The fully equipped kosher kitchen is thoughtfully prepared with separate meat, dairy, and pareve cookware, bakeware, and dishware, along with two dishwashers and microwaves. Start your mornings with the drip coffee maker and a generous supply of complimentary coffee. Guests are asked to follow all kosher kitchen guidelines.
For Shabbos, the kitchen includes a Kiddush cup, Challah board and cover, Shabbos tablecloth, candles and matches, along with additional essentials for your convenience.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.

Pets are strictly not allowed at this property. ADA-certified service animals are welcome.

Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but may access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or landscaping in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

Please note that the home is located along S Monaco Pkwy, a well-traveled city street.
