The house was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed the privacy that the wooden fence around the property provided. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space in the house. I would stay there again.

Great location. We did several day trips, Breckenridge, St Mary’s glacier, Idaho Springs, Boulder and Red Rocks. Very clean and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. We even enjoyed the patio! Host was quick to respond! We would definately recommend and stay here again.

It’s a really nice, spacious place — . Bathrooms were cool. The front patio was nice and gated. Appreciated the front row parking and a short 7 min drive to Tennyson area and then 5 mins to the lake/dog park.

About 1.5 miles from Tennyson St (delicious restaurants, coffee, etc) a must-visit if you stay here. I would ABSOLUTELY choose this spot again when visiting the Denver area!!

This two bedroom two bath is lovely! The linens, kitchen items and decor are of higher quality than we usually see in Airbnbs. The living room and beds are comfortable, the water pressure and hot water are good and the air conditioning works well. I would definitely stay here again!
Short Tour of Denver
This VRBO was perfect for my family since we were exploring different areas of Denver. My son is moving to Denver and this place allowed a central place to look at other Denver Neighborhoods. We enjoyed the VRBO that we extended our stay an extra day.

Our stay at Perry’s was beyond Amazing! My husband had not taken a vacation in over 2 years & and we needed one! The friendly host answered quickly & had clear instructions. Made our stay feel like we were home! The only thing we were not aware of due to being from out of state was the amount of critters (spiders) roaming around the place! It was the weather & not that the place was dirty! We loved it & not to mention we were able to take our fur babies (2 small dogs) & they loved the space as well! We hope to come back soon!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay
My friend and I enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of cons but still a good experience. Our flight landed a few hours earlier than check in time and had asked for early check in even though we ended up going to a restaurant so we didn’t need it. I was told there was normally a $50 fee that would be waived but I don’t remember reading about it anywhere but also a fee for early check in when the place is empty is kind of ridiculous imo. Nonetheless, they were very responsive and kind and the Airbnb itself was very clean and tidy. The bathroom/shower in the main bedroom being out in the open was quite surprising because they don’t make it obvious in the photos but I didn’t hate it. It was convenient for just me using the room alone but I don’t think it would be good for people who share the room besides couples since you can see straight into the shower from the room and outside as well (you have to close all blinds and curtains). Other than that, it was a good stay. Thanks!

This house was perfect for what we needed. Would have
This house was perfect for what we needed. Would have been nice to have a little more time there but that's just how our trip went. The couch and beds were very comfortable. I didn't realize the shower in the main bedroom is not really a separate room it's just in the bedroom, so don't be shocked by that. I wish the streets were better lit because we arrived at night and had a hard time finding the house number/where to park. But everything was great, and as listed.

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay at this rental vacation home. It is central to all the places we wanted to visit. It was easy to get in and out. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We went to Sprouts which was nearby. We got Santiago’s for breakfast! The home looks like it was newly renovated, everything looked new! There are two bedrooms and two full baths and we enjoyed the comfortable beds, pretty and modern decor, filtered water and ice from the fridge, a nice laundry area and a beautiful kitchen. Our host was very responsive to our texts and answered questions promptly. Everything worked out very smoothly for us. We highly recommend this place.

A yummy pizza place down the road too! The house was comfortable for our 6 day stay and we enjoyed the amenities. They stocked the home with plenty of toilet paper, shower stuff and trash bags. Sometimes we stay at places and it’s limited in this area so it was nice not to have to go buy trash bags and toilet paper! The beds and linens were nice! Plenty of towels and washcloths. The throw blankets were great for a nap. The logged in Netflix was a plus. Overall we loved the place and plan to stay again next time we are in Colorado! ❤️

We loved staying here and think it was the best
We loved staying here and think it was the best Airbnb that we've been to! The place was spotless and it had an amazing washer and dryer setup, so it made traveling with a toddler significantly easier. The layout was perfect for us and the front fenced in area was great for us to hang out. The location was very much residential, but it wasn't a problem because it was a quick drive to so many parks, restaurants, cafes, and was quick to get us into and out of Denver proper.

This was one of the quietest places we have ever stayed! Although it's not a walkable neighborhood, we were used to driving everywhere in Denver so no problem; easy to get around. Clean and new furnishings. Super comfortable bed.

We brought our dogs and they were sooooo accommodating! I can’t get over how nice the place was. It made me want to re-decorate my house. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this home for a week and loved it! It was a perfect distance (about 10-15 minute drive) from everything downtown Denver had to offer. The home itself was beautiful and fully stocked with all the essentials, it looks small when you first walk up but really opens up on the inside and is perfectly described in the pictures. The host themselves were great and very helpful, our second night we had a problem with the hot water heater and they had someone over there to fix it bright and early the next morning. They are very nice and responsive and would highly recommended this host/house to anyone.
