I am still pretty new to town, but I have been into this Natural Grocers over a dozen times now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Today I called to ask about a product being in-store and they gladly went and checked for me. Then when I came in I asked an employee in body care if they sold small sampler packets of anything nice that would fit in a card so I could send it to a friend who just lost her father to COVID. The employee went away for a minute and quickly returned with a few little free sample packets of nice body care. That’s awesome customer service right there folks!
