The apartment was very clean and stylishly decorated. It was
The apartment was very clean and stylishly decorated. It was perfect for a weekend stay for the 4 of us. We were able to check in a little bit early, which was a huge help. It’s a 5 minute walk to the nearest grocery store and about a 10-15 minute drive to most restaurants we went to. Amenities included shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom. Couple things to note:
1. Accessing the space requires walking around the back and down a flight of stairs, so it might be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.
2. The main entrance door had a big clear glass pane. Maybe it’s the city dweller in me, but I would have felt more comfortable if there had at least been a curtain covering the glass area.

Great property (Like new) and great location (walkable to parks, trendy, eclectic Tennyson district). It is probably the cleanest AirBnB I have stayed in, very easy to get to, abundant street parking out front, quiet neighborhood but close to downtown and other trendy spots.
It is a basement apartment so runs a little cooler, but very quiet and everything exactly as advertised.

The one complaint I have is that we were accused
The one complaint I have is that we were accused of having an unauthorized pet after we left. They stated there was dog hair everywhere and it smelled like urine and tried to charge us an additional $100. We definitely did NOT have a pet so it was a little suspicious that they asked for $100 after we left. I think there are multiple properties managed by this group. Hopefully it was a mistake and not a scam, but it makes me wonder. 🤔

The air conditioner is controlled by the homeowners that live upstairs. We found that challenging as it was very warm outside., high 90’s. We were either too cold or too warm to sleep.
We had the fire alarm go off at 4am one of our nights for about an hour. They were quick to contact the owners who live upstairs.
The flat is just how the photos are.
We enjoyed the location.

Nice 2 bedroom for myself and my daughter to see a concert. For our 3 day stay the place was perfect for jumping off into different adventures, including walkable places to eat. The accommodations were more than we needed at a good price.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it, just like last time! We will probably rebook every time we go to Denver. It’s super comfy, clean & in a great location. The beds are great, love the desk, and it has everything you need to make a good meal.

We loved staying here! Honestly, I can’t think of one thing they could improve on. Everything was clean, furniture was cute and super comfy, kitchen was well stocked, location was amazing. If you want a well priced luxury stay in Denver, I would recommend this Airbnb.

This was a great place to spend a few days. It was in a quiet location but close to restaurants, grocery, and even a short drive to downtown Denver. The place was exactly as described, clean, and felt very homey. If I could have wished for one thing it wild have been cooking oil. Otherwise this spot had everything!
