This place is beautiful and so peaceful. When we weren’t out exploring we were spending most of our time on the deck enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains.
It was clean and there’s so much space. Well organized and the kitchen had a lot of what we needed for our four night stay.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area, I would 100% stay here again. Laundry was a major plus!
Worth it for the views alone. You could hear the neighborhood horses across the street, they were good company. Quiet neighbors.

Seating in the living room was plentiful, and the kitchen was well stocked, clean, and well maintained. Mattresses are on the firmer side, which is perfect for me, and it was so wonderful to have a clean garage for our use. The common area does get rather warm with the eastern and southern sun exposure,and cooling fans are provided since there is no central AC. It was easy to cool it down in the evenings by opening the windows and sliding doors. Beautiful, quiet spot in a rural farming neighborhood. Absolutely perfect as a home base for exploring further into the mountains or enjoying a concert at Red Rocks.

The Luxe Escape is a beautiful home off the beaten path that will meet all of your expectations. The kitchen is gorgeous, and the massive windows allow for natural light from all directions.
The house really stays warm during the day, but cools off nicely with open windows and the multiple ceiling fans. The open windows also allow for the calming sounds of wildlife outside. A family of 6 deer came to visit every day; the tiniest having fresh spots and a childlike wobble that made for some great photos.
We only had time to use the hot tub a couple of times, but it was very nice and clean.
This property is beautifully decorated, especially the painting in the primary bedroom.
The integrated garage was a huge bonus for safety and security.
This home is super convenient to a bunch of different areas that were great to explore.
Instructions were very clear, the check in/out process was smooth, and Air Simplicity was lightening fast responding to any messages.

This home was an amazing place to stay and experience
This home was an amazing place to stay and experience the Denver area. Its modern and clean design made us feel right at home while we enjoyed the mountain views. Although there isn't much privacy due to the surrounding properties, we still felt comfortable and peaceful. You are basically guaranteed to see some deer strolling by, and a horse nearby. The location is perfect for escaping the city while remaining within a reasonable drive to explore Denver.

What a wonderful place. The view as soon as you walk in is amazing. The house has everything you need to relax or use as a home base as you explore the area. We were there for my daughter’s wedding up the road and it was perfect as a place to unwind and also just experience the beauty of the mountains. The house is immaculate and the host, Joseph, was very responsive to any questions we had. Just a wonderful experience overall.

We booked this home for a quick, last-minute, four-day weekend to celebrate my 60th birthday enjoying the outdoors. It was just as described and pictured! You cannot go wrong with this property as a base camp to enjoy the mountain outdoors, a concert at Red Rocks, and evenings in Denver. It’s out-of-the-way for peaceful nights, but about a :30min drive to enjoy a night out! The home is beautifully appointed with plenty of amenities and cookware to just stay in and disconnect. We highly recommend!

The hosts thought of every detail from the well stocked kitchen, to the labels on light switches. There are lots of gorgeous hiking areas within an easy 15-20 min drive. The hot tub was so luxurious at the end of a long day. The floor to ceiling windows were amazing - we could watch the clouds move across the sky and the moon rise, all from the comfort of the couch!
Do be aware that the property is not as remote as you may expect from the photos - the neighbor homes are quite close, and some surrounding properties are kind of rundown (lots of old junky cars, etc) One neighbor had outdoor music going all day and there were a lot of barking dogs around. This was our only small disappointment, but obviously not at all the fault of the host, and it certainly didn’t spoil our stay! My husband and I LOVED our time here and would choose this Airbnb again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Beautifully modern home nestled off a well maintained dirt road in a cul de sac amongst locals. We arrived to a group of mule deer grazing in the yard. Absolutely loved the yoga room with an incredible view as well as the hot tub. The host responded quickly when we experienced difficulty w/ the fireplace & heating & gave many suggestions for things to do in the area when we asked. Hiking trails in the area are phenomenal & much less busy than Rocky Mtn Nat Park. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Quiet neighborhood, the house is a bit far from things but that was just a minor detail. Only suggestion I would give is blind or tinted windows for the living room / kitchen area during the day the sun can be blinding and it’s hard to do anything in that area or to watch tv. Other than that it was a lovely stay. Definitely would come back

We spotted lots of wildlife including neighboring horses and beautiful sunrises from the living room and deck. Casey was very responsive and easy to communicate with. It was like they researched my social media and provided amenities for me and my family. I have small kids and there was everything that was needed from high chair, to toys and even bibs! The house was BEAUTIFUL, from a magazine. It was exactly what we were wanting. There were a few neighbors, but it was still secluded and peaceful. I got to wake up to a beautiful view, watch the deer walk by while I drank my coffee on the balcony and I didn’t have to hear any road noise. They provided a memorable and much needed experience for us. This was our first Airbnb and we are extremely grateful.

However, there's a Safeway, Starbucks and more located just about 15 minutes away.
