The house was clean, great layout for our large family, spacious, well stocked kitchen, excellent location! The hot tub was a nice touch. Host provided great customer service. Only downside was beds were firm. We will definitely stay here again when we go to visit family.

This home was one of the best places we stayed in! We spent our winter vacation there and let me tell you the house was really clean, convenient and very accommodating! Jonathan was an awesome host we will definitely be back!

This place was super cute, tucked away near the Highlands and very close to the freeway. The area was safe, secure and full of character. It had everything you would need if your plans are to be out an about. The only thing i wish there was some closet space to use, it was full of extra bedding/linens- so maybe this was a one time thing. Otherwise it was a perfect space for us as we made day trips to different mountains to hike.

We loved the home. It was perfect for our family – roomy, modern, clean, well equipped and conveniently located near wedding related venues. The AirSimplicity team communicated well, were friendly and helpful and easy to reach. I highly recommend staying with them.

I loved how easy and fast it was to communicate with the hosts and with Airsimplicity Customer service! It gave me peace of mind knowing that I could reach out to them anytime about concerns or questions. The house itself was extremely clean and well maintained. They provided an ample amount of towels for us and the outdoor pit and s’more’s supplies was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and had no issues with sleeping. I usually have a hard time sleeping in my vacation home beds since many of them are cheap and uncomfortable. The basement’s bathroom water pressure was extremely weak and some of the guests of our party had to use the bathrooms on the 1st floor to shower. So we essentially only had two bathrooms instead of three. Overall I would recommend this vacation home from the spaciousness, comfort, and communication.

As shown, the place is small but had what we needed. The location was great for day trips, and conveniently located near grocery stores. As others mentioned, access is an alley and lacks a view. Its not a place you will hang out, relax and enjoy, but rather a place to sleep and a good home base for daily outings. It was exactly what we needed. The process of renting was somewhat cumbersome, and as for the space it was clean except for the sofa, it has outlived its useful life.

I really loved this place. Great decor, very clean and super well located. Will certainly be staying here again soon!

The house and location were amazing. The wrap around decks were amazing and spacious. There was plenty of space for our group of 8. One of my complaint was that the house does not have A/C. When we got there the house was hot so I called Air Simplicity and they told me it does not have A/C and that is in the descriptions. I have read the contract/ descriptions multiple times and it does not state that it does not have A/C. The house was missing basic kitchen utensils,but we made the best of it. Overall we were happy with house.

Cute guest house perfect for two people. Walking distance to School of Mines or downtown/Coors. Very nicely finished and decorated. Clean. AC was struggling to keep the main living area cool. And WIFI/TV didn’t work while we were there. Both easily fixable. Would stay here again due to convenience and cleanliness.

Fantastic place. House was super clean, modern, and stocked with everything you could need. Sauna and Hot tub were a really nice amenity. Area is a great location for what we were looking to do: 1) easy access to downtown for restaurants and museums, 2) right by Sloane Lake for awesome sunrise and sunset walks, 3) short drive west/NW to mountains, red rocks, state parks, etc for hiking. Hosts were extremely accommodating, and great at communication.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW! The pictures did not do it justice! From our cabin we could clearly see the mountains and the lake. Not much to eat close to the cabin but the view was all we needed!

We booked this cabin at the last minute when some other travel plans fell through and we could not have been more pleased with our stay! It was spectacular, both inside the cabin and outside the cabin! Our family of four (mom, dad, 21 & 17 year old son and daughter) and our dog enjoyed family time playing air hockey, playing some games from the cabinet on site, sitting outside on the wraparound porch enjoying the pleasant weather and the beautiful views. We did a little hiking around the area and enjoyed some movie and sports watching each night. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. The only suggestions I have would be to add some dixie cups to the bathrooms and add a dish drainer in the kitchen for times when hand washing some of the dishes. We had deer within 50-75 yards every day we were there and we would just sit on the porch and watch them! We absolutely loved our time there and will definitely be booking stays again! Thank you for everything!!

Beautiful home with the most gorgeous sunset view! This home is equipped with everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The only items I couldn’t find were a cutting board and iron. 10/10 would stay here again!
