Great house with plenty of space and amenities. Cute decor. The fact that each bedroom on the 2nd floor had a king size bed was awesome. The location is pretty deep in NW Arvada but getting to Denver and its many attractions never felt too far. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. Also if you’re heading to the Rocky Mountain National Park or Red Rocks, it saves some time being on the western side of town. Our child loved the play structure in the backyard, which made the Airbnb feel a little more special.

A few things didn’t work (Pac-Man machine, video games), but the host was responsive and helpful. The check in was easy and location is perfect in relation to Denver’s activities. Check out the Apex Center a few minutes from the house for a great day of swim and play for a great price. I would go back.

Had a great stay and highly recommend! The house was clean.. and had very stylish yet cozy decor! Easy check in! Perfect for a large family with several children of all ages! The hot tub and VR were definitely the highlights for the children..and the kitchen was definitely the highlight for the adults! It came stocked with everything you’d need to prepare an extravagant home cooked meal! But! My favorite part… there are only two tvs throughout the entire home. . One in the master, and one in the “kid zone” aka basement… this is brilliant! It almost forces more “family bonding time” in a world that is so technologically driven!.. but! It has an “Explicit” Alexa… (she wouldn’t play music with a profanity) that the whole family enjoyed playing different music on, to keep the positive vibes the entire stay!

We absolutely loved the huge hot tub that accommodated all of us! the rooms were comfortable and the kids loved the basement to themselves! It was a little surprising not to have a TV in the main room, but we adjusted and didn't end up missing it. The only thing I'd want other guests to know is for anyone that may have difficulty going up or down stairs, all of the bedrooms you will need to use stairs to get to.

This was a beautiful home. It allowed everyone in my family to have their own space. My youngest loved the downstairs kids room. He wanted to move in. The team is responsive. Anytime I sent a message I had a reply within minutes. I would love to stay here again

This place was so beautiful! Had plenty of rooms and places to sleep so my large group wasn’t on top of each other all week. There is so much to do there you don’t need to even leave the house. If you do everything is close by!

Everything about the house is wonderful. The experience was one for the books. The host was very kind and very proactive with any concerns I had.. I recommend that before you go to the store check the house cause they have more than what you’ll need when it comes to condiments, seasonings, cooking oils.. just purchase food .. lol.. me and my family really enjoyed our stay.. my 37th birthday trip was a great success !

AirSimplicity Arvada location was a fantastic place to stay for our group of 9 guests. Really enjoyed all the amenities and the games especially. The spa tub is absolutely fantastic and we had a great time. Thanks a ton!

Hot tub and outdoor area was awesome. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all guests. We were a short drive to the mountains and to our main destination (The red rocks). Cute decor, plenty of seating areas. The only thing we would suggest is beach towels for the hot tub and towels for the kitchen. There was only bath towels. We just did a load of laundry to utilize the towels we had for all 3 purposes.
The master bedroom mattress was very firm! At first I was skeptical but I had the best 3 nights of sleep of my life. If the owner knows the brand of that…I’m in the market for one now. Highly recommend this place.

All was great with this property, except we really wish there was a TV on the main level. The hot tub was incredible. Also the check in process did not work exactly as expected. The email said to click on the links to get the code to enter the home, but the link did not work. Had to manually enter it into search.

This was a great stay for a family with children.
This was a great stay for a family with children. We were able to utilize the backyard playground as well as the basement space which is designed with kids in mind. I must say that of all my AirBnB stays over the years, this property was the most impeccably clean one ever. For a house with so many bedrooms and bathrooms, it was definitely a testament to their attention to detail and personally it was a relief to bring my young kids into a place that appears to be well-kept. Lastly, the property management group did not have an onerous to do for me which I really appreciate since it’s already hard enough to get out the door with young ones on checkout day!

Great home with lots of space in a quiet neighborhood. Close diatance to airport and many other destinations. Not having a tv in the main living room was a little weird to me but there was one in the basement which was ok. Very clean and comfortable and the management team responded within minutes! Would recommend!

amazing home lots of room was great with our 8 year old and german shepard only the master bedroom and the gameroom have TV but we where able to make due. the master bedroom was hot at night but we where also staying in CO was 99-101 which is super hot for CO all in all it was amazing and we would definitely stay there again my son even made a friend across the street.

The house was beautiful , looked like the pictures ! My family and I had a great time we had fun in the spacious hot tub and the kids played in the swings as well as in the basement , we had a movie night and a game night the house had lots of board games to chose from , we had some issues in the beginning with the a/c unit but the host was very communicative and resolved the issue as soon as possible we didn’t mind. The house was spacious and very well decorated ! I hope to come back to Colorado and stay with Airsimplicity again.
