I was gone for most of the day so I like the fact that I could turn on the air conditioning at night when I got back and it cooled down very quickly. Would stay here again if it’s available..

We had a wonderful stay at this Golden gem! We booked this Airbnb for a concert at Red Rocks, and it turned out to be the perfect home base for the concert AND exploring Colorado. Denver was a quick drive, Boulder was close by, and we could be in the mountains in about 45 minutes. From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive, answering questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed for a seamless visit. The carriage house was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with all the comforts of home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the spacious soaking tub was perfect for relaxing after sightseeing, hiking, or an evening at Red Rocks. The kitchen was well-equipped, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the washer and dryer made the stay more convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was walkable to the CO School of Mines campus, downtown Golden, and our daughter’s apartment so no need to drive. Nicely decorated, super clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked.
The rental company was soooo responsive! They helped at 11pm with questions when we arrived and answered within minutes for every subsequent communication. The owners were also very friendly when we saw them. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Golden and this apartment was beautiful, spacious, well-organized, squeaky clean with nice linens and a well-stocked kitchen. It's just like the pictures. We were in town for a Red Rocks concert, and this was a great place to stay. The location is perfect. It's located on a quiet street, but just a block from a cute restaurant and coffee shop, a big grocery store, and a 10-15 min walk to downtown Golden. We had no trouble getting an Uber/Lyft to the concert and other locations around Denver too. We loved sitting on the little deck and were lucky to have great weather for our stay. We hope to be back soon!

Unit is very tastefully modern, with a clean and very serene feel. Very functional layout and good space. We were very comfortable for graduation weekend and didn't have to deal with parking during a crowded weekend.

Easily walkable to downtown Golden, South Table Mtn hiking trails, and the grocery store. Outstanding communication throughout the stay. Had a problem with the internet early in the stay, but the host responded immediately and helped resolve the issue within an hour or two (on a Saturday morning no less). Also, he cleaned the snow off the stairs and my car several times - such a nice touch.

We loved our stay here! The place was clean, beautiful private windows to watch the snow, and easily walkable (15 min) to downtown. There was snow almost every night, and the host made sure to shovel/salt our walkway every morning. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to travel to Golden.

While the property doesn’t boast a lot of room, it makes up for it and cleanliness and location the downtown Golden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and will definitely book again. Ideal for Up to four people for sure!

Very Nice Golden Stay
We enjoyed our two-week stay in Golden. The carriage house is as advertised and within walking distance to downtown Golden, The downside to its location is that it’s on an alley, complete with several abandoned vehicles and other large items that should be removed. The property, though, is fresh and clean and comfortable, and both the manager and the owner were quick to respond to my messages.

The home was private, super cute, in a great location, had heated floors in the restroom, and the host was gracious enough to shovel and blow off the unexpected snow off the stairway. He also cleared the snow off of our car and cleared the driveway for us. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was absolutely perfect for a weekend get away for two!! The location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted. The place was clean and well maintained - we didn’t utilize the kitchen but it was great to have that option. I will definitely be back and hope this is available when I do.

We loved our stay. The unit was perfectly appointed and very comfortable. We walked to downtown, enjoyed burgers at Bob’s Atomic Burger and got the treat we longed been waiting for, Brandi Carlile at Red Rock Amphitheater. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay! It was just like the listing showed, it was clean, and it was super cute! I would not recommend anybody over 2 people (a couple) staying here. They have a fold out couch, but could only be used for kids. It's just quite frankly very small, but it was perfect for me and my husband! Cute little balcony, although there is not much to look at. Couple of cons...the clothes washing machine needs to be deep cleaned (it was nice to have a washer and dryer, but it was kinda gross, with lots of build up and smelled kinda bad), the tub drains EXTREMELY slow!! (We could not tell at first if it was even draining at all), there is no hookup on fridge for water/ice, if you order Door Dash or any other they are constantly confused on how to get there (the apartrment is located in the back alleyway), there is a light at the door but it is VERY dark coming up the stairs. I liked how they provided plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent and everything else you need. I've been to way too many places that don't provide those things. All in all it was a great stay! Thank you!

Whether you want to tub the river, hike, bike, go to concerts at Red Rocks, go into the city of Denver or relax in the awesome town of Golden, this place is located perfectly with easy access to it all. The place was super clean and cozy! The heated floors and built in Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom spoiled us. The owners made us feel very welcomed and even the neighbor saved us on a rainy day with her raincoat. All super nice people. I cannot wait to get back to Golden, and I will for sure be staying here again.

We loved the location as we could walk to town or bike all around. The AirBnB was very clean and looked brand new. The bed was very comfortable and the living room was cozy. We liked all the special additions such as warmed bathroom floors and the Bluetooth capability in the bathroom to play our favorite music while taking a bath or shower. It was very quiet and quaint. Perfect for our getaway.

Loved this Airbnb! It was in a great location and was super cute inside, extremely clean, and had everything we could need. The heated floors in the bathroom were AMAZING. The only things we would change are that the bed was very firm, which is fine because everyone’s preferences are different and you can’t please everyone, and then we weren’t able to get the bedroom to be as dark as we wanted because of the lights on the AC/heat unit and also coming in through the uncovered window. If those things don’t bother you then this is the perfect place to stay! If you do stay here, be sure to walk to Bonfire Burritos at some point. It was amazing!

Wonderful little place, had everything we needed and in a cozy little town called Golden 30 minutes from denver and 1 hour from rocky mountain state park just a short drive from anything we needed. We loved this little place it was super clean and we used the kitchen witch was fully equipt with pots and utencils toaster oven, microwave and a dishwasher. Place was super cozy we were honestly a bit sat to leave. There was convenient parking in the alley so no hassle looking for parking. The family in the house nextdoor were to themselfs but still felt the good vibes nontheless. Loved this place would def book again.

Such a lovely and private getaway right near the heart of Golden. Very easily walkable and quiet, especially compared to the downtown noise. The space was one of the cleanest we have stayed in and very comfortable. You could easily sleep 4, but I wouldn't recommend two couples as the couple in the pullout bed would have no privacy. The amenities were great and we loved having use of a kitchen. Everyone in the area was very kind and generous as well. If we return to Golden, we would be happy to stay again!

Great location for visiting Golden and the surrounding area. It’s a small, but nicely furnished and well- equipped condos…perfect for a couple. We were there for a show at Red Rocks, and it’s and an easy 15 minute drive from there. We would certainly stay there again.

What a great little spot right on the outskirts of Golden! My husband and I saw a show at Red Rocks, and this place is only a 15 minute drive — we made a long weekend of it and were so glad that we did. The space was super clean, minimal, but with all of the bare necessities. It's only about a 15 min walk to downtown with plenty of well-lit paths for after dark. Safeway is right around the block for any forgotten items or food needs. We had some reservations about parking, as we were informed that new concrete had just been poured and we'd have to park on the side street — but we never once had issues finding a spot. You MUST go to Bonfire Burritos only a couple blocks away. It was so good, we went 2 mornings in a row! Thanks for the stay, we had a blast!

Small, but neat apartment close to everything in Golden. Comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom with a great shower. These are my two "must haves" for anyplace we stay. The location was off the main street and very quiet. We walked everywhere from our apartment as it was only about 8 - 12 minutes to almost anywhere you'd want to get in this town. There is also a Safeway just a few blocks away. Note that there is a long flight of stairs to gain access to this upstairs apartment. This was no problem for us, but might be a challenge for others who are less abled.

Great place to stay while visiting Golden or the Colorado School of Mines. Easy work into town. It was perfect for 3 (1 adult, 2 teens) and would also work for 2 adults and 2 younger kids too. The AC worked well, the kitchen and bathroom were fabulous, and there is even a washer and dryer. The WiFi worked well, the TV worked well and it was easy to cast anything on my iPad to the TV. Very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Has everything you need and had a lot of nice extras (Bluetooth bathroom speaker, heated bathroom floors, a washer/dryer with detergent) everything was nice and new as well. There was a pack and play for our infant which was great, just bring your own crib sheet if you plan to stay with a little one. Overall the location is good but not great, you certainly are close to downtown golden and can walk there easily, but the entrance is on an alleyway of sorts that isn’t as nice as the inside of the place. Also you do need to climb one flight of stairs to get in.

AMAZING!! We had a fabulous time staying here for our vacation in Golden. The place was incredibly clean and had all the amenities we needed to feel at home. Even better that it was within walking distance to all the fun shops and restaurants so we didn’t have to worry about parking. Also convenient that two grocery stores are nearby (also walking distance) for the times we wanted to make dinner or breakfast. Quiet neighborhood as well. The place has it all!
