This home has been updated very well and never felt
This home has been updated very well and never felt small to us, but very cozy and super comfortable. The beds and all furniture are all comfortable, plenty of towels were provided, along with a well stocked kitchen. They are sweet to leave items to make smores as well! The patio in the back is very private and peaceful to use with the firepit and charcoal grill. The lower level has plenty of space and is very comfortable and private for anyone needing their own area.

We really enjoyed our time here! The house was as pictured and very clean. it was in a nice neighborhood, with an elementary school playground within walking distance, great for our active toddler. I didn't love the quality of the pots, pans and knifes in the kitchen, but they all got the job done.
Perfect Gathering Place
Everyone came for Son's wedding including new granddaughter. Perfect house for large group with basement rooms proving quiet retreat for little baby and her parents. Lots of hang-out space and well-stocked kitchen (unusual at places that even brag about having a well-stocked kitchen ;-)Location was central to everything we had to do in a quiet neighborhood. Even found a lovely walking trail to enjoy nearby.All-in-all, a perfect spot.

The location was great for us. House was as described. We felt the cost was fair considering it was an older house. Was clean and we loved having the basement separation with the large age gap in our kiddos. Only thing we were not fond of was having someone enter the garage randomly to do the garbage bins. Even late at night which scared our teenage daughter pretty bad. Was not about to leave the door coming into the house from the garage unlocked like the note asked. Besides that we were happy with the rental.

We loved the upstairs and downstairs that separated the kids from the adults, so that we were able to visit and the kids could play. We would recommend this airbnb to others. It felt like home.

Airbnb was great for 9 girls. All but one person
Airbnb was great for 9 girls. All but one person shared a bed which wasn’t a problem as most of the beds are king sized. It easily could have fit another air mattress. It didn’t feel cramped in this ranch style home. We spent most of Airbnb time in the basement on the large couch. All amenities were in working condition except for the fire pit which we couldn’t get working despite calling the host and following the instructions per the manual. All in all I was very happy with my choice to rent out this airbnb! The host was super responsive whenever I had a question.

I can’t say enough about this Airbnb! I’m originally from Colorado and had to come home for my Mom’s funeral service. This was the perfect welcome home. We had 4 adults & 2 kids and still had extra space. Hot showers for all every day, clean house, great & fun amenities…we literally didn’t need anything they didn’t already have. Safe, peaceful neighborhood and a comfortable space made it perfect. Will 100% be back next time I’m home!

Our family enjoyed the newly renovated Cowboy Cottage! It accommodated our large family group and was very clean! The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare meals - just needed the groceries. It had many thoughtful amenities. The host was very proactive and communicative. The beds were very comfortable - would love to know what brand of mattress was provided. Thank you for such a positive experience as we traveled to our son’s wedding.Thank you!

Perfect Family Get-Away
The Cowboy Cottage was a perfect weekend get-away for our multi-generational family. My mother-in-law was able to get around easily without needing to climb stairs, while the twenty-something adults could hang out downstairs and stay up late playing games without disturbing anyone. The house was uniquely decorated and felt very cozy. The kitchen had all the needed housewares and supplies. We even got to enjoy the fire pit in the backyard. The check-in and check-out process was so simple and the property manager was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

This was the perfect stay! Our family was so comfortable. The beds and pillows are great, the kitchen is well stocked (I love places that keep spices and basic cooking supplies. Those are a pain to buy when you are going to be cooking), the space is large and everything was so clean. Loved it! Would definitely come back.

The location was all that we hoped it to be. It was close to shopping and dining plus central to the reason that we visited the Centennial area. Unfortunately, due to the time of year that we visited and the reasons we were there we didn’t have time to enjoy the yard and outdoor activities.

Everything was as advertised, everything that needed to be supplied was. No complaints at all in that regard. Communication leading up to the rental and during was great. The hosts even provided the fixings for s'mores. The one thing that caught me off-guard though was that the management company charged a separate credit-card processing fee of approx. 3% of the rate, which I have not encountered on other VRBO bookings. I don't recall this extra fee being transparent during the booking process, but I could be mistaken.

Great stay ! Host was really responsive when I reached out with a question about the fireplace. The only bad thing was how cold the game room and room downstairs were. But overall definitely recommend staying. If I visit again definitely would love to stay here.

It is much more roomy than it looks from the outside. It has so many added touches such as the foosball table, board games, outdoor games and an outdoor fire table complete with s'mores fixings provided. The beds are large and comfortable and the home is clean, stocked and ready to go when you arrive. It is a very professionally managed home. I received immediate replies to all my questions and communication. I have lived in the Denver area for 43 years and rented this home for my children who were home for Thanksgiving. The area feels safe and quiet with easy access to everything in the area and plenty of available parking. I hope you will rent this property and enjoy it as much as we did.

Great Littleton Location
Walkable to downtown Littleton. Very nice neighborhood near elementary school. School bus depot was a little loud during certain times of the day but otherwise a very nice street and tranquil location with a working, clean hot tub. Nice kitchen and good layout with plenty of common space. Had an issue with sleep member bed in Master bedroom that was kind of a bummer but the management company was very responsive and ultimately provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. Would stay there again (assuming the bed issue was resolved).

We had planned our stay on one of the selling points. “Gourmet kitchen”. It is anything but “gourmet” we found that the stove door would not stay closed and therefore would not work. As we has 7 adults and we’re in town for our sons wedding we had planned to do all our meals here. Breakfast egg bake is hard to do without an oven.
We communicated with the host and they sent a maintenance person out to look. This was the beginning of several unplanned meals. We had to order lunch in as he was there taking up all of the “gourmet” kitchen trying to glue the latch catch back together. He left and said don’t close the door for 8 hours. Haha so the next morning we closed the stove and the catch fell off. Surprise.
We were offered $150 in compensation I felt that was not enough. I wanted 20%. I found in the guest book that guests had been saying the stove needed fixing since May.
I bought groceries I could not use.

As we has 7 adults and we’re in town for our sons wedding we had planned to do all our meals here. Breakfast egg bake is hard to do without an oven.
We communicated with the host and they sent a maintenance person out to look. This was the beginning of several unplanned meals. We had to order lunch in as he was there taking up all of the “gourmet” kitchen trying to glue the latch catch back together. He left and said don’t close the door for 8 hours. Haha so the next morning we closed the stove and the catch fell off. Surprise.
We were offered $150 in compensation I felt that was not enough. I wanted 20%. I found in the guest book that guests had been saying the stove needed fixing since May.
I bought groceries I could not use.

I selected this place bc it had five equal beds and it was close to the job site. the five beds are absolutely amazing. I'm going to buy one at the store. they're that good. The internet is pretty good. we made a hard wire Cat 6 plenum feeder cable to reach the TV downstairs for Xbox PUBG. BC a wireless connection will not make you a host. The kitchen is pretty nice. I felt like we should have been given more paper towels but I'm not sure how Airbnb do that? We stayed 3 weeks, but had a million miles of toilet paper. I bet I could have called and got new ones but I wasn't sure if it was included? This would be the best house for a family ski trip bc there's lots to do at the house when you're just sitting around and it's all real family oriented set up. So if you're doing a ski trip this is a good place for that too. there are grocery stores nearby. the house stays super warm, the water heater rocks. the backyard is huge but we never went out there, too snowy.

The dinette in the kitchen made for a great make shift home office and the separate space in the basement worked great for our two kids. Overall, the place isn't new and is showing its age, but it was clean and was very well stocked with really everything we needed. Host was extremely responsive and communicative. You Get What You Pay For: No frills, clean, safe, workhorse of a house
PROS: The house was located in a nice, safe area. It was listed as a five bedroom with three being on main floor and two being converted rooms in the basement. Mattresses were super comfy memory foam. There were some nice updates and amenities, many looked to be IKEA so quality was average, but definitely aesthetically nice. The basement level had some nice games and we had fun playing a couple. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to get coffee, which we really liked doing in the morning.
CONS: property manager was literally noncommunicative. It was blamed on some glitch with VRBO (not so). I started calling them directly. I did not get my deposit refund for 9 days after my departure, (unheard of. They were not returning any of my phone calls but they DID respond via Vrbo (even tho they blamed them for a glitch?). Only when I informed them that I contacted my attorney did I get my refund immediately. They followed up with a phone call and sudden communication which I appreciated but honestly, it should not take any of that. The time that I spent working on getting my security deposit back was exhausting and unnecessary, and I would highly caution anyone using this company to book anything. (We were hardly at the house and left it spotless.)Their reasoning is that they only process refunds on Fridays. Perhaps it’s high time to change the policy or to clearly state that somewhere so people are well aware of that policy. Instead, the communication that they sent via Vrbo 2 days after my departure was that my refund would come in 24 hours. I even called VRBO and they tried to help me call the property manager, but to no avail. Vrbo was great and wasn’t the problem here. AirSimplicity was very difficult to work with.
House CONS: All the pillows had no protectors and were poor. Each room had exactly ONE bath towel per person, and there were no extras to be found in the house. No bath mats for showers. The second bathroom is in the basement and that shower does not work well or get hot. The lighting is poor throughout the whole house. Basement bedrooms are dark and a little creepy but definitely quiet. One is cinder block and is under the stairway, so not for the faint of heart. Front door is tricky to lock. All of these comments have been mentioned multiple times in the guestbook. Clearly the management company encourages comments and feedback but it’s all for show.
In summary, my title says it all: you get what you pay for.

We were able to relax together either inside or outside, play cards and have quiet time since there are separate entertainment areas. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms appropriately appointed with everything we needed. The area was safe and most importantly, it was quiet. We all slept like babies! I do wish there had been brighter lights in the kitchen/dining area, it was difficult to play one of the games we brought but that is the ONLY complaint we had and it was sooo minor that it’s almost not worth mentioning. We will absolutely try to stay here again the next time we need to be in town!

The house is in a great location with lots of restaurants and stores nearby, is spacious and has everything you need during your stay. The beds were comfortable and big. Communication with the hosts was great. We did need to contact them about a couple of things. The nice new looking refrigerator water/ice didn’t work and it constantly buzzed which was noticeable, and the door keyless entry stopped functioning when it got cold. We had to enter and exit through the garage and leave the inside door unlocked when we went out. There was a large doggy door on the back of the garage that a human could get through so that made me a bit nervous. We were there on a weekend and had wedding events to attend so getting the repairs done on the fridge was deferred by us and the door lock repair was not an option as it required a locksmith. The basement toilet also runs endlessly unless you lift the tank cover and fix the chain. We didn’t need use it too often and just notified management when we left. Overall the house was comfortable and met our needs for a 5 night stay and, with the repairs done on the three issues we had, I’d stay there again.

This was the perfect place for my family (size wise) with 5 children to visit family
This was the perfect place for my family (size wise) with 5 children to visit family. The area was nice and quiet and in a great location near dining and shopping (both grocery and mall).
The upper portion (ground level) of the house was simple and comfortable. The bedrooms are simple and beds are comfortable.
The lower portion (basement level) of the house smelled of cigarettes and pets and one of the bedroom doors was off of the hinges and placed against a wall- not the ideal solution for children to sleep.
The host was notified and responded quickly. I read the other reviews hoping the issues would be addressed prior to arrival and as some of the other guests have noted -they weren't.

Overall, this was a pretty decent place to stay with big, pretty comfortable beds and the host was extremely nice and communicated well (responding quickly). We were a group of girls in town for a hockey tournament in Littleton and the location was perfect in relation to the arena. The upstairs is really nice and cozy but the basement is not in the same shape. There was water coming out of of one of the corners on the cement floor with visible mold damage, the doors in the basement were also in rough shape and there were a lot of bugs/spiders in the basement (bugs can be expected but this seems like a lot). One of the bedroom doors was off the top hinge and could not be moved to close it and the bathroom door did not close all the way leaving a crack of visibility. There were not nearly enough towels for all of us to shower. The basement shower was not the cleanliest either, there is visible mildew/soap scum on the grout in the shower. Overall, I think this is a great place to stay if you have only six people who can stay in the upstairs of the house but I would not stay again if we had more than six and had to go to the basement.

The stay was great! Pics were accurate; sunlight is on the bedroom side in the mornings and the kitchen/living room side in the afternoon. Parking is easy. The basement gets freezing though. The fridge is great - I want that fridge in my home!!

Great family weekend
Great place to stay with plenty of room for seven family members. Beds were comfortable. The rental could use some seating and a grill in the backyard, another pan or two in the kitchen, ice trays and seating at the table for more than three. With that in mind this place would be perfect!

The positives: This home was comfortable and provided adequate sleeping for numerous guests
The positives: This home was comfortable and provided adequate sleeping for numerous guests. We did appreciate having two family rooms, one on the main level and one in the basement. Lots of beds and they were all very comfortable. The property managers were really gracious and allowed us to check in a little early (3pm) to accommodate an elderly guest who needed to rest after a very long day of travel.
The not-so positive: When we arrived the house had a very strong odor of cleaning product; however, we knew we would be arriving soon after the cleaning crew left so we understood. This was quite concerning, especially in the midst of a pandemic.
We notified property management immediately and they were very gracious in bringing us cleaning supplies and towels the next morning.

John responded quickly and promptly when we had a dishwasher issue
John responded quickly and promptly when we had a dishwasher issue. He got someone out within 24 hours around NYE. Although they were unable to fix the problem, he offered reimbursement to use paper ware for the remainder of our trip. Highly recommend this host.

Great and convenient place with King beds. Overall the place was styled nicely/cute and the areas were clean throughout and the kitchen had plenty of items we used for cooking one night. The location was quite convenient to shops/restaurants - we DoorDashed and wasn’t an issue at all, arrive quite quickly. We also really liked how there was Roku and it had HBO streaming service included. The king beds were nice to have although a bit on the firm side. We didn’t get to use the basement but it had a foozball table. Backyard is big. We’d come here again!

We absolutely loved the upstairs of this house and would give it five stars
We absolutely loved the upstairs of this house and would give it five stars!! The beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the decor. The kitchen and bathroom were nicely updated with lots of extras such as soaps, paper products, plenty of towels, coffee, spices, and others. We took a few walks at night and felt very safe in the quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, we gave four stars overall (4 1/2 not an option) because of the downstairs. The basement was very roomy with a nice den/game room and nice washer and dryer. We used one of the bedrooms downstairs which had a comfortable bed. We did have a problem with bugs in the downstairs bathroom, and we found it not usable, especially at night. The owner did come out and spray a few days into our stay helping a little but not eliminating the bugs. The room where the washer and dryer were was not appealing as there was a broken closet door propped up, and some dryer lint and miscellaneous items were lying around. Overall, we were pleased with this rental and would recommend it.

This home was great for our group. There are five wonderful bedrooms, it is decorated well, is clean, and has a great layout. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nicely updated home. Plenty of rooms and space. The “Rec Room” down stairs is awesome for families or couples. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed every bit of this house.

Johns place was perfect for a group of guys day
Johns place was perfect for a group of guys day hiking around Denver and going out to restaurants and breweries in the evening for a few days.

The home is large, with may if the bedrooms in the basement
The home is large, with may if the bedrooms in the basement. Neighborhood is quiet. The home is well equipped and comfortable. The AC was not in upon arriving and the home was baking at 86 degrees. It took most of the night for the home to cool down. So sleeping wasn’t the most comfortable. We felt for an almost 100 degree day, they should have been considerate enough to have the place cooling down before we got there.

We brought our older kids on a road trip before
We brought our older kids on a road trip before college started, and we were very happy with the home. Plenty of space, very clean, beds were super comfortable! Had a small issue when we arrived and had to email and the response was very fast. Loved playing foosball! Also loved the Harry Potter quote on the wall, we're huge Harry Potter fans and just happened to be there on his birthday so it was a cute coincidence. Would definitely stay again!

It was a wonderful home
It was a wonderful home. The decor is beautiful and the beds are so wonderful. (Btw would love to know the brand as they felt so great.) The area felt large and spacious as we went with our family for a game. Loved that it was near a lot of places and no so far from the stadium. Definitely recommend it.
