Our stay for our party of 11 was amazing . We were in Colorado for our daughter’s graduation. We had our adult children along with the grandparents and the house fit all of us perfectly . We loved that the adult kids had the entire basement floor and the older adults on the main floor. The space was comfortable and clean. We were about 39 minutes from Denver and attractions like Red Rock. It was a great location and would highly recommend if traveling with a group to Denver or surrounding areas.

The house was very nice. The only thing was if you had a room on the bottom floor you heard everything from the top floor.

We had a great stay at this house! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. There were plenty of fun activities and amenities to keep everyone entertained, and the hot tub was definitely a highlight. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and enjoyable getaway.

Place is nice and pretty close to town but it needs some tlc. Needs newer towels (some can see through), shower door is off track so you have to be careful opening/closing it, couch and carpet need a deep cleaning too many stains. Also it would be nice to add face cloths. Thank you!!

The house was perfect for our long weekend in Denver. Quiet and easy to walk to Sloans lake. The house had everything we needed!

This property was perfect for our group of four during a long weekend in Denver. The bathrooms were spacious, private, and beautifully done, and the living area was the ideal size for relaxing together without feeling crowded.
The location was excellent, with quick access to major highways and just minutes from the Tennyson area, where we enjoyed great coffee, drinks, and local restaurants. It was also an easy drive to everything we had planned, including downtown Denver, Boulder, and Red Rocks.
We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Denver area.

Super clean and perfect for my family of 4 (with grandma in tow!). Kitchen has everything for meals and bathrooms were great. The few times we needed anything the host was beyond helpful. Would give 6 stars if I could. Will for sure stay again. Thank you so much!

AirSimplicity made it very easy for check in and the place was exactly as advertised! Perfect place to stay while in Denver and the location is really close to downtown! Highly rec staying at this place!

Very good location for multiple people to stay in! Very cool interior!! Loved the stay all around.

We enjoyed staying here. The area felt safe and there was plenty of restaurants near by. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals daily. Bonus for having tupperware. The rooms were all clean and cozy and they had fans to use for each room. The sitting area outside was very comfortable. The only minor thing was all the floors upstairs were very sqeeky and some rooms had barn style sliding doors so you dont have much privacy because you can still see in the rooms from the sides of the sliding doors. And there was only 1 TV in the house and it was downstairs. Putting a TV upstairs would be big win for this property. Overall, the house was perfect. We contacted the host a few times for minor issues but all was fixed quickly and they were very helpful and friendly. We came to Denver for a baseball tournament and it was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!!

Very beautiful home! A lot of stairs so make sure you and your party is comfortable with that!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and nice to use. The tv had a Constant struggle to connect t to WiFi, needed to unplug every time we wanted to watch but very minimal issue overall. Easy walk to twin lakes!

Adorable, funky, and conveniently located! This was a nice quiet place to stay for our Denver trip! It was centrally located for all of our exploring. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would totally stay here again.

This place was great and accommodating for my whole family. Great amount of rooms and bathrooms for us all. The place was clean and comfy. They were attentive and very responsive to messages. Location was quaint and convenient for the area we needed to be. Plenty of beds and bathrooms, and a cool grill and fire pit that attached directly to ground gas so no need for firewood or coal. Hosts were responsive and sent out more blankets when we didn’t have enough for 12 people. Overall a good stay and helpful hosts.

Very cute Cabin in the mountains of Colorado. Spacious and well designed for multiple groups/couples to comfortably stay here.
