We had a great time. all the rooms were exactly as advertised. the downstairs carpeted area was so nice to hang out in. Plenty of cutlery and dishes as well. We absolutely would book again!
Perfect Group Stay
We brought a group for a dance competition and the location was perfect to accommodate our adults and kids for their needs and wants. Very spacious property and in a great spot near many essential stops and just minutes from activities. We had a great and easy stay!

This home was in a great location i had no complaints. There was eight adults and three children, and we had more than enough space. I would definitely recommend, they had a lot of things that were walkable in the area also the house was nice and clean.

The home was beautiful and a great size! The deck was perfect for coffee in the morning and stargazing at night time. The large kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to host a beautiful bridal brunch there. The host sent very clear instructions, and was very quick with their responses. The game room and kids room kept all 5 kids entertained for days. I would absolutely stay here again!

Members of our women's O55 and O60 soccer team loved staying here. We love our privacy and were able to have separate space as well as community Olympics TV watching. We did needed laundry, cooking, and even picked crabapples from the loaded tree and made cinnamon apples.

This spot was perfect for our group to walk to a nearby conference all week. We enjoyed making meals most days and made use of the downstairs area by playing games on the TV. The temperature difference between the upstairs and downstairs was noticeable. Those who slept upstairs found it hot and abandoned the cozy comforters in the middle of the night, while those downstairs were cold and shut the AC vents when they went to bed. Despite this, we still give a 5-star review. We would gladly stay here again.

I rented the house for a family weekend get-together. House is in a lovely neighborhood. Grocery, shops and restaurants nearby. Large kitchen with plenty of utensils. nice outside grill. Responsive property management. We enjoyed our stay very much

Great little house on a cul-de-sac that backs up to an elementary school. Nice and quiet. Walk over one block and there is a mile-ish long trail around the school and park for a quick walk. Close to everything….Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, Golden.
Comfy beds and a game room for the kids. Miniature billiards, air hockey, foosball table. Cornhole, Batttleship. Plenty of fun for my grown up kids. Super fast internet. I would stay again.

We were in the area for a National soccer League championship. We had 3 teens and families. There was plenty of room for the families to eat together and also have space alone. Each family had their own bathroom which was wonderful.
The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The teens enjoyed the downstairs a lot. It gave them a space to themselves when they wanted it.
The kitchen was stocked very well. Things to keep in mind, if you are cooking large meals you may need to pick up larger pots. We made it work but some people may not be able to.
The outdoor area left a lot to be desired but again, for us we made it work. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and grill although it could have used a good cleaning. We enjoyed the view very much.
I contacted the property management a few times and they were very responsive and took care of it.
We enjoyed Colorado immensely! If you’re interested in white water rafting I highly recommend clear creek rafting company. They were phenomenal!
We enjoyed “Garden of the Gods” and Cave of the winds.
We visited Golden Canyon state park and saw a moose and her calf on the trail!
We also visited Red rocks. We didn’t see a concert there but I heard that experience is amazing!

We had a wonderful time at this house on a quiet street in proximity to much Arvada has to offer including walking trails, stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful and the deck has a nice view. We interacted with very helpful and pleasant staff. Other then a lawn that needed to be mowed and a microwave that is in need of an outlet we had a wonderful time.

House was in a quiet neighborhood. House was nice size for a large group. We were visiting the area to attend a college graduation. We had family ranging in age from 20 something to 80 something. All enjoyed the time we spent here. So convenient for a family versus staying in a hotel.

Overall good experience
Overall good experience. Host was responsive. A couple of plumbing repairs were needed at the beginning of our stay, but were tended to quickly. The place was pretty well cleaned. It was evident that carpets had not been vacuumed as we found multiple loose staples scattered near foosball table and other items such as plastic tags and old Skittles hanging around the lower level. Wouldn’t have been a huge deal except for the fact that there were 2 mobile infants among our party. Last minor disappointment was that a remote for the lower level TV was never located, which was a feature we were looking forward to for the kids. I would still recommend this place to families looking for a place to stay in the area. The layout is great and there is ample space to spread out.

There were a couple little glitches upon arrival. Front porch light was not on/didn't work, difficult to see the path upon arrival. Kitchen light didn't work upon arrival. I notified AirSimplicity and was instructed to see if a breaker was thrown. I then had to ask where the breaker box was located. It was in the back yard, it was dark, and very difficult to open. I found the thrown breaker and resolved the kitchen light outage. Maintenance had to repair the front porch light the next day. Overall the house was excellent and served our needs. It was very clean and in good repair. My 86 year old Mother-in-Law was initially disappointed with the TV because none of us could figure out how to just watch TV. Written instructions near the TV would have been very useful. It may have been an internet connection problem because after maintenance visited the TV worked (Mother-in-Law was happy!).

The house is perfect! Very roomy and spacious and is located in a quiet neighborhood. There were going to be 11 of us (3 couples) but thankfully only 8 ppl (2 couples) made it. I think it would have definitely been tight for 11 of us. (The bunkbeds are made for kids as we should have expected!) Otherwise, it was an amazing stay and the host was very communicative during the whole process. The couches, beds, and lounge areas were very cozy with lots of blankets and towels. The deck outback was nice to have too! Plenty of room for 3 cars between the driveway and the garage. This airbnb is in a perfect location!!! 20 mins to downtown Denver, 20 minutes or less to Morrison, 30 minutes to El Dorado springs, and so many other close hikes and trails. I would absolutely recommend this house and would absolutely stay here again!!!
The house is perfect
The house is perfect! Very roomy and spacious and is located in a quiet neighborhood. There were going to be 11 of us (3 couples) but thankfully only 8 ppl (2 couples) made it. I think it would have definitely been tight for 11 of us. (The bunkbeds are made for kids as we should have expected!) Otherwise, it was an amazing stay and the host was very communicative during the whole process. The couches, beds, and lounge areas were very cozy with lots of blankets and towels. Nice, clean place. Worked very well for our large family group to stay. Within a half hour of downtown in a nice quiet cul-de-sac. Nice neighborhood, didn't worry about parking outside. Very roomy home for a larger group with nice newer appliances and comfortable beds.

Great spot for a family with kids! Close to the mountains and downtown Arvada, which had a bunch of breweries and restaurants

Great house with plenty of room for large groups. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessities but just a heads up if you plan on cooking, there is no blender or large pans or pots. We had to cook breakfast in batches. Other than that this place was a great value and the hosts were very good at responding fast. Checking in was also very easy.
