Graduation Family Getaway
Such a cute and cozy place! Property manager kept in touch and made everything super easy. Our daughter graduated college in Boulder but her place was in Golden. This Wheat Ridge home was a perfect location for all the things we wanted to do and experience while we were there. AirSimplicity is amazing !

Comfortable and Clean
We enjoyed our stay in Wheat Ridge. The property manager was immediately responsive to all communication. The property was as described. It was clean and comfortable with a nice fenced backyard that would be perfect for a dog. It had everything we needed for our long weekend and was perfect for meeting our friends for a pleasant visit. The rules were clearly communicated and not too complicated.
Be aware that if you have mobility issues, there is no bedroom or bathroom located on the main level. It is a tri level so the bedrooms and bathrooms are up or down a flight of stairs.
The neighborhood was quiet but seemed a little older and some houses near looked a little run down. Ours was in great shape.
Finally, it was conveniently located near the interstate and near grocery stores.
We had a very pleasant stay.

This was a great stay! Close proximity to both the mountains and Denver. Also very close to downtown Arvada. The place was as described, and the team at Airsimplicity is responsive/friendly! My parents first time staying in an Airbnb and they loved it. Will 100 percent recommend and book through them again.

We visited the Denver area for a family wedding and stayed here. It was a great place, with plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood. The home was super clean and met all of our needs. I would stay here again!

Great location! We went downtown Denver and Red Rocks for a concert. The house was very clean. TV is very easy to use. Loved having Netflix. The lawn did need mowing.. The dishes in the dishwasher were not clean. No biggie. We just ran the dishwasher. The photos show an outside couch set which was no longer there. We did use the table and chairs . This was a perfect place for a girl's trip for the three of us. It would also be very comfortable for three couples. Felt very safe with the tall privacy fence. Super easy check in and departure. We would definitely stay there again.

Where do I even start with this absolute GEM!! If you’re looking for a pristine, modern, a home away from home then this is the one for you! Kitchen was equipped with everything, bed was super comfy (I was trying to figure a way out to get it into my suitcase 😊) Definitely one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. Getting into and out of the house was super easy, Wi-Fi was perfect as well as parking. Neighborhood was so peaceful! I honestly cannot find one thing to even slightly complain about. Great stay. Location is close enough to red rock amphitheater, hiking trails and golden that uber's did not break the bank. This place is a duplex, which was not mentioned. Those staying at the same time, were friendly and introduced themselves the first day. Yard has a good seating area with chairs, table and grill. Fully fenced and tall enough the neighbors cant peer through. The neighborhood can be a bit tricky to navigate through, but after a few trips we were able to find it without issue. Neighborhood was quiet and the house is located at the end of the street. Much of the communication is automated and goes directly to your email or cell phone. Check out consists of closing the front door, and texting the host. Check in was as easy as it gets, keypad on the door is all required to get in. Will definitely be staying at this location again, but will be sure to grocery shop before hand, as the neighborhood / surrounding area is not as developed as other areas around Denver.

GREAT LOCATION
Property was perfectly located for our purposes. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the pictures on the VRBO website were totally accurate. We had two Golden Retrievers with us as we were attending the Goldens In Golden meet-up in nearby Golden. The fact that the home is completely fenced in was HUGE. We were able to go in the backyard and let the boys run every day. So they enjoyed themselves as much as we did. This property is very well priced and was completely stocked with pretty much everything we needed.

The neighborhood was not ideal for an Airbnb. The house is quite convenient to I-70 but so close that you can hear traffic noise.
The WiFi was not working for the first 24 hours and customer service (overseas) didn’t know where the well-hidden modem/router was to allow for a quick fix. A friendly, local maintenance man did come by, though we ultimately fixed the issue ourselves.
Note: The unit is simply one side of a duplex — not a single family home as it appears in the listing. If you’re concerned with family safety, be aware that there’s just one door in and out. A second exit from this unit was completely blocked.

Really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend having a car or some means of transport if you are staying here. Great yard, very comfy beds and furniture. Kitchen is well stocked with pans and some basic cooking needs as well which is always a plus.

The purpose of our trip was to visit our son at CSOM for family weekend. We wanted a place were we could cook him some homemade meals and have a few of his friends over. This property was 15 minutes from campus in Golden. The house was equipped with all the kitchen utensils we needed and has a nice yard with grill for friends to gather.

We stayed here for a weekend while going to Red Rocks. It’s about a 15-20 min drive to red rocks and about a 15 minute drive into Denver where all the good eats are. The house is very well equipped and the patio is nice!

Conveniently located, clean, and attractively decorated
We stayed only one night here, using it as a stopover before going farther west. The house appears to have been recently remodeled, nicely done. The outdoor space is nice also - plenty of seating, private, a good place to relax. The lower level with the tv room and a bedroom and bath were quite cool, the main level with kitchen/dining and living area were cool, but the upper two bedrooms were uncomfortably warm; ceiling fans are needed there rather than one box fan. We had an issue with lack of hot water but we didn’t expect it to be fixed in the short time we were there. All in all, it was fine for the one night for six of us.

Our trip was planned around going to concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. We planned to see The Black Keys and the Cheese String Incident, plus visit with my friends nephew that lives in Wyoming. We had a little problem getting in but the host was available by phone and we figured out that I was using the code in instructional video instead of the code listed. This was great location, just minutes from Red Rocks. We each had our own bedroom. The house was perfect size for us and we loved the outside patio area. The dogs loved the yard and was able to run and play and be safe in the privacy fenced yard. We were happy that they were welcome to come. We would recommend this great home to others!

Our stay in Wheatridge!
Loved the place! It was actually bigger than we needed, one bedroom didn't even get used. The decor was just lovely. And, there is a nice patio and yard, fenced in, for privacy! Everything provided, even shampoo, conditioner and soap! Next time I'm in the area, will definitely stay again! Highly recommend!!!!!
