Loved having two houses on the same property, gave two
Loved having two houses on the same property, gave two families privacy but a space to gather. The shared outdoor area was great, rare to find a property like this with a fire pit and a hot tub, which the kids especially loved. Beds were comfortable and spaces were adequate for two medium sized families.
Amazing place center of it all!
Thank you so much for the hospitality! This was a perfect place for our two families! The kids stayed in one house and the adults stayed in the other house and i t gave the kids a sense of freedom! When I say kids they are Juniors and Seniors in High School so they got a taste of what it was like to “live on their own” for a week and i must say i was impressed on how they handled themselves! This place was honestly in thr center of all of our adventures! We came here for a Softball tournament, but also to enjoy a vacation! We were honestly about an hour or less from anywhere we really wanted to go which was ideal! The place was immaculate as well! Very cute and plenty of room for all of us! It had all the amenities that we needed and then some! Another fun thing was the cherry tree out front! Yum! Having two houses for the price of one you really can’t beat it! We LOVE Colorado and have stayed all over,, and have stayed in some questionable places, and this was by far one of our favorites! They were also very responsive! I would highly recommend!

The house and guest house were like home. It was great being with family being close by. The bedrooms were cozy and roomy. Beds were very comfortable. Having a kitchen was wonderful for hungry kids and saved money instead of eating out all the time. Any questions or concerns i had were answered promptly. I would recommend staying at this location!
We had a great stay and the set up with
We had a great stay and the set up with the two houses on the property worked out really well. We love that we could bring our dogs and keep them at the one house along with the our daughter’s young family and our other daughter and her husband. We were able to have the other house for my husband and I and two other adults where are we able to hold meetings and do work during our stay. Both houses had everything we needed. They were clean and comfortable.

Responsive hosts and lots of room to spread out with two houses - great for a family trip! Everything was clean and thoughtfully decorated. Guesthouse beds are super comfortable. Would stay here again!
