It was perfect for our large family, with plenty of space and accommodations for everyone. The location was excellent—close to restaurants, local services, and grocery stores, which made getting around and planning meals so convenient. We stayed at this location with a group of our friend’s for a concert at Red Rocks, and it was absolutely perfect for us! The house had plenty of space for us to spread out and not feel like we were on top of one another. The beds were super comfortable, which we needed after climbing up and down the stairs at Red Rocks. The backyard was beautiful and we took advantage of it and sat outside majority of the time. It definitely felt like home away from home. The communication with a host was by far the best communication I’ve ever had with any host! They were incredibly accommodating to some last-minute requests and responded within minutes to any questions. Check-in was very easy and all of the instructions were very clear to follow. Highly recommend staying in any AirSimplicity’s location.

Great stay for large family
We were in the area for our son’s baseball tournament in Littleton. It was about 25 minutes away. This house is close to everything! The house itself was very spacious for nine of us. Downstairs basement was nice and cool after a hot day at the baseball fields and we enjoyed a movie on the big screen. Definitely would recommend this home for a large family. Our stay was very comfortable.

In the midst of a heat wave it always was cool and comfortable in the morning to sit with coffee or tea and have some quiet moments before the day began. Inside the house the AC and ceiling fans kept us cool. If the occasion arose we would certainly book this property again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Great setting for family gathering. Only issue was right on Main Street made driveway access challenging at times. Kitchen cabinets need tlc (especially trash drawer). Several of the door knobs were loose to the point of falling off in the bathrooms.

Great home for large family gathering
Location is a mile from I70, Starbucks, grocery and everywhere. Had a great Thanksgiving get together for 11 of us. Bedrooms for everyone! Great open space for everyone to be at the table. Grandkids and adults loved the games. Backyard was not used as it was covered in leaves but it snowed in the last few days anyway.

The house is location is convenient to areas of our interest. It was big and spacious to house 7 people in my family. There was a flooding in the lower level bedrooms due to unusual amount of rainfall. It was taken care of.

Super nice place. Had way more space than it looked like in the pictures. The description stated two and a half bathrooms, but there was three complete showers so that was a plus. One minor drawback was the door from the master bathroom, and the downstairs did not close properly, but other than that it was an amazing place! Most definitely will be booking with them again!

We had a large group of 8 adults and only two couples stay here and it was nice that no one had to share a room. The house is also quite large do it didn't feel cramped when we were all at the house.

Ample space for our family to sleep and hang out. We were in town for our wedding so it was nice to have enough bedrooms for everyone. Lots of items in the kitchen to make whatever is needed. And a charging station for an electric vehicle if needed!

Great house close to downtown
Traveled with 7 guys for an annual trip. The space was great - 6 bedrooms and plenty of common space. Easy access to downtown (20 min) or Empower Field (15 min). We did not utilize the outdoor space, but would have if traveling during warmer months. It is on a busy street, which was convenient for us but may not be if traveling with kids. Be sure and play the board game Keepin’ it Saxy while there!

Property was very clean with great communication during our stay. Lots of little details made it a terrific experience. The lower level bedrooms are terrific and the fact that the house accommodates large groups is wonderful.

Very pleased with this roomy and conveniently located home. Nice updates throughout, stocked with kitchen supplies, comfy beds. We were a group of 8 ladies and 2 of us needed to share a (king) bed. We loved that there were 2!! washers and dryers. Easy access in/out of home. We were close to the airport, Red Rocks and Golden. Also felt safe walking the sidewalk and local parks for exercise. Management co was responsive/easy to work with.
Only negatives were overwhelming smell of cleaner when we arrived (needed to air out the house overnight) and a little dog hair on the living room couch.
Suggestions: add some hairdryers; a curtain is needed in the largest bottom floor bedroom (too much light in the morning); backyard needs some TLC…landscaping, extending the patio a bit and adding a sectional would have made the outside area perfect!

The hosts were super prompt and responsive. We had one issue with the shower downstairs and the hosts had someone to repair it asap and then sent someone to clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Lots of extra little games and books to use. We loved the layout of the house. Great when the "old" adults wanted to go to bed, they could go upstairs and the young at heart folks could stay downstairs and hang out without disturbing people upstairs. This place worked very well for our group. It is conveniently located and easy to access. Just note, the parking really would be tight for more than three vehicles. A few things that could have made our stay even better-more bath towels, and also had to get some toilet paper. Back yard is a nice place to hang out with a neat little porch with skylights. Hosts were prompt to respond.

Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The house was perfect for our multi generation family. Lots of space for gathering, eating or just hanging out. Well stocked kitchen , even coffee and oatmeal. Plenty of silverware, dishes and utensils . Only thing missing was storage bags and wine glasses, but we bought a few and left them. Would definitely come back and recommend this property. Owner was great with getting back to us on any questions.

I don’t often leave reviews at all, but this was our first AirBnB experience. The host was so kind, checked on us regularly, and was always available to assist us with anything. The home is beautiful and seems like endless bedrooms. Towels were on our beds waiting for us and the neighborhood was quiet. There’s a Starbucks, grocery store and a few restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect for us first timers and I’d stay there again! Also we were about a 15-min drive from downtown. From service to stay, we couldn’t have been happier.

We had a great experience! My family and I celebrated our Dads birthday in Denver. We had 5 adults and 7 children. There was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable, there were two washers and dryers, and the kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. The kids had fun watching movies on the projector (my brother did bring over his Firestick so it worked) and playing foosball. We couldn’t figure out how to get it to work otherwise. The location was also perfect! We spent time in Denver and in the mountains. Both were very easy to get to. The grocery stores were also nearby. I would highly recommend this home!

This is the first time our entire family has been together in over a year. The AirBnB was a perfect home. It was large enough for our 6 grown children, was clean and artfully decorated. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities (especially coffee and creamer:) and great communication with the host. The location was perfect for us and was close to great food options. As we were usually in a rush we only used "Ziggy's" which was excellent for a quick breakfast.
The place was very clean and the beds were excellent - a requirement for much needed quality sleep. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. We highly recommend and will stay there in the future when we visit Colorado.

Great place, big enough for a big group to have a good time and have plenty of space and privacy. I would highly recommend for any group looking to get out of the heart of Denver and be centrally located near the best spots in the area.

Plenty of room!
We had 7 adults and 5 children that stayed in the house. There was plenty of room for all of us. We could all be in the same place or spread out and do different things. The managing company was quick to respond with any questions we had. The house is centrally located so there wasn't a long drive to get to the aquarium and shopping in Golden. We also hiked South Table Mountian and had a blast! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

You guys will love this place! It was so stylish
You guys will love this place! It was so stylish and comfy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The bedrooms were large and beautifully decorated. There was lots of lounge space for our group to spread out. Our host John was a joy. Any questions we had he was very prompt with his responses. We did not want to leave. And of course when we come back to Colorado we will book this place again if it’s available!
