We stayed for a month so we could be in
We stayed for a month so we could be in town for the birth of our first grandchild who lives a block down the street. It felt just like home, and we were sad to leave. The backyard was beautifully landscaped. The kitchen was bright and open. The bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. Can’t wait until our next visit!

My family and I stayed for a long weekend. There were nine of us in total and we slept comfortably. The house is spacious, beautifully renovated, and clean. Lovely yard as well. The management team was very responsive to our needs/questions and we appreciated their good communication. The neighborhood is safe and lovely. We highly recommend this house!
Wonderful Stay for any family!
As advertised, the property was clean and was fully stocked with kitchen, bath, and laundry needs. Communication with the rental company was flawless. Our stay included preschool aged children, their parents and us (the grandparents). If staying in the area again, I would definitely want to stay here. My only criticism is that the bath towels were very thin. But – all in all – a fantastic place to stay for a family!! You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Home Away From Home
My team of 5 co-workers rented the house while on the road for a training tour. It was wonderful to have a quiet place in a neighborhood where we could cook, relax outside, have team meetings at the kitchen table, close doors to a little office space of the kitchen to take a phone call. We loved sitting on the front porch. The master bedroom and bath is to die for (steam room and deep bathtub). Would definitely book again.

Bumped into Amanda and her dog Lulu several times as
Bumped into Amanda and her dog Lulu several times as we were coming in and out of our apartment and both pet and owner were very friendly. Amanda also supplied us with some interesting ideas of things to do in the area. Lulu was not as helpful in that department, but always seemed happy to see us.
Amanda was also very accommodating and let us extend our checkout a couple of hours, as our flight wasn't till the late afternoon.

Amanda’s basement apartment was just what I needed when visiting family near by. The bed and linens were lovely, and I’ve never slept better. Amanda was quick to respond to any question/request, but also provided privacy and was nonintrusive.
It was a great stay! Be sure to note: the only tv possibilities are your own Netflix or Prime subscriptions; also, there are no cooking facilities at all, just coffee and tea makers and a small refrigerator.

Yes, there is noise upstairs, but that was to be expected and it was noted in the instructions, which was very nice. They’re very considerate of their guests. Amanda and her husband are also very friendly. I would stay there again and would recommend anyone I know traveling to Denver to stay there as well.

We live a few hours away out in the country. So I wasn’t sure about staying in the middle of a tight neighborhood in the city. But it was so quiet, so peaceful, and so beautiful, with all the fall colors on the tree lined street. the home itself was so, beautiful and cozy with a fabulous yard. So inviting! We were so pleased with the entire stay, and they were super friendly. We would definitely go back.

Place is as described, there is noise from upstairs foot traffic but is not a big deal unless you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper. Cute dog only appeared once and made no noise. Amanda’s place felt safe and the neighborhood is beautiful. A lot of light for a basement unit, expected slightly lower ceiling height but doesn’t feel crammed at all. Sofa bed is so comfy for hanging out or to sleep.

A and J, thank you for such a lovely stay in Park Hill! My favorite denver neighborhood! It was a pleasure conversing with Luca in the side yard and I always love how peaceful the neighborhood is. It was a perfect spot for me to get all over denver. There was a lot of space in the basement and I absolutely LOVED all the Colorado outdoor photography and books to read. The bed was amazing and so was that coffee maker! OMG! It was a pleasure visiting with you and J, at departure and I would definitely recommend this stay to everyone passing through denver! It was perfect and you all were so kind, friendly. Thank you! Give Luca some belly scratches and don’t forget about your new insurance friend! Thank you all!!

The basement suite was even more spacious than it looks in the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Sometimes you could hear the dog bark, especially when entering the suite, but she would quiet down soon after. The keypad was easy to use as was the side gate. The host was accommodating and responsive.

Had a great stay for 4 nights at Amanda's place! Exactly as described, clean, comfortable and lovely. Enjoyed the fact the space can easily function as a 2 bedroom (bathroom is not connected to either room and there are doors between rooms), with one person sleeping on the daybed. Plenty of extras like towels, fan, heater, bedding, but wished for microwave (listing clearly noted there would not be one, but you can make coffee/tea). Historic neighborhood is lovely and felt very safe. Amanda communicated quickly and we had no issues during our stay. As others have noted, this is a finished basement (with large egress windows--it does NOT feel or smell like a basement!) --so you will hear footsteps, occasional voices and their smallish dog above you. Also, you may hear/see their cute dog so best to avoid if a light sleeper or super freaked by dogs. This is one of the best Bnb's we have stayed at in terms of decor, cleanliness, neighborhood and convenience. Highly recommend!

If you like to sleep in, this might not be
If you like to sleep in, this might not be the place for you. At about 5:30 AM, the homeowners start dropping what sound like heavy objects on the floor right above the unit. They didn’t really seem to care to make an effort to keep it quiet enough to sleep, but check in was easy, location was good and they were friendly.

The only issue we had was trying to get the door to lock but we figured it out eventually! Overall, I would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had been worried about the street parking coming home from a late event but found no problem at all with finding a nearby space. Everything was very clean, though there were some areas in the bathroom that may have been missed - we did request an early check in, so that could be why.
Overall I would absolutely recommend this space if you are looking for a place to stay in Denver!
We had been worried about the street parking coming home from a late event but found no problem at all with finding a nearby space. Everything was very clean, though there were some areas in the bathroom that may have been missed - we did request an early check in, so that could be why.
Overall I would absolutely recommend this space if you are looking for a place to stay in Denver!

Amanda’s listing was great! Clean, cozy and exactly as listed. The door was quite stiff to get into. Literally had to throw our body weight into it to get it open but otherwise we had no complaints. Loved the neighborhood and cute market too.

Well, I honestly believe that guests can expect way more than what they see in the pictures. The airbnb is spacious, private, clean and very comfortable. Both the bed and the sofa in the living room are comfy. The TV is so big it's almost a cinema screen and the temperature inside is kept just right. The area is in a very nice, clean, quiet, friendly and secure neighbourhood of the city. Strategically, just a couple blocs away from one of the main, and beautiful, parks in Denver, where the Zoo and the Museum of Nature and Science are. Nearby the airbnb one can find upscaled, and most importantly, delicious deli's, friendly cafés, and nice restaurants as well. A car to the city is just a couple minutes and prices are incredibly low. But it is also possible to simply walk, or jog. Amanda is very friendly, agreeable and is available for anything. She kindly let us check in a bit earlier. Our stay was pleasant and I would not only recommend Amanda's place to anyone, I'll be certainly going back to Denver and her place myself!!

This Airbnb was in THE perfect location if you’re wanting to be close to downtown but not too far. Not too far of walking distance to a few places to eat which is convenient. Amanda had the place in perfect condition for us and it felt very inviting and warm. She was also super responsive anytime we needed something. 10/10 recommend.
