Aside from the place we as advertised. Beds were a bit on the small side but as good a value option as you can find for a big group!

We booked this house for a women’s getaway weekend because it was large enough to accommodate seven of us. We were most appreciative of the home’s cleanliness and location. However, it wasn’t the most comfortable of places. Several of the mattresses were dipping in the middle, several kitchen drawers were broken, and the only place that could accommodate seven people at the same time was the dining room.

The house was nice and enough places for our family to sleep. But, the backyard had a broken bench, one bed frame was broken. Coffee maker also didn’t work. But otherwise clean friendly home.

My family and I had a such a pleasant stay. The house was a spacious and well equipped, it was a perfect to come home to after a long day of exploring! Definitely recommend especially if traveling with a large group

This house is perfect! Cozy, clean, and has plenty space to stay with a big family. The kitchen is perfect to cook, and they provide minimum basic things to cook. We were welcomed with some snacks which was very kind. The house was very clean. If you have some elderly consider the fact that all the rooms are accessible by stairs. The firework doesn’t work, is just decorative. The neiborhoob is very calm. We loved our time in this home. As we spend Christmas, they provide us also a Christmas tree, thank you very much.

Air Simplicity were truly amazing hosts. We had a couple of glitches with things (pack and play was missing, not enough mugs for our group) and they not only responded to our messages within an hour, but had staff drop off both things within a couple of hours. I was amazed.
As far as the house goes, I recommended that they ask their cleaner to switch cleaning products. Whatever they were using was so strong that we ended up airing out the whole house before we could fully use it. Hopefully they take that suggestion.
The basement rooms are kind of run down, but honestly this house was very good value compared to others in the neighbourhood. And as other reviews have said, we were a large party and being able to spread people over three floors helped us all to have a great week 😃

The property was clean and quiet and worked well for a large family visiting while in town for a wedding. As other reviewers have pointed out, it has some strange use of stairs and steps. Be sure to watch out for that step between the living room and the dining room.

The house was very clean, nicely decorated without being over the top, and had some toys and games available that our kids used often. The bag game was pretty worn out but still useable. There was room to eat meals, the bedrooms allowed for some flexibility, and there was plenty of bathrooms. The appliances were nice. The house needs some minor fixes like the rain shower needed attached to the wall, several light switches needed batteries and/or bulbs. There were 3 trash cans but they were partially full and weren’t taken out until mid week and not picked up before we left so our overflow trash was in the garage, no recyclables container. Knowing there was a basement and a 2nd story we expected stairs but not random steps. The step up in the sitting room to the dining room where the flooring is all the same caused tripping and a minor fall, we moved a rug. At the top of the stairs, there was an additional step to the left and 2 steps to the right which made bathroom trips a bit scary.

The overall home was quite spacious and great for when it’s a bigger traveling party. Enough space for everyone to be together in various parts of the house without feeling on top of each other. Loved that the dining fits everyone so family meals were a daily for all three meals. We had an issue with the home being really cold even with heat on max, particularly in the basement, but they responded quickly to get us new blankets the next day and offered space heaters as well. Great communication!! I will say though that if you are planning to do a ton of cooking with your stay, the kitchen isn’t well stocked for cooking for what was our nine people and we had to improvise or otherwise buy alternatives for our stay. Overall though, great experience we all had and good memories created here so we are grateful.

Overall enjoyed our stay. We had a group of 8, and the house was big enough for all of us (even had rooms to spare). The space was clean and had the basic essentials. The surrounding area was very quiet. We did run into a couple of problems with the laundry machine and the bathrooms, but they weren't major issues.

This is a beautiful home with a lot of space. Pictures match perfectly. There were seven of us and we fit comfortably. Communication with the host was great and very fast, we will definitely come back.
