This house and layout worked out great for our group/family, and is kid friendly. The house included a pack & play (with a sheet) and a high chair, which was so helpful for our 1yr old. The game room and basement bonus room gave the boys/cousins (10, 8, 4, and 1) plenty of different spaces to play and chill. 5-8 mins to several restaurants, grocery stores, farmers market, etc. Overall 5/5- would recommend!

We had a group of 8 and this house was a perfect layout for everyone. It gave everyone their own space to hang out when needed. It had a good layout of rooms and beds. Lots of water pressure. They are very quick to respond. We had two issues that came up during our stay and they were super quick to get it fixed. It is nice to know that even if something does come up they are quick to respond and remedy. We had our own plans already but they were open to give us ideas of restaurants and things to do. It also was nice that all we needed to do for checkout was take out our trash to the bin and wash our dishes or at least put them in the dishwasher and start it. Some places we've stayed in we had to strip the beds, water plants and even more. I would definitely look up this house and any house they offer again.

Great place to stay! Stayed at this place for 4 weeks and had no problems. If I did reach out to host for anything they were quick to respond. Place was clean and overall had a great stay. Parking situation was also a plus for me as I had a small enclosed trailer with me.

There was plenty of space to sleep and hang out for my group of 11. It was just like the pictures. It was a nice location in a quiet neighborhood just outside of the city, easy to get anywhere by car. AirSimplicity communicated well - it was an easy check in/out process.

Our family came together from four different states to attend the graduation ceremony at Regis University. The accommodations, location, and amenities were perfect for our group. This was my first short term rental experience. I wasn't sure what to expect. The instructions and communication were clear. We had a great experience!

Overall great airbnb. The fridge wasn’t working when we checked
Overall great airbnb. The fridge wasn't working when we checked in. However, AirSimplicity brough coolers and ice for us to use as they couldn't get someone to come fix the fridge over the weekend. Very responsive and willing to accommodate anything wrong with our stay.

We had 13 guys for our stay for a bachelor's party. The host was very responsive for all of our messages. There was plenty of space available to sleep for 13 people.
This place has 2 bathrooms as listed, but one of the bathroom showers has a low flow. The other bathroom was remodeled and very nice, but the water drains very slowly.
The game room was a great place to hang out , although it gets cold in there at night, so we wouldn't recommend sleeping in there.
Overall, this Airbnb was a great place to stay at with minor areas of improvement. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars!

Me and a couple friends stay at this rooftop place and we loved it so much. It’s super nice inside very well clean, has a nice warming fire place in the rooftop with great view. See some I would recommend everyone.

We had a wonderful stay, the house was a good size for nine persons attending a week long conference, and it was all clean and nice. There were some issues with the dishwasher but the host responded quickly and did what they could. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back here next time we go to Denver!

Great location for a large group as we were traveling between Boulder and Denver. Clean and easy to communicate with. Towels and sheets were provided. Also pleasantly surprised to find coffee grounds in the morning also. Would recommend.

We had a great stay at this home in Denver. Plenty of beds and linens for a large group. Easy access to major roads and highways for getting around Denver/Boulder quickly. Good private parking on the property and space for outdoor activities.
Pretty easy check in and check out - not a whole bunch of responsibilities pushed on us except start a load of laundry and dishes for the cleaners.

Get Away
My daughter and I stayed here, during a quick get away and a concert at Red Rocks. The property was what was advertised. We had more then enough room for the two of us. The roof top patio was relaxing and the games in the gameroom were entertaining. Great stay, would recommend.

We had a fantastic time in Denver because of the house! We were in town for March Madness and we’re worried about being too far away from the arena and downtown, but we never felt too out of the loop. It was actually the perfect mix of close to the action but far enough to still be quiet. The house had plenty of beds and room to spread out for our whole group, as well as amenities to hang out all day to play games and eat. We’d recommend the house to anyone visiting!

This place is huge. We had plenty of room for our Girl Scout Troop. The master suite was amazing. The basement kids room Hess a hang out location for our teens. They also loved the game room. The kitchen was beautiful but there wasn’t a lot of pots and pans. If you are planning to cook a lot that could be an issue. Communication was stellar. The neighborhood is clearly improving and gentrifying. You actually enter the home from the side yard not the front which was odd but the parking was better! It is centrally located and close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Cost, location, beds, space, everything was absolutely perfect. Nice big kitchen and 2 living room areas and the roof deck were great hangout spots. I’d only advise future guests to bring extra towels or cooking pans as the supply is limited, and extension cord for the kids/bunk room downstairs since there’s no outlets. There is someone living in the trailer in the backyard on the other side of the fence and sometimes your food will get dropped off there if you order delivery so make sure you specify where exactly you are. Random maintenance people seem to frequent the property as far as taking out trash, installing/maintaining cameras that face the front door and driveway, maintain the lawn, use the garage, and even had a uhaul and trailer out there one day. But other than that nobody bothers you inside of the house. Just wanted to note it was a little busy on the property and concerned some of our guests so that future guests are aware! Otherwise the shower in the master bedroom is the greatest shower I’ve ever used in my life, beds are incredibly comfy, the fire pit on the roofdeck is awesome, and overall it’s just a great little neighborhood to be in and is super close to anything and everything you need. Would love to come back!!

The home was nicely decorated and spacious enough for my family and our friends. The game room kept our children busy during our down time. The home is located in a perfect area close to everything. We’ve stayed in numerous Airbnb’s and I will say this home had some of the best mattresses. The company was quick with responses if we had any issues. Ample amount of towels and great shower pressure was a plus. Our family had a blast! We will book with AirSimplicity in the future.
