We so enjoyed staying at this property. The short walk
We so enjoyed staying at this property. The short walk to the quiet, white sand beach on the boardwalk over the dunes was quick, pleasant, & so convenient. Alfresco dining in the evenings & sunrise coffee on the balcony were lovely additions. The kids loved swimming at the community pool in the afternoon, and all the attractions were within 10-15 minute drive. The best part were the 3 sea turtle nests we got to see hatchlings emerge from and swim away in the ocean!!! The hosts were responsive & helpful, and the home was so clean and comfortable. We’ll be back again!

This was the second time we have stayed here and it was just a great as the first time. The location can’t be beat with the short boardwalk to the beach directly outside the back door. Our family of 5 stayed very comfortably. The amenities are many and the pantry is well stocked. Couldn’t ask for more.

We had a wonderful stay at this Amelia Island beachfront Airbnb! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy morning walks, beautiful sunrises, and relaxing afternoons by the ocean.
The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was clear that the hosts put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views made it the perfect place to unwind.
Amelia Island itself is charming, with great restaurants, shops, and plenty to explore nearby. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway!

AirSimplicity hosts a wonderful spot here on Amelia Island! The house was clean, easy to find and had an amazing view of the ocean. Easy to get to everything on the island within 5-10 minutes. The beach is beautiful, the beds and pillows were comfortable and it was a perfect landing base for us during our visit.

The kitchen is very well equipped, we enjoyed our dinners cooking in. There is a great grocery 3min away, Harris Teeter, loved it. Beds are comfy and everyone slept well.

A great place to stay for our family’s first visit
A great place to stay for our family’s first visit to Fernandina Beach! We loved walking right out to the beach and it was a quick drive to some restaurants and the downtown area. The house was so well stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals, plus plenty of towels and linens too. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys! Thanks for opening your home to us for a relaxing beach trip this summer!

Perfect Vacation
Location is perfect. Waking up to the sunset over the beach while enjoying coffee on the balcony was definitely the highlight. The pier to the beach was right outside the back door which is very convenient especially if you have a lot of items you like to carry. The beach was not overcrowded. We enjoyed walking the pier and seeing the turtles nesting and rabbits hopping around in the dunes. The house had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again.

We had a mini family vacation that included visiting family from Yulee and packed so much in a long weekend yet with the comforts of home.

For anyone working from home, the top room also has a desk, computer monitor, and printer. A treadmill with a desk and large-mounted screen also available for those looking to fit their steps in!!

Beautiful beach getaway
We had an amazing two day stay in Amelia Island. The property was just as described and there was plenty of room to both be together and spread out while inside. The sunrise on the patio was beautiful! Very short walk down the dock to the beach. Lots of shells, but not lots of people.

The place was well appointed, super clean and well maintained. You could not ask for a better stay. All of the check in and out instructions were clear and concise. We had zero problems.

Enjoyed a relaxing week on Amelia Island culminating in a
Enjoyed a relaxing week on Amelia Island culminating in a wedding of our nephew. Location was great with easy access & views of the beach & ocean. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony reading in the sun, watching sea birds & the waves, and daily walks along the beach. Also a short drive to Fernandina Beach and state parks for hiking. We really enjoyed the New Year’s Eve Shrimp Drop.
The condo was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs, water boards, etc.. It even had a piano for us to enjoy.
Would definitely stay again if we go back to Amelia Island.

Serene beachfront
We could not have a had a better experience for the weekend. The residence was large enough to provide togetherness and quiet moments alone for our party of 8 adults. The beach was beautiful, weather perfect, we were thrilled with our weekend in Amelia Island.

Our only issue as the router didn't work and it took several days to sort it. That meant no tv for the little ones, but it was fine for me. AirSimplicity was great about getting back to us quickly every time, they ended up replacing the router and setting it up. Everyone was very courteous.
The beach was right there and the dunes are full of gopher turtles, bunnies & birds. You can rent a horseback ride on the beach, which was cool, and the had lifeguards on duty, which was a bonus!
The old town areas are delightful and we ate some great food. The kids and adults enjoyed the nearby, very nice, pickle ball courts and play playground.
All in all a great stay at AirSimplicity and Amelia Island. We'll be back!

Relaxing
The stay was amazing, to be able to just walk out to the beach, and store were so close, food was great, we went to getaway, relax, and eat good food. We got to do all that, it would have been nice to have extra TP, and there was a fire from fireworks and a neighbor that was a local was very rude to my niece.

The best part were the sunrises on the Atlantic Ocean & walks on the beach. We had fun exploring St Augustine, Fernandina’s Old Town and History Museum and Fort Clinch.

The pantry is stocked with plenty of spices to cook with and the kitchen was super clean. There are lots of extra blankets and pillows - cozy factor 10/10!! We rented the unit for our friends who came to town from Miami and they could not have been happier with this Air Bnb!! The view was spectacular, the space was clean and organized with a lot of light and charm. We will definitely be booking again in the future! Fantastic beach house!!! We loved staying there. Beautiful beach and house. The only thing to note is that there are a lot of stairs. Two flights and two sets of steps to the first bathroom. If this is not an issue for you, I highly recommend this stay!

This was an excellent spot for a family get together.
This was an excellent spot for a family get together. House was i great shape , very clean and tastefully decorated . The beach access is right next to the house so it made it perfect for hanging out at beach and quickly coming back when kids started getting cranky.
Kitchen was fully stocked and had all the pots and pans needed to make a decent meal . 15 minutes drive to the city and plenty of great restaurants . we visited in winter so could not use the pool, but it looked nice .
Couple of things to keep in mind .

2) There is only one bedroom with attached bathroom
3) There is only one bathtub in the house , incase you need to get kids to take a bath

This property offered everything we needed for a beachfront property. The split-level bedrooms were extra large and provided amazing views of the ocean. The kitchen was super clean and welcoming with every seasoning and cleaning item you could think to use. We instantly noticed no beach smell from the carpet inside which we so appreciated. Heading to the beach was as easy as opening the patio and walking a few feet to the walking bridge over the amazing beautiful sand dunes. Communicating with the AirSimplicity team was very easy via chat with very quick responses. We loved everything about Fernandina Beach and this beautiful home on Sandpiper. We will be back! Our stay was great. Very responsive host, the master bedroom bed was a little firm to our liking but we managed. Easy beach access.

Location was phenomenal, couldn’t ask for better
Location was phenomenal, couldn’t ask for better. The townhouse had more “extras” than your normal rental. Extra beach towels to use, extra kitchen appliances, cookware, and cooking utensils, bathroom stuff, etc. the only negatory remark would be that we all would wake up sweating each night. The thermostat would be moved to 76 without anyone touching the thermostat… meaning someone (owners) could change without anyone knowing. Not cool.. literally.

The location of the town home was perfect
The location of the town home was perfect, right in the middle of Amelia Island and a short drive to anything you want to do. The views are beautiful and it was so nice being right on the beach. The home had most things we needed and was cozy. The 2nd bedroom's bed seems to be older and not comfortable. There is only one fan in the townhome and it sometimes can get warm in their so additional fans for other rooms would be great. There are beach chairs there but alot of them are broken. Some of the wood on the back deck really needs to be replaced. But overall it was a beautiful vacation and we enjoyed it.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo…we had a small problem with the plumbing on the first day but the owner took care of it promptly and efficiently… we would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Amelia Island…

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo…we had a small problem with the plumbing on the first day but the owner took care of it promptly and efficiently… we would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Amelia Island…

Beautiful spot located right on the ocean. Opened up all the windows so we could hear the waves at night. The Ritz Carlton is right next door so that was great to go have lunch and drinks during our stay. Such a great spot!

BEAUTIFUL – MUST STAY
BEAUTIFUL AND VERY CLEAN. FULL KITCHEN AND W/D. THE VIEW IS INCREDIBLE AND THE LOCATION IS CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN AMELIA ISLAND. GREAT GETAWAY - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We took our first family vacation with my 1.5 year old and decided a bit last minute to book this Airbnb
We took our first family vacation with my 1.5 year old and decided a bit last minute to book this Airbnb. The host was super responsive to our questions. The best part of this Airbnb is the location - it's a quick walk to the beach and the views are stunning!
However, there were some issues with cleanliness when we arrived - the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the washer had dirty towels in it, there was sand in the living area, screen door was broken as well. We spent some time cleaning this up, which wasn't ideal during our first day of vacation. The host was responsive and apologized, but could have been avoided.
For families with young children, note that there are multiple staircases which make it less than ideal for a mobile toddler to get around. it's easy to rent cribs and high chairs through BabyQuip, but an additional cost to you.

This place was clean and lovely. We loved watching the turtles sun themselves from the upper balcony. The beach was absolutely amazing. The team was super attentive when we had a short power outage in the area, which gave us an opportunity to check out downtown Amelia. Definitely coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay - perfect location, great beach views and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked as well! We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck or balcony and listening to the ocean.

A nice set up close to the beach
A nice set up close to the beach. We enjoyed seeing the wild tortoises and marsh hares. Roomy enough for 7 of us even without perfect beach weather.

Great location. Condo's photos are accurate. But having painters on the deck and patio was a bit intrusive. I saw the construction disclaimer but when they’re on the patio you’re paying good money to rent, it’s a bit much. The residents next to me chose not to Vrbo due to that problem
