Situated a short drive from downtown and within relatively quick driving distance to lots of trails and hiking. loved getting to use the hot tub. was very helpful to have washer and dryer as well. it was a great base for our girls trip. thanks.

The location is a 10 minute drive from anything you would want or need, yet you get the peace of a quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again 🙂

We loved our stay at the air bnb. The only 1 complaint was that there is a half step up to the livingroom and a half step up to the kitchen. I have a wheelchair bound son and this made it difficult for him. A few of us also tripped up the step.

Stayed here for 4 nights for my Bachelor party and it was the perfect place with the backyard patio, grill, hot tub, and fire pit. Good vibes! The house was setup nice and perfect for cooking and hanging out. The area is super close like 7 minutes to all the shopping and super close to Coors field and many hiking trials. 100% would recommend and would stay again in the future! The communication was insanely responsive too!

We stayed for just over a week. Tennyson streets restaurants and shops are worth the visit. We fell in love with that area. Location was easy on/off to get away for Hikes and visiting surrounding areas.

this was a nice house to stay in, easy access to the freeway, and whatever we needed was within a couple of miles. the house is quiet and well maintained. the hot tub was perfect after a long day. the beds were comfortable as well.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! The host responded quickly and communicated well. I will mention that there were food crumbs left under the TV room table; however, everything else was superb! We loved the convenient location to local dog parks and lakes. This was our first time taking our newly disabled dog on a trip and this home was perfect. Will definitely look at staying here again in the future!

A group of us (5) went down to stay a couple nights in Denver and the stay was amazing! The house was in amazing condition, inside and out. Additionally, my friends and I appreciated the guide book set on the coffee table; it directed us to a beautiful walk with dinosaur fossils! Overall, a great stay and very responsive hosts.

I stayed here with my husband and 2 elementary age kiddos and it was perfect. It was our fist family trip to CO and we were super close (30 minor less!!) to beautiful hikes like Lair O’ The Bear, and Reynolds park! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

We had a great stay here. The host was very responsive and pleasant and the home was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very clean, had coffee, coffee maker and good cooking utensils, which gave you the flexibility of preparing meals. Downtown, shopping, restaurants and some tourist attractions were easily accessible by car and were 15 - 20 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Air Simplicity for being a fantastic host.

The home is located on a very quiet street and surrounded with tons of things to do in Denver. There was a small issue with the quality of the backyard but when they yard is cleaned it will be a 5 star stay.

Great for a family to have 3 separate bedrooms. Conveniently located in Regis University neighborhood. The fenced yard was great for our visiting dog. This place had everything we were looking for and more, including a recently remodeled bathroom with a highly covetable shower. Great communication.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and well-equipped, the furniture was comfortable, and we slept well on the bed. The kitchen was fairly well-equipped (all the pans were scratched-up non-stick, which is less than ideal, but typical of Airbnbs) and we were able to cook several meals there without difficulty. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet enough, and it's not far from some great hiking. If you have a dog with you, it's about ~15 minute drive to Westminster Hills dog park, which is a really fabulous place for pups. We stayed about a week, so we really appreciated the laundry facilities and dishwasher; I'd definitely recommend this place for a long-term stay. We even ended up extending our stay by two nights!

Loved staying here. The place was in a perfect location! We were able to walk to everything we needed. Very clean and quiet place to stay. Loved our view and sitting outside. My only complaint was the air conditioner was on a lock and during the day it would get warm. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

We have been staying I air bnbs for a while now and this kne has been our favorite in Denver! Clean, cute, spacious layout, stocked kitchen, and we loved the design! The hosts are more than accommodating and always responsive! it's a perfect location because you're on a quiet street but close to the Berkley neighborhood that has tons of cute shops and restaurants! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Lovely stay! My old college friends and I met in Denver and this home was perfect to meet our needs. We had 5 of us in total and we all fit comfortably. It’s located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Denver. The place is nicely furnished, just like the photos, and was close to all the attractions we visited.

This home was perfect for a week with family visiting for graduation. Very well equipped kitchen.. I made breakfast and dinner and most of what was needed was in the kitchen.. pots, Utensils. Everything! Beds are comfortable and the washer and dryer were wonderful for a 5 day stay..I would definitely stay here again when in Denver. Not too far yet close enough to down town Denver to enjoy great restaurants and bars❤️

This home made me feel right at home and was incredibly comfortable. The layout was warm and inviting and the furniture matched my style perfectly. The fenced in yard with the deck was great for the dogs to hang out during the day. The home is very close to highways, which made it convenient to get around the metro area. Parking was a breeze and there were lots of nice, new houses in the neighborhood too. Going for walks felt safe and there were sidewalks. The internet speed was great and we didn’t have any troubles working remote or streaming shows. Overall, a really great stay and I’d totally come back again!
