Some of the things that you may want to be cautious, the garage is small. If you have a large vehicle you may need to park on the street. The coffee is not a k-cup, highly recommend that you buy some grind coffee. The master bed does sink some, might want to test out what bed you would like to sleep on.

We booked this place twice, and both times we had a great stay. The host was welcoming and made the whole experience easy. Clear communication and quick responses made everything simple and well managed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay for our family reunion! The property was lovely and comfortably accommodated all 8 of our family members, making it the absolute perfect backdrop for our reunion celebration. The rooftop game room with its pool table and the outdoor decks with fire pits were exceptional highlights where we spent most of our evenings. Clean, beautifully set up, and highly recommended for any group gathering!

The unit was great. The host was great. AirSimplicity was not. I received lots of notices from AirSimplicity ... not one of them could I access. They did not use AirBnb communication. I could use email but many of the messages did not appear in email.

Note for home owner- on the side of the home where you keep your storage bins and trash cans, there is an access ladder that leads to the basement window. A couple of rabbits got trapped in there and we had to rescue them. While rescuing them, I noticed a couple of decomposing rabbits. You may want to cover that with a net or something so that the rabbits don’t fall in.

The host was awesome respsonding to any issues I had. The small issues I had seemed to be a priority with the host. Great flexibility on the check in times. Home had great views of the fireworks on the 4th. My family would love to stay there again.

We booked this house for 4days. The house was incredibly nice and clean and everything you could need. The views from the balcony’s are amazing and the neighborhood was very quiet. There was a pool table and a big verity of board games to keep my kids busy. Over all everything was great and we had a good experience 👍👍👍👍
