My only complaint would be the air conditioner re setting
My only complaint would be the air conditioner re setting itself every so often. The house ran 75 degrees most of the time we were there. It was very hot.

We enjoyed staying here. The area felt safe and there was plenty of restaurants near by. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals daily. Bonus for having tupperware. The rooms were all clean and cozy and they had fans to use for each room. The sitting area outside was very comfortable. The only minor thing was all the floors upstairs were very sqeeky and some rooms had barn style sliding doors so you dont have much privacy because you can still see in the rooms from the sides of the sliding doors. And there was only 1 TV in the house and it was downstairs. Putting a TV upstairs would be big win for this property. Overall, the house was perfect. We contacted the host a few times for minor issues but all was fixed quickly and they were very helpful and friendly. We came to Denver for a baseball tournament and it was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!!

Nice family gathering in Arvada! 3 nice bedrooms on the main floor with fresh linens. Down in the basement there’s an awesome tv, sectional, bar area (with snacks!) and 2 more bedrooms. Looks like new carpet in the basement. It’s an older house so if you’re in the basement, you will definitely here other guests walking around upstairs

Great place with the cozy backyard. House has everything we needed. Couple rooms have barn doors, and IMO I think standard doors would be much convenient. Other than that I really line it and hopefully will be back there on my next trip to Denver.
We stayed here to attend the 2 day K-Love Concert
We stayed here to attend the 2 day K-Love Concert at Red Rock. Red Rock is about 35 min from where we stayed. The location was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The Denver International Airport is about a 35 min drive the opposite direction.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful large space, well equipped, private quiet backyard despite being close to neighbors. This was the perfect location for us. The neighbors dog Milo was adorable and although he would bark a few times if he was outside (behind a fence) and we arrived home, the owner was always right there so there was never excessive barking and never at night. I could walk to the park/closest part of town in about 6 minutes. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Overall perfect and well worth the price.

Our stay at this house was perfect for our family! The downstairs area provided an ideal space for our kids to play while the adults enjoyed watching the basketball game. The location was conveniently close to both the Aquarium and Elitch Gardens, making our outings effortless.

We had a large group coming for National conference and
We had a large group coming for National conference and everybody wanted to be under the same roof. We had a great kitchen, deck to visit on, activities/ games in the house, plenty of sleeping quarters, and of course the 3 bathrooms was a definite plus with all the people we had. There was also plenty of room for our 3 cars to park in the driveway and out front. Some places give less which isn't always practical with a large group. All in all, we were very satisfied with the place and our stay! And if we ever are coming back, would definitely stay again! Thank you and blessings on your business!

Gathering for family wedding
We had a wonderful stay. The house (indoor and outdoor patio) was lovely. We enjoyed the indoor basketball game in the basement. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The upstairs floors/stairs were somewhat creaky but really not a big issue except when it's very quiet at night. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect spot to land for Red Rocks Concert
Mid-Mod Marvel was a perfect home for 5 college friends to land for a long weekend with 5 bedrooms & 3 full baths, multiple areas to hang out in including living room, basement near TV, at dining table, and on back patio. Plenty of seating in all 4 areas for us. Neighborhood was close enough to walk to a cool park with paved paths and more. Staying in Arvada made it very accessible to bop to Boulder, Golden, Morrison for our Red Rocks concert and we used the Old Town Arvada RTD station to ride the Lite Rail to downtown for exploring. Old Town Arvada was just a short drive away ..we ate at 3 great restaurants and enjoyed the Sunday am farmers market (mid-September) too! Simplicity Team was very responsive to questions when they arose.

My friends and I loved this space while in town for a wedding. Seven of us staying in the house felt like a perfect number. We loved hanging out in the cozy basement and back patio. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. There are messages around the house about the sensitive septic system. We weren’t able to fully flush the basement toilet but made it work. We especially enjoyed using the record player and games downstairs. Thank you so much for curating this comfortable rental. We would be happy to stay here again for group trips!

This home was as pictured. The neighborhood was nice and the neighbors were very friendly. It’s 25mins from downtown Denver so the location was very convenient and close to surrounding stores. We did have random hairs in the bathroom tubs and a used wash cloth in one of the bathrooms. Also the door to the master bedroom entrance is a barn which looks nice but does not allow any privacy as the door does not shut completely. I would still recommend this home, it was really nice and the wet bar area was an added touch just missing a fire pit outside I think it would be an added bonus.

This was the perfect place for our annual guys' trip to a different city to watch sporting events. We found it very clean and spacious for all 5 of us. The host was also very quick to respond to questions as well. The checkout process was also quick and didn't require us to do much other than to clean up after ourselves.

Great value and location
We were five guys in town for a golf tournament and were pleasantly surprised with the house we had rented. It was spacious, clean and well stocked with coffee etc.
The cost was very reasonable and the location was great for morning and evening walks, plus it was well located in terms of getting to various attractions.

The master bedroom did not have a proper door, closet door closes the room which was awkward. The other issue was the dishwasher which did not work and leaked but our host was responsive and apologised for that, things happen so no big deal.

The place looked exactly like description and had a wonderful stay. The rooms are spacious and love 2 livings room and a well maintained backyard. The host had kept complimentary snacks at the game lounge downstairs which is much appreciated.

We are all at the age where no one wants to share a room or sleep in bunk beds when we go on a “guys trip”. This house with 5 bedrooms, all queen or king size beds is great, especially for this price.

The house was well taken care of and prepared for our visit. There were five of us, each with our own room, and we all slept comfortably. Everything you need is provided, and we were permitted to check in early at the last minute when are flights for in sooner than expected. Even the gardner was welcoming when we arrived.
The only complaint (which we didn’t send to the host during our stay) was that we could not adjust the AC well enough to balance between the two floors.
But this was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this how for any occasion. 5 stars!

The house was well taken care of and prepared for our visit. There were five of us, each with our own room, and we all slept comfortably. Everything you need is provided, and we were permitted to check in early at the last minute when are flights for in sooner than expected. Even the gardner was welcoming when we arrived.
The only complaint (which we didn’t send to the host during our stay) was that we could not adjust the AC well enough to balance between the two floors.
But this was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this how for any occasion. 5 stars!

We enjoyed our stay! Close to downtown and beautiful the house. Loved the basement and patio. The only thing we couldn’t figure out is the grill we tried to use it but didn’t work. Also the master bedroom doors I wasn’t a huge fan since there was no privacy and you can see and hear us. Also the trash outside was very full when we arrived but Overall everything was great! Definitely a place I would come back!

Other than that, everything was great! The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities we needed. Our group gathered for a small ladies retreat and we loved how quiet the neighborhood felt during our stay. Olde Town Arvada was less than a 10 minute drive where we found tasty restaurants and an interesting area to walk around in the evening. We were impressed with the immediate response from the host soon at our arrival after we discovered the wi-fi wasn't working. (Turns out the router was unplugged so no big deal!) Also, the beds were so comfortable!! We'd definitely book a return stay at this location.

The space was great for all the guest and the amenities were awesome! Downstairs was fun for games and tv. Loved the kitchen area downstairs. A few things that could be better. 1. The floors and stairs were very squeaky, as well as the outside deck. 2. The barn doors on all the bedrooms upstairs didnt allow full privacy when they were closed. Also the barndoor didnt glide smoothly on one the back bedrooms. I saw other guest slightly getting dressed. I would preferably have regular doors for privacy and more quietness. 3. The back yard grass needed mowing, however we didnt really use it. Overall the place had everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet. Meet the neighbor next door and he was very nice and friendly. Definitely the squeaky floors should be addressed.

The home was nice. It slept 7 people comfortably. Ample space and a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for us to relax. The best part of the house was the hot water. 7 people showering over the course of 4 days and we never ran out. That’s a total win in our book. We couldn’t stop talking about it.

Location was close to family and the house was well equipped with items for my 1 year old granddaughter ( pack and play, high chair, and sippy cups). Wish there was a tv upstairs as we didn’t use the beautiful basement.

Nice, cozy stay with a minor hiccup
Upon arriving at the property, my friends and I had discovered a pungent smell which turned out to be a gas leak from the stove. So, property management helped us relocate to another property down the street with fairly quick response time. Although the new property didn’t have the same amenities, it was at least able to accommodate our group size and was close by. For the last few days of our trip we relocated back to the original property. We enjoyed the TV setup with the comfy sectional sofa. Overall had a good time apart from the initial inconvenience.

My family had the pleasure of staying at this home for Christmas and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the home. Everything was sparkling and in order, and I felt confident that the hosts had taken all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and sanitary stay. The check-in process was a breeze. The hosts provided clear instructions ahead of time, and the keyless entry system made it easy to access the home without any hassle. The home is situated in a residential neighborhood, and despite being close to all the amenities I needed, it felt peaceful and serene. I was able to get a great night's sleep every night of my stay, and I left feeling rested and rejuvenated.

The neighborhood was very clean and seemed very safe. We would absolutely love to stay here again if ever returning to the Denver area.
