Please note, while well-equipped, this is not a full kitchen and lacks a dishwasher or oven.

Outside the guest suite, you will have access to a small patio table with chairs for two. Right outside the gate, you have access to Schafer Park to enjoy a game of tennis, basketball, or let the kids play on the playground.

There are no parties or events allowed at the house. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.

Security cameras have been installed outside the property monitoring the entry and alleyway. There are no cameras inside the property.
