Off the main living area you will find a desk and office chair for remote working and a stationary bike. There is a second seating area with a couch that converts to a full size pull-out bed. Please note that this in an open space without a door.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside or at the balcony and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

EXTENDED STAYS ONLY: Our home is exclusively available for rentals of 30 days or longer. A lease agreement will be required prior to check-in.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
