This is one of the few companies I would give six stars to if possible. I have banked with them personally and with my business for over 26 years. I was defrauded by a very large check cashing ring back in the late 90 and First Bank was amazing at working with both me and local law enforcement in resolving the issue. In all the years of business banking they have always quickly resolved any issues that came up both quickly and with a very positive attitude. I was convinced by a friend who worked for a large national bank to try banking with them and it was awful. I love First Bank!
