We loved our stay here! The house was exactly what was advertised and incredibly spacious. The host were very responsive and even attempted to allow early check-in if possible. The location was convenient to absolutely everything we needed to do and we felt very safe. The beds did have a firm mattress so be aware if that is not what you are used to. We will definitely stay here again and plan to do so on our next Denver trip!

Hosts were very responsive and quick to address our concern on the first night. Our family was very pleased with the manner and timeframe in which they corrected our concern. The house was beautiful and there was plenty of space for our family. We loved the back yard and used the bbq grill and the fire pit. The foosball table was a hit for the kiddos as well as the big screen tv so they could watch Disney. The shampoo and conditioner were good quality and there were plenty towels and bathroom items. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. We would stay again if we ever visit Denver in the future.

Really appreciated the games for the family to play. My wife loved the fact there were kid friendly cups. The backyard was good, had a little raccoon visitor so that was fun. The downstairs beds are horrible, one room is a combination of two bunkbeds which we never slept in, but the regular downstairs mattress is really hard and just generally uncomfortable. This is not true for the upstairs beds and why it didn't bother us much. The bathrooms were cleaned, or at least not visible dirty, and my partner enjoyed the tub in the secondary bathroom. Be prepared for about 40 minutes of checking all the rooms at the end of your stay if you tend to just leave things around like I do.

Along with that, it's about 20 minutes from the mountains which kind of makes it the perfect mid point if you want to do both on your trip to Colorado. The biggest downside is that this neighborhood loves road dips to slow down cars, and if you're not from here you WILL scrap the bottom of your car on these. They are stupid and whoever thinks they make more sense than road bumps is wrong.

This home was perfect for our family’s mini vacation. It was close to Water World and many other amenities that we wanted. The backyard was a perfect hangout for the family to play for hole and BBQ. Definitely would stay here again.

This property made us feel at home on our get-away! The house was easy to find and very clean. In our down time we enjoyed the back yard games, firepit and grill! It was so relaxing! We had a small issue with our WiFi but was contacted within 1 minute of reporting the issue. The property manager was friendly, fast and thorough. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay for larger groups. The home is 5 min from the highway, 30 min to boulder, 10-15 min to downtown Denver. Keep in mind this house is in the suburbs of Denver and not downtown. House was clean and very spacious. Driveway for 2 cars, all the kitchen necessities you need, large backyard, and essentially two full living rooms. Would highly recommend to those traveling with families and owners are very responsive. Thanks!!

We enjoyed our stay overall but only foosball and chess were available. Based on the write-up and photos we expected many more games to play during the snowstorm that hit Denver Thanksgiving night.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, which we appreciated and the house was nicely decorated. There was lots of hot water and the bed pillows were nice while the mattresses were a bit too firm for our comfort.

Plenty of beds for a big group (we had 9), foos ball, corn hoke, a fire pit we enjoyed in the evening, and just overall a very comfortable home to relax in. We stayed here to spend time with family and take in a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater. It’s close to the city center and Boulder. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

My children and mother stayed here for spring break visiting
My children and mother stayed here for spring break visiting family and it was more than perfect. Plenty of amenities, great location, very roomy and cozy. We felt right at home and all of us were able to relax in various areas for privacy. Close to the freeway, grocery store, and not too far from various museums and attractions. The decor was lovely and hosts were very easy to communicate with.
