Overall a very good experience, especially with the check-in process as he let me get into the rental early without any extra fees. The host was understanding and helped quickly when I needed something answered. He also gave me back my security deposit.

Really spacious, almost too much for just me and my partner, but we enjoyed having a back yard with a firepit and a downstairs with a laundry room. The downstairs beds are horrible, one room is a combination of two bunkbeds which we never slept in, but the regular downstairs mattress is really hard and just generally uncomfortable. This is not true for the upstairs beds and why it didn’t bother us much. The bathrooms were cleaned, or at least not visible dirty, and my partner enjoyed the tub in the secondary bathroom. Be prepared for about 40 minutes of checking all the rooms at the end of your stay if you tend to just leave things around like I do.

About 15 minutes from Denver which for us was really close, and made it a lot easier to get there everyday for our activities. Along with that, it’s about 20 minutes from the mountains which kind of makes it the perfect mid point if you want to do both on your trip to Colorado. The biggest downside is that this neighborhood loves road dips to slow down cars, and if you’re not from here you WILL scrap the bottom of your car on these. They are stupid and whoever thinks they make more sense than road bumps is wrong.
This home was perfect for our family’s mini vacation
Highly recommend

Felt like home
Spotless, quiet and comfy space for a big family
House is super clean and has a lot of amenities and nice touches
It was a last minute (literally one hour before check-in) book and there were only three of us so we felt a little regretful that we didn’t have more people with us to fill up and enjoy the home. We rented an airbnb the week before in Florida with double the amount of people and that place sucked! This one would’ve been perfect.
It’s a little chilly in the basement, but they do have a space heater for use.
Only “cons”:
- first floor bathroom shower drains slow.
- there were way too many forms to book the place. Felt like filling out legal documents.
Putting cons in “” because the place was very nice and super close to downtown Denver. So regardless of these two things, we’d definitely book again.
Very helpful host
The house was great
the house was perfect for our family
Very clean and communication was excellent
Great stay, with lots of room
Loved the house very cozy & comfortable will definitely stay again
Absolutely the best air bnb experience i could have had
Great place to stay for larger groups
We enjoyed our stay overall but only foosball and chess were available
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, which we appreciated and the house was nicely decorated. There was lots of hot water and the bed pillows were nice while the mattresses were a bit too firm for our comfort.
Our family had a quiet but fun Thanksgiving together in this house!
We enjoyed our stay
Great place
Was the perfect place for a boys trip
