The fully equipped kosher kitchen is thoughtfully prepared with separate meat, dairy, and pareve cookware, bakeware, and dishware, along with two dishwashers and microwaves. Start your mornings with the drip coffee maker and a generous supply of complimentary coffee. Guests are asked to follow all kosher kitchen guidelines.
For Shabbos, guests will have access to a Kiddush cup, Challah board and cover, tablecloth, candles and matches, along with additional essentials for your convenience.

🌟🌟 PRIVATE BASEMENT DEN🌟🌟
The basement den is a fun, flexible space with kids’ toys, games, and books. With its own door for added privacy, it can also be used as an additional sleeping space.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.

PETS: Pets are strictly not allowed at this property. ADA-certified service animals are welcome.

SERVICES: Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but may access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or landscaping in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

BUSY STREET: Please note that the home is located along S Monaco Pkwy, a well-traveled city street.

COOLING: The home does not have central A/C. Cooling is provided by a whole-home evaporative (swamp) cooler.
