So this is a cute little pizza counter in an industrial area just northwest of I25/I70 interchange. I ordered a slice of plain cheese and received an entire 8″ pie. Crust was tasty and flavorful, if a tad doughy. Sauce was excellent with notable notes of oregano. Mozzarella was a lovely if typical medium moisture shred that was very sweet. Bottle drinks were a bit expensive at $2.99, but for a family pizza counter I assume they prefer to sell more profitable fountain drinks. Probably will not be back this way, but would stop here again if I was.
