Take in city views, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or just spend the night on the private deck with BBQ and fire pit—just steps from top restaurants, nightlife, and shops. Stairs required to enter!

As long as you don’t mind the homeless shelter and nightlife neighbors, the place itself is really quite nice. A wonderful kitchen, updated bathrooms, comfy beds/couch, and fun style. It’s actually mostly a quiet neighborhood. It’s only the second bedroom that gets the noise from the bar/nightlife. The primary bedroom, living room, and even the patio/balcony are nice and quiet. The local homeless population was very friendly. We didn’t mind our entertaining neighborhood characters. We were within walking distance of 16th street (Target) and Coors field. Even the art district is walkable. Just about all of downtown is a short scooter/uber away.
The Airbnb was lovely and exactly as described. We walked
The Airbnb was lovely and exactly as described. We walked to our conference location near the convention center everyday, easily and without issue.
We had no issues, as expected, with any of the houseless neighbors. Be mindful that if you are uncomfortable with seeing houseless people trying to survive you may want to choose a different rental.
The rain shower heads in each bathroom were an unexpected luxury after a long day of meetings and learning!
Highly recommend for visitors looking for authentic city experience.

Very convenient to downtown and the convention center. Loved the open design. My favorite aspect was the showers. They are huge with giant rainfall showerheads.
Instructions from the host were very good and clear, just read them.
The only negative could be the homeless folks that were clearly visible just a block or two away. However, these folks who are down on their luck were neither bothersome nor aggressive in any manner. Just makes you value your life choices as you see them every day while you are enjoying your work or the city.
Would also like to boast about the abundance of electric scooters and e-bikes that are conveniently located throughout the city and very easy to rent. Most streets have bike lanes, thus making it extremely easy to get around.
Would definitely stay here again.
