I think the Airbnb listing made it look like it was in a nicer neighborhood and that it was a nicer house than it actually was. It was really clean though.

The kids especially loved the foosball table and all the game options—it was like their own little vacation arcade. Plenty of space for all of us and a great spot to make some fun family memories!

Place was easy to find. Check in was a breeze and instructions were very clear. Home was clean and we had enough room for a party of 10. Only downside was small dining table but we made it work. We had a very comfortable stay and had no issues.

Inside of the property matched the pictures! The communication was great!! The thank you gift was an amazing gesture! It would have been nice to have the right remotes for tvs (only found one) and batteries didn’t work. We tried to turn on fire place, that didn’t work either. There was smell that we couldn’t identify, had to buy candles and plug ins which worked for a lil bit.

We booked the house for our son's graduation from CU Boulder and we really liked staying here. The grandparents in the group felt at ease with having a kitchen to make morning tea to taste and some means at home when they were too tired to go out. We were impressed by the cleanliness and how communicative the hosts were.

Room for everyone
We had a wonderful experience at this property. Clean,well stocked and a lot of space. We had a problem with the internet (totally our fault) and the property management responded very quickly and patiently. We'll definitely book again when we're in the Denver area.

This space was very accommodating for multiple people and for children. I appreciated the living area downstairs as well as the cozy communal area upstairs, and the unit was clean. Excellent deal for the price and for easy access to different areas near Denver and Boulder.

This stay was exactly what we needed for our family reunion
This stay was exactly what we needed for our family reunion. Plenty of bedrooms! The couches both upstairs and downstairs were large and new. The decor was pleasing. I l appreciated that there was coffee in the cupboard, because I had forgotten to purchase any. It was a huge plus that we were able to have a dog with us. I would let anyone know that the dining area is extremely small, however it didn’t matter to us because we were not eating dinners at the house. I would definitely stay again, and I would rent from this same host.

Our stay in Westminster was so comfortable. Check-in was very easy and the host was extremely accommodating - we even got to check in a bit early due to early flight arrivals. The only “issue” was lack of places to sit and
The only “issue” was lack of places to sit and there’s only 1 tv in the unit. With as many beds as were available, we would have liked to have more seating available in the kitchen and living room so we could all sit and eat together. The layout is a bit tricky for that, but we had a great time and would recommend.

House was as described, great communication and plenty of basics like laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, condiments, etc. I’ve been to other rentals that didn’t include those basic items, and we had to go buy them.

Overall our stay was good for our group of 7
Overall our stay was good for our group of 7 adults. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was that there was not enough seating in either of the “living rooms” for the 7 of us and the furniture that was there is very small and uncomfortable. Just wasn’t great for relaxing or hanging out. Another minor issue is that the bedroom described as having 2 full beds isn’t accurate, it’s 2 twin beds, not a huge deal, but just not what was described. One other thing to note, the bunk beds are very small and only suitable for small children. We were there for a memorial service and spent more time than usual in the house, had we just been sleeping there and not eating meals together and hanging out in the house the seating space would not have been an issue. Thankfully we brought lawn chairs and were able to bring those in for extra seating, but it wasn’t ideal.

This is a great spot to house a fairly large group (5 beds, 2small beds) We came in to catch some entertainment in the city and recreate in the outdoors, and the house is located between the two nicely. The communication between host was very quick and appreciated. Would certainly book again in the future.
