We loved our stay at the air bnb. The only 1 complaint was that there is a half step up to the livingroom and a half step up to the kitchen. I have a wheelchair bound son and this made it difficult for him. A few of us also tripped up the step.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! The host responded quickly and communicated well. I will mention that there were food crumbs left under the TV room table; however, everything else was superb! We loved the convenient location to local dog parks and lakes. This was our first time taking our newly disabled dog on a trip and this home was perfect. Will definitely look at staying here again in the future!

We will be back!

Kitchen was very clean, had coffee, coffee maker and good cooking utensils, which gave you the flexibility of preparing meals. Thank you Air Simplicity for being a fantastic host.

The home was beautiful with modern appliances, comfortable beds, and good air conditioner. My wife and I were very comfortable for our stay in Denver. The home is located on a very quiet street and surrounded with tons of things to do in Denver. There was a small issue with the quality of the backyard but when they yard is cleaned it will be a 5 star stay.

We really enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and well-equipped, the furniture was comfortable, and we slept well on the bed. The kitchen was fairly well-equipped (all the pans were scratched-up non-stick, which is less than ideal, but typical of Airbnbs) and we were able to cook several meals there without difficulty. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet enough, and it's not far from some great hiking. If you have a dog with you, it's about ~15 minute drive to Westminster Hills dog park, which is a really fabulous place for pups. We stayed about a week, so we really appreciated the laundry facilities and dishwasher; I'd definitely recommend this place for a long-term stay. We even ended up extending our stay by two nights!

This location was perfect for our last-minute Denver trip! The house was immaculate & cozy for the four of us that stayed—within 15 minutes from downtown Denver and right off the highway, making your longer trips to Vail/Avon a breeze. This home made me feel right at home and was incredibly comfortable. The layout was warm and inviting and the furniture matched my style perfectly. The fenced in yard with the deck was great for the dogs to hang out during the day. The home is very close to highways, which made it convenient to get around the metro area. Parking was a breeze and there were lots of nice, new houses in the neighborhood too. Going for walks felt safe and there were sidewalks. The internet speed was great and we didn’t have any troubles working remote or streaming shows. Overall, a really great stay and I’d totally come back again!
