Everything was wonderful. We were in town for a wedding and it fit our family’s needs perfectly. Very well equipped. We were very happy with the property and would recommend!

SAVED us after having to abandon a nightmare rental. They were able to get us in quickly since it was after 5 pm. Host was very responsive and kind to send us the code since we were just sitting in our car with nowhere to go. Home was absolutely perfect. Loved the covered patio area in the evenings. There were just 4 of us, but we needed somewhere asap. Would work great for a larger group. Plenty of sitting/eating areas. Kids loved the game room. Home was very clean. kitchen was stocked well & the grill was great. Loved the doggie bag dispenser outside! Lovely neighborhood. Super close to Red Rocks. Very easy check out process. Didn’t feel like I was the one cleaning, lol. Saved our vacation and we were immediately at peace when we walked in. THANK YOU!!!!!

Great place to stay while attending a concert at the Red Rocks Amphitheater. It was just a short Uber ride to the venue. We were also able to enjoy many of the surrounding streams and reservoirs. Even drove into downtown Denver for lunch and a visit to the skatepark. Centrally located for a great trip. Wish there were more restaurants close by but there were a lot of options just a short drive away in multiple directions. Backyard was large and the deck was so nice to hang out on, we even utilized the BBQ. The house was actually larger than expected and was very comfortable for my family and our 2 dogs. The neighborhood was great to walk the dogs in and having a fully fenced backyard is always a plus. Will definitely choose this house again next time I am in the area.

Overall we were quite happy with our stay and the property. The neighborhood was fantastic. I would like to provide a couple of notes that the management might want to address. In general, the cleanliness was okay but in the main bedroom bath, there was hair in around the shower drain; there was a gritty like substance on the floor (sand) in the downstairs king bedroom; the main floor air return vent needs attention. We attempted to use the oven, but the display screen was hard to read and the heat seemed inconsistent. It is possible we may have missed the proper sequence to activate the stove. We selected the property specifically for the three king sized beds but in one of the king bedrooms the bed was really low. Elevating that to standard height would be appreciated by post retirement visitors.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The house was big with plenty of rooms, which made it feel super spacious. The bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in—I actually looked forward to going to bed each night. My favorite part, though, was the outdoor patio. The furniture was so comfortable, and it became my little retreat where I could curl up with a book after long days at work. It was the perfect way to unwind. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

This airbnb was perfect! We used it as the home-base for our CO wedding and it was spacious for 10 girls and my dog. Everyone had their own space and we never felt clutters or crowded. Great area to walk around and centralized to both Denver and Golden.

We were in Colorado for a wedding. Three family units shared the house, two from Va and one from Ct. The ten of us enjoyed the beautiful house and our time together so much more than had we been in a hotel!The house was a bump up in “fancy” from our homes, so that was fun!!

We had a fantastic stay as a group of friends visiting for a Red Rocks concert, whitewater rafting and Rocky Mountain National Park. We had a great time visiting with each other on the back porch.

Everything was fantastic. The kitchen in particular was much nicer than similar rentals in the past. We had a great time, and highly recommend this location.

Our stay was very comfortable and the location was perfect for our group of 9. The convenient location allowed us easy access to Red Rocks, and the ability to do short day trips to Denver, Boulder, and Idaho Springs.
We enjoyed the deck and the multiple living spaces allowed us to spread out. Due to an extenuating circumstance, we were delayed checking in but were compensated for the inconvenience. The owner was very gracious and empathetic. I would not hesitate to book with this host again.

Our family came in from 4 different states to celebrate the life of our mother. The house was fabulous! It was clean, modern, great location, good beds and great water pressure in the shower. All the information we needed was clearly communicated. One of the best we’ve stayed with.

Fantastic, comfortable stay!
This is a great property! Very close to the foothills, Red Rocks, Morrison, Golden and Denver. So much to do! This house offered such comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax and hang out. The check in process was super quick and the host was easily available. Highly recommend!

This was my family's first experience with an Air B&B. We were pleasantly surprised, the property was just what we needed to relax at the end of the day, the view from the deck was great. We had plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable, play cards and enjoy each others company and our fur babies were glad to have space to roam around in the yard. We enjoyed our stay.

This house is amazing!!! The location is great, plenty of room inside and the backyard and deck are amazing. Plenty of kid safe things for little ones to safely play with inside and out. We would definitely stay again, we were sad to leave!
