I bought tickets for a friend and I to see a movie at Harkins Theatres in Arvada. On the way to pick up my friend, a car hit me, and disabled my vehicle. I called Harkins and the manager happily changed my tickets to the following day, when I would be able to have a rental car. I thought that was super accommodating and certainly not something they had to do. In the theatre itself, the seats are very comfortable and the sound is great. These are recliner seats with plenty of room in and around them. I found the service (to get popcorn and a drink) to be a bit slow motion – and the kids working behind the counter did not seem thrilled with their jobs – management might address that with them – but everything was fine and I had no problems getting my order and getting to the movie on time. Great management, great theatre, great seats, and great movie! Yay!
