SECURITY CAMERAS: Five exterior cameras monitor the front, back, and side yards. There are no interior cameras.

DAMAGE WAIVER: A non-refundable damage waiver fee may be included with your booking. This protects you from the cost of accidental damage during your stay. Intentional or negligent damage is not covered.

Once a week, our team will stop by to take the trash bins to the curb. They won’t enter the home but will access the backyard through the gate.

NO SMOKING: Smoking/vaping of any kind is forbidden indoors and outdoors and will result in a fine.
