Amazing property with privacy, comfort, and all the amenities you would want. Fully stocked kitchen!! Hot tub was warm and in excellent condition. The property is in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and a shuttle to Red Rocks. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Stayed here with my wife and kids and it was perfect! We had a blast and loved this place! It was clean and cozy and all amenities were available. We took advantage of the hot tub and the fire pit. The kitchen was fully stocked with cook ware and cutlery. Amazing stay! Definitely plan to return for a trip here.

We absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful home in a great location. Very suburban feel and only 15-20 minutes to downtown. The house was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for a great weekend. Beds were comfortable and clean. Our favorite part was the backyard! Perfect for any travelers with dogs, ours had so much fun playing out back. Beautiful garden as well. The host was very responsive to a few questions I had, and had clear instructions for check in and check out. Thank you to AirSimplicity for an amazing weekend in Denver.

The house was very clean when we arrived. Check in was easy. The kitchen is well appointed and the host providing coffee was an added bonus. We had some trouble with the AC our first night (Saturday). The host was very responsive and helped us to trouble shoot. Luckily the temps were not too high so we could sleep with open windows until service tech could arrive on Sunday morning. Very happy with how host handled the AC and the communication. The rest of our stay was great. We only got to use the hot tub one night because of weather but it was very easy to use and enjoyable. The house was very convenient to the lovely downtown area and had easy access to all other points on our itinerary. Check out is also easy. Would definitely stay in this house again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here at the funky flamingo. The home and backyard space felt so cozy and welcoming. Great amenities all throughout the home. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and location was very ideal for all of our activities. There’s also a park very close by that my children enjoyed. The hot tub and fire pit worked great. The beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were very responsive and kind. 10/10 recommend!

We LOVED our stay. We just moved to Colorado and are trying to find an area we want to live and this home + town was a GREAT first impression! The KING beds were comfortable, the kitchen was amazingly stocked (w/quality items, not just Target dollar spot dishes), appliances were high end, the backyard was fantastic and the neighbors were so kind! And Arvada as a whole is such a cute town. So glad we chose this home and wish the stay could have been longer!

This was the perfect place to spend a long weekend with friends! The host was always responsive and friendly. This home was as described. We all felt safe and at home right away. The hot tub was a fun amenity along with the location being so close to so many things to do! 10/10 experience. We will definitely book with AirSimplicity again.

The house is so cute and walking distance to old town Arvada which had tons of awesome restaurants, gift shops, bakeries etc. The kitchen was fully equipped nice cookware, appliances and utensils so we were able to cook a meal almost every day of our stay. The hot tub was also a luxury during the chilly weather and the backyard was perfect for our pup to enjoy. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Arvada/Denver area!
