Spacious for larger group. Slight complaint is that they didn’t have lot of the essentials (spices, utensils, etc.)

We thoroughly enjoyed our Colorado vacation and it was the best choice to stay in Aurora. We had the perfect lodging for our stay – great location, close to everything we wanted to do/see but tucked away enough for a peaceful retreat, and very spacious for our group of 6 family members. Beds were super comfortable, it had enough kitchen amenities (I think only missing scissors), and had some cooking basics as well. Everything worked well in the bathroom and the liquid toiletries provided were of good quality. Plus the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable the entire time. Didn’t get to use the outdoor cooking facilities and laundry, but it’s great that these were available. Check -in and check-out was a breeze, easy, fast, no-stress and not fussy. A special thank you to AirSimplicity; their management was seamless and top-notch. Highly recommend this property!

It is close to everything. I enjoyed my morning walks to the coffee shop.

We had a wonderful stay at this Golden gem! We booked this Airbnb for a concert at Red Rocks, and it turned out to be the perfect home base for the concert AND exploring Colorado. Denver was a quick drive, Boulder was close by, and we could be in the mountains in about 45 minutes. From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive, answering questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed for a seamless visit. The carriage house was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with all the comforts of home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the spacious soaking tub was perfect for relaxing after sightseeing, hiking, or an evening at Red Rocks. The kitchen was well-equipped, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the washer and dryer made the stay more convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

SAVED us after having to abandon a nightmare rental. They were able to get us in quickly since it was after 5 pm. Host was very responsive and kind to send us the code since we were just sitting in our car with nowhere to go. Home was absolutely perfect. Loved the covered patio area in the evenings. There were just 4 of us, but we needed somewhere asap. Would work great for a larger group. Plenty of sitting/eating areas. Kids loved the game room. Home was very clean. kitchen was stocked well & the grill was great. Loved the doggie bag dispenser outside! Lovely neighborhood. Super close to Red Rocks. Very easy check out process. Didn’t feel like I was the one cleaning, lol. Saved our vacation and we were immediately at peace when we walked in. THANK YOU!!!!!

The Luxe Escape is a beautiful home off the beaten path that will meet all of your expectations. The kitchen is gorgeous, and the massive windows allow for natural light from all directions.
The house really stays warm during the day, but cools off nicely with open windows and the multiple ceiling fans. The open windows also allow for the calming sounds of wildlife outside. A family of 6 deer came to visit every day; the tiniest having fresh spots and a childlike wobble that made for some great photos.
We only had time to use the hot tub a couple of times, but it was very nice and clean.
This property is beautifully decorated, especially the painting in the primary bedroom.
The integrated garage was a huge bonus for safety and security.
This home is super convenient to a bunch of different areas that were great to explore.
Instructions were very clear, the check in/out process was smooth, and Air Simplicity was lightening fast responding to any messages.

Awesome stay at a very reasonable price. Sauna was a very nice touch in the basement. Excellent communication, great amenities, and a fantastic location close to some top-tier golf courses. 10/10 and would stay here again.

This house in Bailey CO was absolutely gorgeous and the views from the balcony was breathtaking. AirSimplicity was very helpful and always quick to respond, even late at night. I highly recommend staying here for any occasion.
