Functional House for Family Vacay
The house had plenty of room for our Family of 5 during our stay. We were central to a lot of attractions and grocery stores.
Communication between the management company was great! We noticed that a full set of bags was not available for use to play cornhole. I messaged the company and a whole new set of bags was sent to the house within the same day. MUCH appreciated.
The only negative was the lack of chairs with backs on the back deck and an umbrella for the table. There was a patio table moved close to the built in bench seating. The lack of umbrella was a bit frustrating as well.

My family really enjoyed staying here. The host responded quickly and also accommodated us in our stay which I really appreciate it. This place had everything you needed as far as cooking, extra blankets, fireplace and most of all the hot tub. The hot tub we used most of the time which was the highlight of our stay. It was well maintained and stayed hot for us with each use. It’s in a great location also enough to where it’s quiet with privacy but a short drive (15-20 min) to the city. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for hosting us!

My friend and I stayed in the home and we just fell in love with the whole place. It just felt good. Perfect updates mixed with the old. Inside was comfortable seating, spacious kitchen, and I slept like a rock on the memory mattress upstairs. The family room in the basement was so cute! We spent most of our time on the backyard patio. Loved the vibe! I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities of the house. But we'll both be back.

Large space, central location, and nice to have a fenced in backyard for dogs. I appreciated the quick and helpful communication up until and during our stay. We requested a late check-out at the last minute and they were so accommodating. Quite a few items were dirty/not clean upon arrival - including a very old coffee filter with mold. There were a few openings in the fence (between our dogs and neighbor dogs) so we had to use some items to block off to avoid fence barking, but this wasn't that big of an issue. Overall a nice stay.

Our group of 8 fit comfortably at this home. We enjoyed the amenities of the hot tub and great location. A quick drive to red rocks, close to downtown and very near stores like Walmart. Some of the dishes and hand towels we had to wash to use, but overall the place was clean. We would recommend this place to friends traveling to Colorado.

Our stay was great. It was the perfect size for our group and the hot tub was a huge hit. Perfect location for our needs while we were there with a super short trip to Golden, Boulder and downtown. The Light Rail station is less than 5 min away. The only thing I would point out is that there says there are 2 TVs and there is only one for people who care about that. Otherwise, everything else was great!

I took three friends to Denver for NYE, so enjoy the city and mountains! This place was a perfect distance to the city and the mountain ranges! We had a wonderful stay and an amazing time!
Great little house for a family gathering!
The location was perfect for us, half-mile from my older daughter’s home. The multiple bedrooms were great for our large family. Please note, the walls & floor were very thin, so you could hear everything throughout the house & every bedroom. Not a big deal if you’re all going to bed at the same time, but problematic when we were trying to get small children to sleep several hours before adults & teens.
The living/dining/kitchen was smaller than it appeared in the listing, but was still workable for our group. The setting & landscaping was very cute; nice hot tub in the back which we enjoyed. However, be aware that the hot tub has a strong mildew smell. All our swimsuits smelled sour & mildewy, even after being hung out to dry. We were able to get the smell out with a special odor removing spray and laundry soap.
Check in and check out were very easy; the host company was quickly responsive to my questions. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen - dishes, pots & pans for the cooking we wanted to do.
Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful stay!

We had a great stay! 5 guys for a B-Day trip and the rooms were more than sufficient. The place is very spacious to relax when needed. The hot tub was an added bonus and very nice and clean. We took advantage of the refrigerator and oven, as well as the dishes and dishwasher. Nice quiet neighborhood and a nice backyard to enjoy the weather. Overall very clean and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near downtown without being in downtown. Easy check-in and check-out! The host communication was very sufficient and we had perfect weather during our stay.
It was also very easy to get an Uber/Lyft and there is a train stop just 1/2 a mile away from the house if you're looking to save money on fairs. Just make sure you get a train ticket because they do have security on the trains and they will check for your pass.

The stay and space was as advertised. The host was very, very quick to communicate. We had a shortage on amenities and they quickly correct it. Some furniture looked a little worn down, but otherwise a beautiful space. The backyard was a nice space and the neighborhood was quiet.

Good spot for a bunch of us to stay for a wedding in the hills outside of Golden. Kitchen and outside space was perfect. The beds and bathrooms were nice. The only issue we had was the downstairs rooms were very cold when running the AC.

Great stay at this property. They had everything we needed for a family reunion. The host had thoughtfully put together a game room with a lot of family games. The backyard was nice. They included plenty of towels, cleaner, shampoo, hairdryer, all the kitchen necessities, and a bbq and tools. The backyard was set up nicely for outdoor eating and socializing. Check-in was a breeze and they communicated with us throughout the trip.

Overall we had an amazing experience and we were able to get a good taste of Denver and surrounding areas for the short time we were there. The house has plenty of room for 6+ adults. The outside area was great! We were able to hang out and play some cornhole every night. Definitely looks like it needs a facelift out there, but it's functional! The rooms downstairs seemed to have more comfortable beds, but the two king sized beds upstairs were very uncomfortable-- especially when you moved just a smidgen, the frame would squeak and rock. The people downstairs could hear everything through the floor! Awesome walk-in closet in the master bedroom! And we loved being able to do laundry. Some minor cleaning, upkeeping and renovations are much needed throughout the house, but nothing really effected our stay drastically and overall it fit the description pretty accurately.
As for the location, if you don't rent a vehicle, you'd either have to Uber (which can get costly) or take some pretty long walks. There is a train station in downtown Arvada that you can get to places on, but again, the walk to get there is pretty long. The area itself is a neighborhood. Very quiet though! Downtown Arvada was a super cute town! Definitely check out the Schoolhouse Kitchen and Libations-- their cheese dip was by far the best tasting food item we had all weekend!
Overall, it was a lovely house and we would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling for a longer stay in Denver, but suggest you rent a car!

This place was amazing spacious everything was pretty nice inside we were able to do home cooked meals they had everything you would need to some spices plates and cups ,they have a down stairs I called it the family room because they had games a chalk wall it was pretty nice . I wish we were able to check out a bit later but I know why it couldn’t be accommodated. But everything was perfect would deff recommend and stay again if I ever visited again.
