The house is being updated and is very clean. Spacious backyard was great for my dogs. The kitchen is one of the best rental kitchens I have used. Plenty of plates/silverware and lots of bonuses with coffee, oil and spices.

While the house and furnishings are a bit dated, it was perfect for our family reunion
While the house and furnishings are a bit dated, it was perfect for our family reunion. The five bedrooms all had comfortable beds, plenty of towels and a great family room to gather and have foosball competitions. We also appreciated the fact that there was a pack n play and a high chair. The host was very responsive in answering questions both in advance and while we were staying in the house.

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space and beds were comfortable. The listing listed garage parking but we were disappointed at checkin to find out we did not have access to the garage. There also was a smell in the house when we first arrived but after about 24 hours of having windows open it seemed to clear out. Communication was good and they came to fix one of the tv’s very quickly. Overall we had a good stay just a couple things that were disappointing.

Very spacious, plenty of room in the basement for playing and all the bedrooms are nicely kept with plenty of linens. Always appreciate plenty of linens!
The dishwasher and washer/dryer aren’t the greatest but would be fine for most short stays.
The front yard had a decent amount of trash and cigarette butts which we had to clean up so that our 1 1/2 year old could play safely in the yard.

Pros: the hosts were very proactive about resolving a minor issue with bedding
Pros: the hosts were very proactive about resolving a minor issue with bedding, the house was spacious and perfect for a large family with two spaces for people to hang out and watching tv or play games. The hosts cleaned the house well and there were nice clean towels and linens in each room. The yard is well secured and a nice size and perfect for bringing a dog along.
Cons: there’s a lingering odor in the house like musty curry or something. The heating is inconsistent around the house, some rooms get too much and others get too little. The kitchen could have a few more basic items like mixing bowls and plastic containers for keeping food items.
Overall it’s a good place and addressing those issues could make it perfect.

Stayed here for a 5 day vacation for a friends birthday with 4 others from California. It was a great location to travel to boulder, Colorado Springs, Denver and any little mountain town! We definitely enjoyed our stay at this nice clean homey house.

Stayed at this property with family for 10 days. Access and entry to the house was easy and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. The home was spacious and afforded plenty of room for family time. The kids especially enjoyed the foosball table and large bean bag to lounge in. The kitchen was in great condition and many amenities were provided so we could prepare meals at the home. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

We were traveling for a family wedding as a large group and the house provided us with the space we needed. The neighborhood was well maintained and quiet. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner were available in each of the three bathrooms and there was also hairdryers as well as an iron and ironing board, washer & dryer. We never ran out of hot water for the shower. All appliances worked. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. The location was great, downtown Littleton close by. Red Rocks Amphitheater was maybe 30 minutes drive, Downtown Golden a few minutes further and much more to see and do within in close proximity. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

This house had plenty of space for our family of six. The beds were very comfortable with bedside tables and lamps for storage and lighting. Extra fans in all the bedrooms in addition to portable heaters in the downstairs basement bedrooms were a nice touch. The 2 basement bedrooms were very cool in temperature so the heaters were appreciated. Plenty of towels were available for everyone.

This property was exactly what we needed for our family
This property was exactly what we needed for our family trip to Denver for a wedding. Plenty of space , the fifth bedroom in the lower level was great to have for our granddaughter for a quiet space to sleep! That area is huge and a great place for the family to hang out.

We had fun with the foosball table and games/tv. It was very convenient to have the washer/dryer and dishwasher. It was a great location being in the middle of all of our activities we had planned- about 30 minutes to 1 hour to white water rafting, Argo Mine, Garden of the Gods, etc.

Our group really enjoyed our stay. We made several meals at the airbnb & were happy to see many spices & oils in the cabinets.
The beds were memory foam & comfortable. And even only with 3 bathrooms, we found it sufficient for our group.
Our interactions were quickly responded to and resolved. For example, upon arrival, the lock had some issues but they came out to have a look & replaced the lock during our stay so we always felt safe & the issue was quickly resolved!
The play area in the basement was awesome for our group & used for some good competition.
A few things we noticed that were less appealing (but doesn’t take away from the great experience) were 10 spoons for 12 people, no hooks to put wet towels in the upstairs bathrooms, the bathtub couldn’t hold water for a bath, & all the mail & packages from possibly several months was sitting right inside the front door. These were minor things but could be improved upon to make a better experience for future guests.

We had a wonderful stay! The 5 bedroom house was perfect for our group and in a great location to access everything we wanted to see around Denver. We loved being so close to Littleton! The host has great communication and responds right away to messages. We checked in very late on a Saturday night and discovered a maintenance issue. We texted when we woke up around 8am, and they had someone out to fix it by 10am on a Sunday! We would definitely stay with them again!

This house was perfect for a group business meeting - There was some great workspace in the dining room as well as the covered back porch. Every bed was worth sleeping in. This house works for a group of friends to stay in close quarters as well as a family. So many times the "extra' rooms feel very much like you have been relegated to bunk beds. With three television sets, people could separate throughout the house and have some down time as well.

This is an amazing place to stay. Very quiet, safe, and clean place. Not to mention, the great location. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Only 30 or so minutes away from Denver and Denver International Airport and only an hour away from gorgeous nature such as Pike’s Peak Mountain and Rocky Mountain National Park. The host was very helpful with any questions we had and communicated with us throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back again one day.
