The RV parking lot is a large lot covered with large rocks. The park does have long-term residents with older vehicles. The price for Denver is excellent. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The park is quiet!!! Very peaceful to stay here. There is some distance road noise. The laundry room was fine. There is a trail leading from the park to a city park behind with a lake, children’s playground equipment, a creek, and best of all a bicycle trail that goes all the way to Golden.
