Rental is excellent if you have a rental vehicle and
Rental is excellent if you have a rental vehicle and don’t mind staying in a residential area. Very roomie and can host several people comfortably. Nice amenities including a large backyard for group hangouts on cool nights. Downstairs layout is a little inconvenient with access to the bathroom through the bedroom. Only downside is the driveway is off a busy road, but not much of an issue. Host is quick to respond to any issues that come up.

House was perfect for our needs. We had a group of 9 family members from 8 years old to 81 and all were quite comfortable. The house was clean and well appointed. We had a great time one evening in the back yard with the fire pit making s’mores. There were even forks for the marshmallows.We didn’t really cook at all, so can’t comment on the kitchen much, but it seemed well appointed with what you might need to make a breakfast or dinner. A few spices, oil, coffee, etc, were available for us. Management company was easy to work with and responded promptly to all communication. As has been mentioned, the house is on a busy road, but you don’t hear it in the house and the driveway is plenty big enough to get turned around so you don’t have to back out in the street. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store within a few minutes drive. One thing to note that is not at all the fault of the homeowners but just to keep in mind if you book over July 4 – the neighborhood seems to have a fireworks obsession and they were going off almost non stop till 2:30 am. So if you are bringing pets or people with concerns about those kind of sounds, you shouldn’t book this house on July 4. But any other time it will be perfect!

Our host was quickly responsive and allowed us early check-in to accommodate our issue. We had a wonderful Christmas and were grateful for the homey and comfy feel (even had a Christmas tree!) and quick accommodations!

After having a terrible experience with the first reservation, Airbnb and AirSimplicity were both absolutely amazing in assisting us to find a new home to stay in for our vacation. I would highly recommend this house to anyone that’s vacationing in the area. We were well accommodated with the appropriate amount of beds amenities and they even sent us extra bowls and pots and pans because there were many of us cooking in the kitchen over the Thanksgiving holiday. The bunkbeds could not have been any more fun for the toddler! Nana even got to sleep with her one night! They could not have been more kind and friendly on the phone and more responsive when we had a quick question about little things. I can’t say enough positive things and great compliments about this house reservation and to Airbnb. Thank you a million times! We look forward to renting again with you.

It had all king size beds which was the deciding factor in us choosing this rental. Also the bunk beds downstairs were full size which further sold us on this property because I have 2 children and they LOVED the bunk beds. The pictures make the kitchen area seem a little cramped but it’s actually plenty of space. I had 7 people in this rental and we didn’t feel like we were walking over each other. I would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Colorado Stay
I loved how easy and fast it was to communicate with the hosts and with Airsimplicity Customer service! It gave me peace of mind knowing that I could reach out to them anytime about concerns or questions. The house itself was extremely clean and well maintained. They provided an ample amount of towels for us and the outdoor pit and s'more's supplies was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and had no issues with sleeping. I usually have a hard time sleeping in my vacation home beds since many of them are cheap and uncomfortable. The basement’s bathroom water pressure was extremely weak and some of the guests of our party had to use the bathrooms on the 1st floor to shower. So we essentially only had two bathrooms instead of three. Overall I would recommend this vacation home from the spaciousness, comfort, and communication.

quick weekend trip with kids
We were in town for a shower and we have tons of family in the area so mostly just slept at the house but it was very clean and welcoming. The kids loved the basement bunk beds. This is off of a busy somewhat busy street but we were not bothered at all by any road noise. We would stay here again so we can enjoy the back yard! The kids also loved to snack on the provided s’mores kit 🙂

We really enjoyed our stay - the home is clean and spacious. 4 fairly large bedrooms and 3 baths, plus additional bunk beds in a great room downstairs. Plenty of room to spread out and still be together. Kids loved the Foosball table and we all enjoyed the fire pit and the surprise gift of the fixings for smores. The original listing for the home (and the welcome book inside the home) had the house number transposed. Took some driving around to match the picture of the home to the actual home. Assume this has been fixed - this home was the best I've stayed in through this app.

We had a great stay! The home was exactly what we were looking for, very clean and spacious! The couch in both living rooms were comfortable. The king size beds in every room was a plus! The carpets in the rooms were nice and seemed new. The home was everything we needed and more.
AirSimplicity was a great and responsive host. We arrived during a snow storm, and the snow was pretty high in the driveway. When asked for snow to be removed it was almost immediately there was someone outside shoveling the snow. 👍🏽

There were minor cleaning issues like vents, and hair left on headboard and some plumbing issues (slow shower drain upstairs, poor shower pressure downstairs with a sewer smell) but overall we enjoyed the home. It snowed and although a shovel and salt were available, someone came and shoveled immediately and it was very much appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped and definitely met our needs. Would stay again!

Downstairs is the kids big room and the extra master. I will say the downstairs area is at-least 10-15 degrees colder so put your warm blooded people downstairs haha. But I liked it and slept well.
I’m the type of guest that would prefer to not talk to anyone lol give me clear instructions and let me be. I didn’t have to ask a question. Everything was given and explained. That’s a success trip for me.

Overall, our experience was pretty good. We ran into a couple of issues with cleanliness, but the host was super responsive and willing to resolve the issue quickly. Just as a heads up, the road the house is located on is fairly busy. The house has lots of room and was a great spot for our group's annual trip to Red Rocks every summer!

This air bnb is the definition of what the air bnb service is supposed to be. It was spotless, fully furnished and stocked with everything you needed to cook. Towels were of abundance, they are stocked with all your shower needs, washer and dryer are ready to use and prepared with soap and everything was organized and stocked. The back yard is fully fenced and my dog felt right at home here as well. Colorado Springs is 2 hours away and Rocky Mountain National park is 1 hour away. Downtown and all the Denver activities are all within 15 mins or so. Very very convenient location! Best experience with air bnb ever! Definitely would book again next time I’m in Denver!

I was a little disappointed that we were unable to use the garage as that was one of the reasons i chose this place, having out of state plates and being a female i like to have a safe place to put my vehicle. I also was displeased with the availability of early check in. We had traveled 12 hours and arrived a few hours before check in time. I had requested an early check in the day I booked this and was told to check in with them the day of. I found this strange because when I was planning I looked at this property for the day before and it was available, so I don't believe anyone was there the night before us, but I did as requested and never received a response back. The street the property is on is a busy street however I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't noisy at all, actually a quiet neighborhood, only disturbance was the moths.

The hosts were super responsive when things came up. Exactly what we expected based on the listing. Game room in the basement worked well for our kids.

The house suited our needs perfectly. All 4 bedrooms had King size beds which were very nice. The house was very clean and having an upstairs and downstairs family room with large screen TVs was great.

Our group had 4 adults & 2 toddlers
Our group had 4 adults & 2 toddlers. Upon walking in, the home smelled clean & looked spotless. The beds were big & comfortable. We loved the basement & we spent most evenings down there playing games. The kitchen has plenty of cookware, utensils, dinnerware, etc. We had an issue with the dining table because the bench & 1 chair were broken. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location (close to Denver, airport, and less than an hour from great skiing), and a great, clean space to spread out. It was clean and had what we needed for a great week away. My teenage boys loved the large space downstairs. Very responsive host. Would definitely stay there again.

This house was cozy, clean and comfortable. Its a good location as Westminster is between Boulder and Denver which was convenient for traveling to RMNP and Pikes Peak. There were also plenty of retail nearby for supply purposes. It looks like a small single story house from the outside but with the finished basement its huge. There was plenty of room for our 8 person vacation. We had everything needed to cook breakfast and dinner. We even grilled burgers. The back yard could use a firepit but other than that it was adequate for our needs.

This house was comfortable and had plenty of space with 4 bedrooms. It was very clean on the inside. The location worked for us as its about half hour away from many area attractions. There were special touches such as games and other amenities. For improvement, the trash cans on the outside needed dumping. The hosts were informed and kept in communication about it. The address given to us was slightly off so it took a bit to find it. Overall this was an excellent experience. The communication was good.
