We stayed here while house hunting during a chaotic and last minute move. Having the whole duplex to ourselves was a game changer with 2 kids and a dog. The kids and dog loved having a fenced in yard and the keypad entry was nice so I didn't have to worry about multiple sets of keys. Conveniently close to I-70, we went to Red Rocks State Park a lot and Morrison/Jefferson County Open Spaces to explore as we settled into CO. They were nice enough to also extend our stay a bit when we needed some extra time to move out of the airbnb and into our new home. I would highly recommend this place!

Enjoyed our stay. The yard was large and private and the neighborhood was older but quiet. Furnishing and decor was stylish and sturdy. Would have liked for there to be TVs in the bedrooms. Overall a nice stay!

We came for a long weekend to attend a concert. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed. It was a tad warm upstairs, and the hosts asked that the AC not be turned below a certain amount (can't remember what that was exactly, but it was reasonable. I think the issue was more with the circulation of air throughout the house) but the provided fans really helped with that. We'd stay here again.

The upstairs bedrooms don’t cool off as well as the main floor or downstairs. But they provided a fan and we left the door of the bedroom open which allowed the colder air to come in.
The place was very clean and well outfitted. So for our short 2 day stay, we were very happy.
The yard was fenced and great for the dogs.

Graduation Family Getaway
Such a cute and cozy place! Property manager kept in touch and made everything super easy. Our daughter graduated college in Boulder but her place was in Golden. This Wheat Ridge home was a perfect location for all the things we wanted to do and experience while we were there. AirSimplicity is amazing !

We enjoyed our stay in Wheat Ridge. The property manager was immediately responsive to all communication. The property was as described. It was clean and comfortable with a nice fenced backyard that would be perfect for a dog. It had everything we needed for our long weekend and was perfect for meeting our friends for a pleasant visit. The rules were clearly communicated and not too complicated.
Be aware that if you have mobility issues, there is no bedroom or bathroom located on the main level. It is a tri level so the bedrooms and bathrooms are up or down a flight of stairs.
The neighborhood was quiet but seemed a little older and some houses near looked a little run down. Ours was in great shape.
Finally, it was conveniently located near the interstate and near grocery stores.

Kitchen was equipped with everything, bed was super comfy (I was trying to figure a way out to get it into my suitcase 😊) Definitely one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. Getting into and out of the house was super easy, Wi-Fi was perfect as well as parking. Neighborhood was so peaceful! I honestly cannot find one thing to even slightly complain about. Those staying at the same time, were friendly and introduced themselves the first day. Yard has a good seating area with chairs, table and grill. Fully fenced and tall enough the neighbors cant peer through. The neighborhood can be a bit tricky to navigate through, but after a few trips we were able to find it without issue. Neighborhood was quiet and the house is located at the end of the street. Much of the communication is automated and goes directly to your email or cell phone. Check out consists of closing the front door, and texting the host. Check in was as easy as it gets, keypad on the door is all required to get in. Will definitely be staying at this location again, but will be sure to grocery shop before hand, as the neighborhood / surrounding area is not as developed as other areas around Denver.

Property was perfectly located for our purposes. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the pictures on the VRBO website were totally accurate. We had two Golden Retrievers with us as we were attending the Goldens In Golden meet-up in nearby Golden. The fact that the home is completely fenced in was HUGE. We were able to go in the backyard and let the boys run every day. So they enjoyed themselves as much as we did. This property is very well priced and was completely stocked with pretty much everything we needed.

The neighborhood was not ideal for an Airbnb. The house is quite convenient to I-70 but so close that you can hear traffic noise.
The WiFi was not working for the first 24 hours and customer service (overseas) didn’t know where the well-hidden modem/router was to allow for a quick fix. A friendly, local maintenance man did come by, though we ultimately fixed the issue ourselves.
Note: The unit is simply one side of a duplex — not a single family home as it appears in the listing. If you’re concerned with family safety, be aware that there’s just one door in and out. A second exit from this unit was completely blocked.

College Family Weekend
The purpose of our trip was to visit our son at CSOM for family weekend. We wanted a place were we could cook him some homemade meals and have a few of his friends over. This property was 15 minutes from campus in Golden. The house was equipped with all the kitchen utensils we needed and has a nice yard with grill for friends to gather.

Amazing, clean, and spacious home! It’s in a safe area

We really loved our stay in this home. There was plenty of space for the family.. We appreciated that our dog could also come along. All of the beds were very comfortable and everything was so clean! Also there is a great backyard and an outdoor setting with a barbecue. Everyone was so responsive and answered all of our questions immediately....We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We really loved our stay in this home. There was plenty of space for the family.. We appreciated that our dog could also come along. All of the beds were very comfortable and everything was so clean! Great house in a good location. The house was clean and had a great layout for families, or adults traveling together. Conveniently located near Golden, Red Rocks, and quick easy access to interstate for further exploring. Communication was quick and easy. We would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed here for a weekend while going to Red
We stayed here for a weekend while going to Red Rocks. It’s about a 15-20 min drive to red rocks and about a 15 minute drive into Denver where all the good eats are. The house is very well equipped and the patio is nice!

Had a great time staying at this house. It was clean, well stocked and the host was quick to respond. The neighbor is quite and close to the highway. Overall a good stay and would recommend.

Conveniently located, clean, and attractively decorated
We stayed only one night here, using it as a stopover before going farther west. The house appears to have been recently remodeled, nicely done. The outdoor space is nice also - plenty of seating, private, a good place to relax. The lower level with the tv room and a bedroom and bath were quite cool, the main level with kitchen/dining and living area were cool, but the upper two bedrooms were uncomfortably warm; ceiling fans are needed there rather than one box fan. We had an issue with lack of hot water but we didn’t expect it to be fixed in the short time we were there. All in all, it was fine for the one night for six of us.

Our trip was planned around going to concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. We planned to see The Black Keys and the Cheese String Incident, plus visit with my friends nephew that lives in Wyoming. We had a little problem getting in but the host was available by phone and we figured out that I was using the code in instructional video instead of the code listed. This was great location, just minutes from Red Rocks. We each had our own bedroom. The house was perfect size for us and we loved the outside patio area. The dogs loved the yard and was able to run and play and be safe in the privacy fenced yard. We were happy that they were welcome to come. We would recommend this great home to others!

Great home, felt at home every second. Clean home with great furniture and decor. Nicer than any hotel and more comfortable as well. Plenty of space for our 5 person family! Loved the patio! Easy check in and checkout. We hope to stay again in the future!

We had another amazing WSMFP run in CO this past weekend, and were super happy with this AirBNB. Clean, well appointed for our needs, and a very reasonable 20m drive to Red Rocks. Will definitely look to rent this home again! Thanks y'all!

I would definitely stay again
I would definitely stay again! Inside of the house is very clean. The area is questionable at first but then you get to a neighborhood and it’s nice! I recommend it and appreciate the communication skills from AirSimplicity.

The wifi was fast and the space was perfect for working remotely.

We loved our stay! The mattress on the king was incredible. The shower head was luxurious and both mounted and handheld.

Our stay in Wheatridge!
Loved the place! It was actually bigger than we needed, one bedroom didn't even get used. The decor was just lovely. And, there is a nice patio and yard, fenced in, for privacy! Everything provided, even shampoo, conditioner and soap! Next time I'm in the area, will definitely stay again! Highly recommend!!!!!

Loved the place! It was actually bigger than we needed, one bedroom didn't even get used. The decor was just lovely. And, there is a nice patio and yard, fenced in, for privacy! Great AirBNB. Well stocked, bedding was wonderful, backyard was nice and the location was ideal and quiet. Initial drive into the neighborhood makes you question the location, but it was great and safe!
