The Briarhurst Manor was an excellent choice. Our server Denny was pleasant and very good at his job. He up-sold us the five-course meal, and we really enjoyed it. The presentation of every course was just wonderful. Each item was tasty. For our entre, my spouse got the elk. It was a very large piece of meat, and cooked to perfection. I got the beef tips. They were flavorful, juicy, and plentiful. The desserts were decadent. If you’re looking for a very special place for a special occasion, this is it.
