Located less than 1 mile from Clear Creek Trail. Great paved cycling and walking trail, I think 40+ miles long. Another big plus.

I would not have chosen a “pet friendly” space had I known they would refuse the one pet we needed space for for a single night. But the friendliness of the management, the ease of check in and check out, and the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms made up for any frustration there.

We stayed here while house hunting during a chaotic and last minute move. Having the whole duplex to ourselves was a game changer with 2 kids and a dog. The kids and dog loved having a fenced in yard and the keypad entry was nice so I didn't have to worry about multiple sets of keys. Conveniently close to I-70, we went to Red Rocks State Park a lot and Morrison/Jefferson County Open Spaces to explore as we settled into CO. They were nice enough to also extend our stay a bit when we needed some extra time to move out of the airbnb and into our new home. I would highly recommend this place!

Enjoyed our stay. The yard was large and private and the neighborhood was older but quiet. Furnishing and decor was stylish and sturdy. Would have liked for there to be TVs in the bedrooms. Overall a nice stay!

We came for a long weekend to attend a concert. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed. It was a tad warm upstairs, and the hosts asked that the AC not be turned below a certain amount (can't remember what that was exactly, but it was reasonable. I think the issue was more with the circulation of air throughout the house) but the provided fans really helped with that. We'd stay here again.

Property was perfect home base for our trip to Denver to see The Avett Brothers at Red Rocks. Conveniently located property was clean and met all our needs.

The upstairs bedrooms don’t cool off as well as the main floor or downstairs. But they provided a fan and we left the door of the bedroom open which allowed the colder air to come in.
The place was very clean and well outfitted. So for our short 2 day stay, we were very happy.
The yard was fenced and great for the dogs.

Graduation Family Getaway
Such a cute and cozy place! Property manager kept in touch and made everything super easy. Our daughter graduated college in Boulder but her place was in Golden. This Wheat Ridge home was a perfect location for all the things we wanted to do and experience while we were there. AirSimplicity is amazing !

We enjoyed our stay in Wheat Ridge. The property manager was immediately responsive to all communication. The property was as described. It was clean and comfortable with a nice fenced backyard that would be perfect for a dog. It had everything we needed for our long weekend and was perfect for meeting our friends for a pleasant visit. The rules were clearly communicated and not too complicated.
Be aware that if you have mobility issues, there is no bedroom or bathroom located on the main level. It is a tri level so the bedrooms and bathrooms are up or down a flight of stairs.
The neighborhood was quiet but seemed a little older and some houses near looked a little run down. Ours was in great shape.
Finally, it was conveniently located near the interstate and near grocery stores.

This was a perfect place for a girl's trip for the three of us. It would also be very comfortable for three couples. Felt very safe with the tall privacy fence. Super easy check in and departure. Check out consists of closing the front door, and texting the host. Check in was as easy as it gets, keypad on the door is all required to get in. GREAT LOCATION
Property was perfectly located for our purposes. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the pictures on the VRBO website were totally accurate. We had two Golden Retrievers with us as we were attending the Goldens In Golden meet-up in nearby Golden. The fact that the home is completely fenced in was HUGE. We were able to go in the backyard and let the boys run every day. So they enjoyed themselves as much as we did. This property is very well priced and was completely stocked with pretty much everything we needed.

This unit was very clean, well equipped and furnished
This unit was very clean, well equipped and furnished. The beds were comfortable. A large fenced yard was great for our dog.
The neighborhood was not ideal for an Airbnb. The house is quite convenient to I-70 but so close that you can hear traffic noise.
The WiFi was not working for the first 24 hours and customer service (overseas) didn’t know where the well-hidden modem/router was to allow for a quick fix. A friendly, local maintenance man did come by, though we ultimately fixed the issue ourselves.
Note: The unit is simply one side of a duplex — not a single family home as it appears in the listing. If you’re concerned with family safety, be aware that there’s just one door in and out. A second exit from this unit was completely blocked.

Really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend having a car or some means of transport if you are staying here. Great yard, very comfy beds and furniture. Kitchen is well stocked with pans and some basic cooking needs as well which is always a plus.

College Family Weekend
The purpose of our trip was to visit our son at CSOM for family weekend. We wanted a place were we could cook him some homemade meals and have a few of his friends over. This property was 15 minutes from campus in Golden. The house was equipped with all the kitchen utensils we needed and has a nice yard with grill for friends to gather.

We really loved our stay in this home. There was plenty of space for the family.. We appreciated that our dog could also come along. All of the beds were very comfortable and everything was so clean! Also there is a great backyard and an outdoor setting with a barbecue. Everyone was so responsive and answered all of our questions immediately....We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great house in a good location. The house was clean and had a great layout for families, or adults traveling together. Conveniently located near Golden, Red Rocks, and quick easy access to interstate for further exploring. Communication was quick and easy. We would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed here for a weekend while going to Red
We stayed here for a weekend while going to Red Rocks. It’s about a 15-20 min drive to red rocks and about a 15 minute drive into Denver where all the good eats are. The house is very well equipped and the patio is nice!

We stayed only one night here, using it as a stopover before going farther west. The house appears to have been recently remodeled, nicely done. The outdoor space is nice also - plenty of seating, private, a good place to relax. The lower level with the tv room and a bedroom and bath were quite cool, the main level with kitchen/dining and living area were cool, but the upper two bedrooms were uncomfortably warm; ceiling fans are needed there rather than one box fan. We had an issue with lack of hot water but we didn’t expect it to be fixed in the short time we were there. All in all, it was fine for the one night for six of us.

We had a little problem getting in but the host was available by phone and we figured out that I was using the code in instructional video instead of the code listed. This was great location, just minutes from Red Rocks. We each had our own bedroom. The house was perfect size for us and we loved the outside patio area. The dogs loved the yard and was able to run and play and be safe in the privacy fenced yard. We were happy that they were welcome to come. We would recommend this great home to others!

I would definitely stay again! Inside of the house is very clean. The area is questionable at first but then you get to a neighborhood and it’s nice! I recommend it and appreciate the communication skills from AirSimplicity.

Loved the place! It was actually bigger than we needed, one bedroom didn't even get used. The decor was just lovely. And, there is a nice patio and yard, fenced in, for privacy! Everything provided, even shampoo, conditioner and soap! Next time I'm in the area, will definitely stay again! Highly recommend!!!!!

Loved the place! It was actually bigger than we needed, one bedroom didn't even get used. The decor was just lovely. And, there is a nice patio and yard, fenced in, for privacy! Everything provided, even shampoo, conditioner and soap! Next time I'm in the area, will definitely stay again! Highly recommend!!!!!
