DUPLEX: Please note that this property is the front half of a duplex, with a separately occupied unit located behind it. The neighboring unit's driveway and garage are not accessible to guests.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Cameras are installed outside the property monitoring the front and side areas. There are no cameras inside the property.

SERVICES: Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
