Pets are strictly not allowed at this property. ADA-certified service animals are welcome. Please inform us before arrival if you will be bringing a service animal. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not permitted. Any violation of this pet policy will result in a $300 fee.
Please note: There is no washer and dryer available at the property. There is also no air conditioning, although there is an evaporative cooler system.
You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.
NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
