This home is beautiful, was easy to find, an looked
This home is beautiful, was easy to find, an looked exactly like the photos. There was enough space for my entire party of 6 adults and more. There’s a griddle on the stove that can’t be seen in photos that came in handy too. The hot tub and grill worked great, water was HOT and the pressure was amazing! The place was clean and in good repair as well. With that said, it isn’t “sterile” clean, but a “lived in” clean. This was absolutely not a problem for me, however if you are looking for that, you might be disappointed. The photos made it seem bigger than it really is, but again this wasn’t a problem for me. There was very little dishwasher soap so we bought some and didn’t have an issue anymore. There was no can opener or whisk, so we bought one and left them there for others to use as well. The kitchen was kind of sparse, with few utensils and no mixing bowls, but we made do with tin pans and the standard size bowls. Overall, I enjoyed myself and would book again in a heartbeat.

Location was quaint and convenient for the area we needed to be. Plenty of beds and bathrooms, and a cool grill and fire pit that attached directly to ground gas so no need for firewood or coal. Hosts were responsive and sent out more blankets when we didn't have enough for 12 people. Overall a good stay and helpful hosts.

group. at one time we had 10 adults and there were plenty of room for everyone. the back yard was beautiful, outside eating, playing games on the large picnic table, sitting by the fire and amazing hot tub. thr hosts were so communicative on everything. there was going to be an unexpected water shut off and they made sure they made it right with us even though it was out of their control. the only advice I would give is more towels for big groups specially hand towels, however I never said anything and I am sure if I would have asked they would have provided them. but we just did several loads of towels as they provide washer/dryer and soap. I would definitely recommend staying at this house and if I ever find myself back in dever I will definitely book it. and hopefully the company has homes in other states as I would definitely book through them again, very easy to work with and communication was outstanding.

The house worked perfectly for our five day stay in
The house worked perfectly for our five day stay in the Denver area celebrating my son’s wedding. We had more than enough room for the four of us. The hot tub was wonderful and the location to downtown was a quick 14 minute drive. Very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again in the future.

We had a group of 8 stay at the house for a friends wedding and it was a wonderful stay! It was an easy and quick drive to multiple cities for us to visit including Red Rocks, Boulder, Golden and downtown Denver. The host was very responsive and was great with communication. We would definitely book this house again if we come to the area in the future!

This home was very well equipped with all the amenities
This home was very well equipped with all the amenities you could need. The beds were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the board games and outside family games. The only problem we had was with the door padlock battery dying but the host was very responsive and provided an alternative while they fixed the issue. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and the place is about 10 minutes from downtown Denver.

It’s a beautiful space with a lot of amenities. We really enjoyed the fire pit and downstairs game areas. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 stay, definitely would recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at this residence and would stay here again. It had everything we needed. FYI- The bunk beds in the common area are equipped for small children, so keep that in mind.

Affordable for large family
This property provided a very affordable housing option on the outskirts of Denver for our large family. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated. Although there was minor road contruction and the neoghborhood was on the older side, our stay was quiet and enjoyable.

We loved this house! It was clean and had great space for a group to cook and hang out on the main floor. We easily could get into the city with Uber/Lyft. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The instructions to check in and out were clear and helpful. Thank you we loved our stay!

This was a great place to host our bachelors party. Lots of beds and space, very clean, relatively close to downtown Denver, and great backyard set up with the fire pit and corn hole. Their isn't much around the location so you have to Uber or drive but it wasn't far. We did have some trouble the WiFi but the host was very responsive to fix it. Overall great experience!

Great stay. This a great space for a larger family with kids. I wish the master bedroom had a tv because our young ones always had the other tvs but other then that it was a fun time!

Comfortable furniture, beautiful view of downtown Denver through the master bedroom window, and lots of nearby conveniences (King Soopers grocery store is only 6 mins away)! You will not be disappointed ☺️

We loved the house especially the fire pit which was used VERY OFTEN ( favorite part of house ) during our stay as well as the downstairs living room . Very comfy ! The host was incredible , I called a couple times at night during our stay sorry lol but i got an answer within seconds . It’s close to downtown and about 25 min from airport. Quiet neighborhood and not far from from food places . Thanks so much !

The couch and bed were not the most comfortable
The couch and bed were not the most comfortable. They were both very firm. The kitchen is where the most value is. Good cookware, cutlery, and place ware. I did not care for the surprise terms and conditions including hundreds of dollars of potential fines upon check-in. This should be made clear at the time of booking. Otherwise, pleasant and enjoyable stay. The house was clean but could be a little more comfortable if I’d been spending the majority of my time in it.

This stay was great and was exactly what we expected which is always nice
This stay was great and was exactly what we expected which is always nice. This is the perfect place for families with kids, there was plenty of room for everyone with comfortable sleeping arrangements! The only minor issues we experienced was the very limited amount of towels provided, the trash cans outside were full so we couldn’t take our trash out, and the paper towel roll provided was not full and we ran out without any replacements. These were small inconveniences but overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

My group and I had a great time staying here while on vacation! This was a long awaited trip that got pushed back many time due to covid and then the original house we had booked was sold and no longer on Airbnb, so we were very anxious we wouldn’t find a house for our group size of 12. We were so happy when we found AirSimplicity and this house! It was the perfect size for my group where we weren’t on top of each other either. The house was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and grill outside. When we needed more towels they were very responsive and solved our issue very quickly which was much appreciated.
The location of the house was great too! We were within 30 minutes of red rocks, our friends in Littleton and within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do in the city of Denver. We were also only 1.5 hours from RMNP which was great after a long day of hiking not to have to drive 2+ hours.
The backyard was great as well except that someone who stayed there before us had broken the corn hole and hammock stand and hadn’t informed the hosts so we couldn’t use either of those things because of it. Definitely a bummer but only something small in the grand scheme of our trip. The fire pit was one of our favorite things and we spent about half our nights out there before going to bed.

Great house close to town! We had a lever group and we all felt very comfortable. Fire pit was awesome! We loved hanging out back in the evenings. 10/10 would recommend if you have a decent sized group visiting Denver!

Group of 4 two adults and two teenagers
Group of 4 two adults and two teenagers. We definitely had enough space to spread out and have privacy. The house was in a convenient location. We enjoyed the backyard, covered patio with picnic table was nice. Fire pit was nice to have in backyard. We did have what we call hood cats which wasn’t bothersome but I would be concerned if I had small children with. We had a visit from a skunk in the backyard one night he seemed to be passing through and didn’t cause any trouble. We enjoyed our time at the house and would recommend it for bigger groups of people traveling.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was super clean and in great condition. There were plenty of beds and the mattresses for every bed were super comfortable. The location was perfect. Took us less than 10 mins to get downtown and there was never any traffic no matter what time we left the house.

Was the place really cleaned in depth or did she clean just good enough since we showed up before she expected us? Very strange.
2. Towels. We were provided with ‘just enough’ towels for the number of people there. However only 3 towels were regular sized and the others were too small for an adult to use. Bring your own towels.

It is about a 14 minute drive/$15-20 Uber to many activities in downtown Denver and there were easily accessible grocery stores only a few minutes away. Check in and check out was easy and seamless. This is a beautiful home with outstanding accommodations. Multiple bedrooms with attached bathrooms, bathrooms on both levels, sleeping accommodations for 12!!! We were very surprised by the cleanliness inside as well as included accommodations such as kitchen utensils (absolutely everything you need!!), high chair and pack-n-play for the littles, room for everyone to spread out and entertain, even a card/gaming table downstairs! Plenty of towels and washcloths to go around, incredibly comfortable beds, very recently remodeled and absolutely beautiful inside! The list goes on! The home is in a quiet neighborhood, and has a magnificent view of downtown Denver from the front porch. We literally have NO complaints! 5 star experience. Will absolutely return in the future. We hosted a family weekend for our niece’s high school graduation and this home accommodated our home cooked meal/after party for 15 people very comfortably. Great experience all around.

This home was the absolute perfect stay for my girls weekend, and I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. There were 6 of us total, and never once had an issue with sleeping arrangements or fighting for a bathroom. It was the best location based off us wanting to go hiking, a vineyard, and some city life. This team makes sure you feel welcome with constant check-ins, but never intrudes on your time there.

Plenty of room for 4 couples + 4 individuals/kids in the bunk bed room. The bunk bed room is not a closed room but the 4 bedrooms are.
