As shown, the place is small but had what we needed. The location was great for day trips, and conveniently located near grocery stores. As others mentioned, access is an alley and lacks a view. Its not a place you will hang out, relax and enjoy, but rather a place to sleep and a good home base for daily outings. It was exactly what we needed. The process of renting was somewhat cumbersome, and as for the space it was clean except for the sofa, it has outlived its useful life.

Cute guest house perfect for two people. Walking distance to School of Mines or downtown/Coors. Very nicely finished and decorated. Clean. AC was struggling to keep the main living area cool. And WIFI/TV didn’t work while we were there. Both easily fixable. Would stay here again due to convenience and cleanliness.

We LOVED our stay in Golden! The guesthouse was the perfect size for 2 and you are in the perfect location to walk to town!!! The neighborhood is very safe and the neighbors are friendly! The host was very kind to let us check in early and responded quickly! Would recommend to ANYONE!

Our Golden Visit
We were very pleased with the location, parking and checking in. The property was quiet and well maintained. The air conditioning and overhead fans worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The tv and internet worked great.
We would have liked better accommodations for our clothing but they utilized the small space well. An additional wall mirror would have been nice too. Overall we highly recommend 👍

The unit was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. The host was excellent and extremely responsive both before the trip and during check in and out. Location was about 10 minutes to downtown golden and we walked it regularly. Would stay again when in town.

Super cute place! Great kitchen, awesome bath and the heated floors! Perfect walking distance to everything you need without being stuck in the middle of it when you’re done with it. Super quiet, very comfortable. If it’s available when I’m in Golden next, I won’t hesitate.

Very Nice Golden Stay
We enjoyed our two-week stay in Golden. The carriage house is as advertised and within walking distance to downtown Golden, The downside to its location is that it’s on an alley, complete with several abandoned vehicles and other large items that should be removed. The property, though, is fresh and clean and comfortable, and both the manager and the owner were quick to respond to my messages.
