We absolutely loved our fall getaway at this amazing house!
We absolutely loved our fall getaway at this amazing house! The surrounding views were just as stunning as the home itself. This area of Colorado is a gem and we highly recommend staying here. AirSimplicity might be one of the best hosts on AirBnB as well.

Worth every penny! The views from the windows and the terrace are absolutely breathtaking. We especially loved sitting on the terrace by the fire, enjoying the beautiful scenery. And the best part? A family of deer would wander around nearby, creating such a magical and unforgettable experience.
The peace, fresh air, and jacuzzi make this the perfect place for a family getaway. The house itself is beautiful and very stylish, and the hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into making it feel like a home away from home.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone! ❤️

Lovely modern house, clean and fresh. Kitchen and outside deck
Lovely modern house, clean and fresh. Kitchen and outside deck was perfect. Quiet area, yard and overall area was not much to walk around on. Beds were comfortable, bedrooms were tight without dressers or a chair, but ample room to unpack and hang clothes. Convenient to have washer / dryer. The windows through the house were very nice and oversized allowing you to see outdoors from wherever you are at. Recomend.

This place is beautiful and so peaceful. When we weren’t out exploring we were spending most of our time on the deck enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains.
It was clean and there’s so much space. Well organized and the kitchen had a lot of what we needed for our four night stay.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area, I would 100% stay here again. Laundry was a major plus!
Worth it for the views alone. You could hear the neighborhood horses across the street, they were good company. Quiet neighbors.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was clean, the deck was comfortable, the fire pit was beautiful. Seating in the living room was plentiful, and the kitchen was well stocked, clean, and well maintained. Mattresses are on the firmer side, which is perfect for me, and it was so wonderful to have a clean garage for our use. The common area does get rather warm with the eastern and southern sun exposure, and cooling fans are provided since there is no central AC. It was easy to cool it down in the evenings by opening the windows and sliding doors. Beautiful, quiet spot in a rural farming neighborhood. Absolutely perfect as a home base for exploring further into the mountains or enjoying a concert at Red Rocks.
The Luxe Escape is a beautiful home off the beaten
The Luxe Escape is a beautiful home off the beaten path that will meet all of your expectations. The kitchen is gorgeous, and the massive windows allow for natural light from all directions.
The house really stays warm during the day, but cools off nicely with open windows and the multiple ceiling fans. The open windows also allow for the calming sounds of wildlife outside. A family of 6 deer came to visit every day; the tiniest having fresh spots and a childlike wobble that made for some great photos.
We only had time to use the hot tub a couple of times, but it was very nice and clean.
This property is beautifully decorated, especially the painting in the primary bedroom.
The integrated garage was a huge bonus for safety and security.
This home is super convenient to a bunch of different areas that were great to explore.
Instructions were very clear, the check in/out process was smooth, and Air Simplicity was lightening fast responding to any messages.

This home was an amazing place to stay and experience
This home was an amazing place to stay and experience the Denver area. Its modern and clean design made us feel right at home while we enjoyed the mountain views. Although there isn't much privacy due to the surrounding properties, we still felt comfortable and peaceful. You are basically guaranteed to see some deer strolling by, and a horse nearby. The location is perfect for escaping the city while remaining within a reasonable drive to explore Denver.

What a wonderful place. The view as soon as you walk in is amazing. The house has everything you need to relax or use as a home base as you explore the area. We were there for my daughter’s wedding up the road and it was perfect as a place to unwind and also just experience the beauty of the mountains. The house is immaculate and the host, Joseph, was very responsive to any questions we had. Just a wonderful experience overall.
We booked this home for a quick, last-minute, four-day weekend
We booked this home for a quick, last-minute, four-day weekend to celebrate my 60th birthday enjoying the outdoors. It was just as described and pictured! You cannot go wrong with this property as a base camp to enjoy the mountain outdoors, a concert at Red Rocks, and evenings in Denver. It’s out-of-the-way for peaceful nights, but about a :30min drive to enjoy a night out! The home is beautifully appointed with plenty of amenities and cookware to just stay in and disconnect. We highly recommend!

Hands down one of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed in. Very upscale, natural light floods this property, views and surroundings are picturesque, every detail has been considered to make guests feel pampered. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, mountain retreat.

This was an amazing, 5-star stay. The house was so modern, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean! The hosts thought of every detail from the well stocked kitchen, to the labels on light switches. There are lots of gorgeous hiking areas within an easy 15-20 min drive. The hot tub was so luxurious at the end of a long day. The floor to ceiling windows were amazing - we could watch the clouds move across the sky and the moon rise, all from the comfort of the couch!
Do be aware that the property is not as remote as you may expect from the photos - the neighbor homes are quite close, and some surrounding properties are kind of rundown (lots of old junky cars, etc) One neighbor had outdoor music going all day and there were a lot of barking dogs around. This was our only small disappointment, but obviously not at all the fault of the host, and it certainly didn’t spoil our stay! My husband and I LOVED our time here and would choose this Airbnb again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Beautifully modern home nestled off a well maintained dirt road
Beautifully modern home nestled off a well maintained dirt road in a cul de sac amongst locals. We arrived to a group of mule deer grazing in the yard. Absolutely loved the yoga room with an incredible view as well as the hot tub. The host responded quickly when we experienced difficulty w/ the fireplace & heating & gave many suggestions for things to do in the area when we asked. Hiking trails in the area are phenomenal & much less busy than Rocky Mtn Nat Park. We would certainly consider staying here again.

This home was absolutely beautiful with plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The views were amazing, and we especially enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub. Having garage parking was a huge plus, especially in colder weather.
The home was stocked with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen and outdoor grill for cooking meals to thoughtful touches like snacks, laundry baskets in each room, and plenty of hangers. The washer/dryer and dishwasher made our stay even more convenient. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.
One of our favorite features was the loft area with a dedicated play space for the kids—it was such a great addition! The check-in and check-out process was seamless, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great stay. Casey was a great host quick response time
Great stay. Casey was a great host quick response time whenever I reached out with a question. The house looked exactly like the pictures. Beautiful! Quiet neighborhood, the house is a bit far from things but that was just a minor detail. Only suggestion I would give is blind or tinted windows for the living room / kitchen area during the day the sun can be blinding and it’s hard to do anything in that area or to watch tv. Other than that it was a lovely stay. Definitely would come back

We had a great stay at Casey’s place. The location is perfect - easy to get to and feels remote though there’s plenty of conveniences nearby. They accommodated some requests we had which was much appreciated.

From start to finish, Casey was great about reaching out, asking me and reassuring me if I needed anything to let them know. It was like they researched my social media and provided amenities for me and my family. I have small kids and there was everything that was needed from high chair, to toys and even bibs! The house was BEAUTIFUL, from a magazine. It was exactly what we were wanting. There were a few neighbors, but it was still secluded and peaceful. I got to wake up to a beautiful view, watch the deer walk by while I drank my coffee on the balcony and I didn’t have to hear any road noise. They provided a memorable and much needed experience for us. This was our first Airbnb and we are extremely grateful.

This house is an absolute gem. We found this place after deciding to extend our vacation in the Denver area and I am so glad we did!
The house is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is gorgeous and well stocked with anything you would be looking for. The living room has an incredible view of the mountains in the distance as well as an adorable horse next door. The house is located on a quiet family road in the mountains of Colorado. However, there's a Safeway, Starbucks and more located just about 15 minutes away.
The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms and showers are gorgeous. This is a brand new house that was very well done.
I highly recommend this house and I would definitely stay here again!
