I’ve never been disappointed with any Francesca’s location/visit ever, but I’ve also never received such amazing customer service at one until yesterday! Kinsay was incredibly helpful and attentive without being overbearing. I told her the type of event I was going to and the different outfits I was looking for. She suggested this cute romper and I decided to try it out even though I’ve never met a romper that has agreed with my body type. After trying on several different dresses and tops, I couldn’t help but fall in love with the romper she picked out for me from the start! We also went through jewelry options and she was very helpful! Kudos to this lovely lady!! I plan on shopping here more often!
