Wonderful trail system. Variable surface – mostly crushed gravel and sand/sandstone. We didn’t encounter deep sand on the Juniper Loop. Mostly smooth trail with rolling hills and scenic outlooks. Picnic table and benches available along Juniper Loop (not sure about the other loop). Great for trail running, biking with kids. A single bike trailer would be challenging but doable for experienced riders.
