in the basement, but they responded quickly to get us new blankets the next day and offered space heaters as well. Great communication!! I will say though that if you are planning to do a ton of cooking with your stay, the kitchen isn’t well stocked for cooking for what was our nine people and we had to improvise or otherwise buy alternatives for our stay. Overall though, great experience we all had and good memories created here so we are grateful.

The pictures online were exactly how the house looked. The house was well stocked with cleaning products and there were even some basic food items in the cabinet as well. Our family stayed here for a wedding and it was a very nice space for us to relax and have family time. It is spacious and clean. The team was extremely responsive and answered questions immediately. The pictures online were exactly how the house looked. The house was well stocked with cleaning products and there were even some basic food items in the cabinet as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was great. Our needs were actually met better than expected for beds & showers. The contacts were initially great, but then had difficulties communicating with them & trying to make some changes.

Amazing how many bedrooms this house has and bathrooms to make it easy for large groups. Loved the big dining table with 10 chairs, and the kitchen with plenty of glasses, plates and silverware. Had a great stay!

The house did well in accommodating our family of 9
The house did well in accommodating our family of 9 in town for a family wedding. The location gave us easy access to the airport and Boulder. The neighborhood was very quiet and the park a short walk especially for the grandkids. We would use this house again.

We had a group of 8 stay at the home for 5 days. We enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out! The sauna was a nice extra touch to have in the home!

Beautiful place and tons of sleeping space, actually had one more bed than advertised. Kitchen supplies are bare bones, just an FYI! Convenient location to enjoy the Denver area and very reasonably priced. Communication was great. Thanks for a lovely time!

To future travelers. This is by far, the best vacation spot EVER. We enjoyed our stay....the home was drop dead gorgeous, the am location was perfect, everything you can think of was near, we had no traffic, the mountain very was amazing, and the service???? we were pampered, anytime we need anything, someone was right there to help

Overall enjoyed our stay
Overall enjoyed our stay. We had a group of 8, and the house was big enough for all of us (even had rooms to spare). The space was clean and had the basic essentials. The surrounding area was very quiet. We did run into a couple of problems with the laundry machine and the bathrooms, but they weren't major issues.

This is a beautiful home with a lot of space.
This is a beautiful home with a lot of space. Pictures match perfectly. There were seven of us and we fit comfortably. Communication with the host was great and very fast, we will definitely come back.
