The rooms were clean and provided adequate towels. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils and pots/pans. There are a variety of spices, which is a nice touch. The A/C worked well, especially with the summer heat. The outdoor table and chairs were awesome to hang out on the front porch area however; there aren’t cushions so the seats get uncomfortable after a while. All in all, we had a pleasant experience. Our hosts were always in communication to assure we had what we needed.

Very easy rental and location was very central to most things in and around Denver. Easy to get to from airport and easy to get downtown, north up to Boulder, Golden Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park and out west.

This house is a tri-level home, plenty of space for us and our 4 kids-even a pack n play for our infant! It is not far from most local attractions, and was a good spot to return each night. All the basics are stocked; toiletries, coffee, spices, as well as some family games. It was extremely hot, about ~95 degrees daily, when we were there so warmer in the upstairs bedrooms (to be expected) but fans available for air circulation and cooled off plenty at night. Hosts make it very easy to check-in, check-out and ask questions if needed, very friendly! Perfect place for our visit and first stay in an Airbnb!

Just be aware that one bedroom/bathroom was on a basement level, with the living/dining area on the main floor, and the other two bedrooms/bathroom were on the second level. Was not an issue for us though.
It’s a duplex, with each place having its own fenced back yard. It was very clean and looked just as pictured. It’s an older neighborhood, but was very quiet our entire stay.

This is the second time we've stayed at this Air Bnb. It feels just like home, has plenty of space for our family. We love the enclosed patio out front, love the grill, hammock and shade umbrella. Will stay here again!

Tucked into a quiet neighborhood. Could use a bit more kitchen items if you like to cook and hangers for clothing if you are staying more than a day or two, but otherwise it is a well-stocked house. The owners were very attentive if we needed anything. I would recommend this place, especially for longer stays.

This Airbnb was perfect for my family of 4. The host had clear instructions and even had local recommendations. Only issue was that the upstairs main bathroom was very cold. Otherwise, I definitely would stay here again.

This property was perfect for my party of 4 guests
This property was perfect for my party of 4 guests. The property is nestled at the end of the cul-de-sac and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.
The unit itself has one bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs to include the master with a king size bed, massage chair, lounge chair and large TV.
The main level has a beautiful kitchen with modern appliances, beautiful dining table and small living room.
The downstairs has another bathroom with a washer and dryer, the third bedroom and a loft area with large TV. The downstairs loft is where we spent most of our time watching TV.
The interior decorator did an amazing job with the furniture in every room and the decor. Very modern and chic.
I would absolutely stay here again!

Accurate description, responsive host, large and convenient for our family trip
Accurate description, responsive host, large and convenient for our family trip. We only encountered 2 concerns while there - the cornhole set pictured is broken and unusable which was a disappointment to my son but minor overall, and the upstairs was stifling hot until we closed all but the upper floor vents. The neighborhood isn't the greatest but we had no issues and it's adjacent to newer developments and shopping centers. Our stay was comfortable and I'd recommend it for an affordable family stay.

We were in town with 5 adults and this place was perfect! Close enough to everything we needed in Arvada and still only a 20 min ride to downtown Denver. The yard was great and everything was super clean. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Dog Friendly Home Near Red Rocks!
My parents, wife and I stayed here with our dog and had an excellent stay. The privacy fence allowed for our dog to hang outside, and also allowed for summer. Peace and quiet to relax at night. The layout of the residence was perfect as my parents had the basement to themselves And we had the upstairs bedrooms. Not to mention, this B&B allowed for a short drive to red rocks amphitheater.

We had an amazing time in Denver and the experience
We had an amazing time in Denver and the experience with the AirBnB added to that! Check-in was a little rough but that was a small thing to a giant! We still were able to check in a little early and it all worked out!
But the home looks just like the picture! Amenities seems new, beds were comfy and the space for 2 couples was perfect!
AND… the hosts we super responsive and patient (because I think I messaged them too much the 1st 2 days lol) and not once seems like my questions were too much!
Also we spent a lot of time in Denver, only 20 minutes away and I’m the Mountains snowmobiling which was a beautiful drive there!
We will definitely be back because there’s still more to do!!

This spot was a welcome landing place for a week, after we relocated cross-country to Colorado. super convenient access to I70, and the place was wayy better stocked than most Airbnb's - which made for a much easier experience! A wide array of spices, coffee, tea, cooking oils, even some non-perishables like oatmeal and pasta.

Tons of dishes, cooking utensils, spices, etc. it was a great place for our family of 4 adults and 1 child. My only knock is that the wifi is pretty slow and wouldn’t be ideal for more than 1 person teleconferencing at the same time.

Red Rocks for 85th birthday
Our trip to Denver and a concert at Red Rocks for my mom’s 85th birthday was enhanced by staying at this house. It was comfortable and clean. It was perfect for our group!

My family and I had a wonderful stay
My family and I had a wonderful stay. This Airbnb is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It's a great location between Denver and the mountains. It's only about 20 mins. from downtown. The patio and fenced backyard were a real plus. We were able to let our blind dog walk and not be worried about anything. Also, having the game of cornhole was a nice touch. We played and enjoyed nice evenings outside. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Attention to some of the small cleaning details, like light switches, cobwebs, cleaning the washer tub and dusty vents would have made the place a real standout. The person who cleans was next door at the other unit and was kind enough to ask if we needed anything. There was nothing we needed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and season food. The Coors beer in the refrigerator is a very nice touch. There were plenty of cleaning and laundry supplies. The only thing we didn't find was an iron/steamer, but not a big deal. I think this is a great value. The unit is at the end of the street and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great place to stay. The downstairs was cold and the upstairs was hot. Temp regulation was difficult. Everything else was just fine! would stay again.

Fun stay at Wheat Ridge
This house was just as shown in the pictures. It is decorated very smartly and the basement area is perfect if you have a separate couple that may need a little privacy.
BIG PLUS: The supplies provided (towels, soap, shampoo, trash bags,etc.) are plentiful; which is wonderful compared to other places we have stayed where they give you one trash bag and one towel per person. You can also wash a load if necessary.
The only reason that I did not give a 5 star is that there was quite a bit of dog poop in the backyard when we got there.
Also, the House Guide did not mention how to turn the shower on or when garbage day was. Both containers were overfull when we got there (which is understandable arriving on a Saturday) and the recycle bin was never picked up. Not sure when that was supposed to happen.
But those were minor. We had a great week there and the location is close to Golden and not too far from Estes Park and Downtown Denver.
