Inside of the property matched the pictures! The communication was great!! The thank you gift was an amazing gesture! It would have been nice to have the right remotes for tvs (only found one) and batteries didn’t work. We tried to turn on fire place, that didn’t work either. There was smell that we couldn’t identify, had to buy candles and plug ins which worked for a lil bit.
We booked the house for our son’s graduation from CU
We booked the house for our son's graduation from CU Boulder and we really liked staying here. The grandparents in the group felt at ease with having a kitchen to make morning tea to taste and some means at home when they were too tired to go out. We were impressed by the cleanliness and how communicative the hosts were.

Room for everyone
We had a wonderful experience at this property. Clean,well stocked and a lot of space. We had a problem with the internet (totally our fault) and the property management responded very quickly and patiently. We'll definitely book again when we're in the Denver area.

This space was very accommodating for multiple people and for children
This space was very accommodating for multiple people and for children. I appreciated the living area downstairs as well as the cozy communal area upstairs, and the unit was clean. Excellent deal for the price and for easy access to different areas near Denver and Boulder.

This stay was exactly what we needed for our family
This stay was exactly what we needed for our family reunion. Plenty of bedrooms! The couches both upstairs and downstairs were large and new. The decor was pleasing. I l appreciated that there was coffee in the cupboard, because I had forgotten to purchase any. It was a huge plus that we were able to have a dog with us. I would let anyone know that the dining area is extremely small, however it didn’t matter to us because we were not eating dinners at the house. I would definitely stay again, and I would rent from this same host.

The only “issue” was lack of places to sit and

With as many beds as were available, we would have liked to have more seating available in the kitchen and living room so we could all sit and eat together. House was as described, great communication and plenty of basics like laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, condiments, etc. I’ve been to other rentals that didn’t include those basic items, and we had to go buy them.

Comfortable although minimal
We enjoyed our stay at your house. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything it needed, the grounds were neat, and the neighborhood was quiet.
The best attribute of this house is the covered backyard patio. This allowed our group to sit and converse in the evenings. The inside of the house doesn't really have a sitting area, that can fit 6 adults comfortably, so this feature was a good addition.
There is also only one TV, in the basement, which we found odd, as we thought there should have been one in the living room. The bedroom which I used did not have a dresser, so i had to live out of my suitcase during our stay. Other rooms had minimal furnishings, as well.
If I were the owner of this property, i would (1) clean up the back patio area a bit, and get some new patio furniture, (2) get a bigger kitchen table and some updated livingroom furniture that seats more people with a TV, and (3) put a small dresser in the back bedroom.

Quiet street, nice neighborhood. House was nice, maybe a little sparse is all. Not mirrors in each room, only tv is downstairs. Had to buy toilet paper, but overall, worth the monies. Front door lock broke the first night, they had someone out there in the morning to fix it up! Comfortable and worth the cost overall. I would stay again.

The house had everything that was pictured and listed except for laundry detergent
The house had everything that was pictured and listed except for laundry detergent. After messaging AirSimplicity, they told me they would arrange for more detergent but they never delivered and never followed-up. Also, check-in time is anytime after 4pm but when I arrived at 4pm, there was still someone in the house cleaning and I was not able to go in the house until 4:30pm. The neighborhood was quiet and surrounding houses were a bit run-down. During our 2-night stay, we found 3 spiders all in different rooms throughout the house. Other than those instances, the stay was nice and comfortable.

Was able to accommodate 3 couples, 2 teenagers, and 2 toddlers with room to spare. Kitchen is a little tight, but easy to work around.
