I used the “Order Online, Pick-up in Store” service and it was nice to just pick up my item at the front of the store. I had to wait in a bit of a line, but it didn’t take too long. Maybe if Target had a little tablet or kiosk where you could put in your last name or item pickup number, and then an associate calls out the name/number when they’ve got the item out from the back, it would be better
