The heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen and lounge, where stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and generous counter space make preparing meals a pleasure. Gather around the two dining areas that seat up to 18 guests, or enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the central island with bar seating. The adjacent lounge invites you to sink into the plush L-shaped sectional, catch a favorite show on the 50-inch Smart TV, or warm up by the electric fireplace after a day of outdoor adventures.

The lower-level game room is designed for hours of fun, featuring a 100-inch screen projector for movie nights, a foosball table, Pac-Man arcade, giant checkerboard, and a small putting green. Six oversized bedrooms are designed with relaxation in mind, offering a total of eight beds - three kings, two queens, two fulls, and one full sofa bed - accommodating up to 14 guests. The master suite features a private bathroom and generous closet space. All bedrooms are furnished with Green Leaf memory foam mattresses, soft linens, and room-darkening shades for a restful night’s sleep.

Modern bathrooms
Three full bathrooms provide plenty of space for your group, each stocked with hotel-grade towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and shower gel. One bathroom includes a walk-in shower/tub combo for added convenience.

Family- and traveler-friendly touches
The home is equipped with a crib, Pack ’n Play, and baby safety gates for younger guests. You’ll also find a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and an e-guidebook with local recommendations. For those arriving by car, parking for up to five vehicles is available, along with an EV charger. Self check-in is simple with a keypad entry, and safety is a priority with exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit.

Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
