Perfect for our family get-together
We all enjoyed our stay in this large clean house and especially liked the pretty fenced backyard. The home is in a nice family neighborhood which is a very short walk away from a park, which our grandkids loved.This older home has good sized bedrooms, plenty of beds and 4 bathrooms. We were happy to find that plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap and laundry soap were provided.

We enjoyed our stay. However about 4 times or so
We enjoyed our stay. However about 4 times or so the lock to get in would not work so we had to make sure to leave a window unlocked to let ourselves in. The heat and cool settings are preset and unless you have the code you cannot adjust. Other than that our stay was great, the sauna was enjoyed as well as the games.

This was a great place to stay for our family who was in town for a wedding. The kitchen was big and well stocked, and there was plenty of room for family meals.
One thing to note is that all of the sleeping spaces are either upstairs or downstairs, which was a little challenging for my elderly parents.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had 8 adults and
We really enjoyed our stay! We had 8 adults and 7 kids ages 4 months - 6. It has a good layout for families & a large dining table. There are two sitting rooms, and it would’ve been nice to have more comfortable seating in either one as we couldn’t all sit together without some on the floor. The backyard could also use much more seating.
Overall very clean, but the basement windows were broken and off the hinges when we arrived which was odd. A few bugs in corners.
The bedrooms are well planned and have good curtains and linens but the mattresses are mediocre. It was nice to have so many bedrooms for all the different kids, & also nice that there were extra pillows, blankets, & pack n play.
The neighborhood is residential and there’s enough parking for 5 cars if you squeeze two in the garage. The neighbors are nice and we tried to stay quiet and out of their way as much as possible.
It’s a good location and close to lots along HWY36/I25 and we enjoyed it very much. I would rec!

Hosts were very communicative. Would have been helpful to have a physical document with check-in and house rules information - the virtual guide wasn’t practical to share with other guests. Aside from the place we as advertised. Beds were a bit on the small side but as good a value option as you can find for a big group!

We booked this house for a women's getaway weekend because it was large enough to accommodate seven of us. We were most appreciative of the home's cleanliness and location. However, it wasn't the most comfortable of places. Several of the mattresses were dipping in the middle, several kitchen drawers were broken, and the only place that could accommodate seven people at the same time was the dining room.

Air Simplicity were truly amazing hosts. We had a couple of glitches with things (pack and play was missing, not enough mugs for our group) and they not only responded to our messages within an hour, but had staff drop off both things within a couple of hours. I was amazed.
As far as the house goes, I recommended that they ask their cleaner to switch cleaning products. Whatever they were using was so strong that we ended up airing out the whole house before we could fully use it. Hopefully they take that suggestion.
The basement rooms are kind of run down, but honestly this house was very good value compared to others in the neighbourhood. And as other reviews have said, we were a large party and being able to spread people over three floors helped us all to have a great week 😃

This is a beautiful home with a lot of space.
This is a beautiful home with a lot of space. Pictures match perfectly. There were seven of us and we fit comfortably. Communication with the host was great and very fast, we will definitely come back.
